Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a liquid container spout.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a spout made of synthetic resin to be attached to a spout opening of a paper container such as a goebel top type for containing a liquid, for example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. And a cap and an opening blade that is housed in the spout body and protrudes toward the container in association with the opening operation of the cap and protrudes through the sealing film at the container opening. The spout described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 64-23475 has a male threaded portion having a pitch greater than the pitch of the spout in the same direction as the screw of the spout body, protruding from the back surface of the cap top plate. In this case, a piercing needle (opening blade) is screwed together, and an engagement portion for preventing rotation of the piercing needle is formed between the piercing needle and the spout body.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the spout described in the above publication, since the opening blade and the cap are connected by screws, the opening blade that pierced the sealing film in conjunction with the opening operation of the cap is not completely dropped, It rises to its original position when the cap is closed. Then, the sealing film is torn off by being entangled with the rising opening blade, and this has a problem that it blocks the spout to make the contents difficult to come out, or is mixed with the contents and discharged. In addition to the spouts described in the above publications, spouts for liquid containers in which the opening blade can be operated in conjunction with the opening operation of the cap are known, but all of these have complicated structures and increase costs. There was such a problem.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to solving such a problem, and has a simple structure in which an opening blade once operated in the opening direction in conjunction with the opening operation of the cap can be separated from the cap and completely pushed down. The purpose is to provide a service outlet.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The liquid container spout of the present invention includes a spout main body having a cylindrical spout, a cap attached to the cylindrical spout of the spout main body, and a tubular opening mounted inside the spout main body. In the liquid container spout comprising a blade, the spout main body is provided with an external thread on the outer surface, and the inner surface is parallel to the central axis and at a predetermined position near the cylindrical spout outlet side end face on the container mounting side. A plurality of vertical ribs extending to a predetermined position near the end face of the container, a locking ring extending annularly along the end face on the container mounting side, and the cap has an outer cylindrical portion inner surface provided outside the spout body outer surface. While providing an internal screw which can be screwed with a screw, an inner cylinder portion is provided concentrically at an interval capable of storing the opening blade inside the outer cylinder portion, and the opening blade has an annular arrangement at one end. A plurality of cutting edges are provided, and the other end of the outer surface cooperates with the vertical rib. Provided an engaging protrusion which forms a rotation preventing engagement portion of the opening edge, also, the opening blade as interlocking engagement portions to move so as to protrude into the container mounting side with the lid opening operation of the cap, On the outer surface of the inner cylindrical portion of the cap, an outer screw having a larger pitch is provided in the same direction as the outer screw of the spout body, and the outer surface of the inner cylindrical portion of the cap is provided on the inner surface of the opening blade in the axial direction. An inner screw that engages with play is provided, and at least an axial dimension between the vertical rib on the inner surface of the spout body and the end surface on the container mounting side is larger than an engagement protrusion on the outer surface of the unsealing blade, and the unsealing is performed. A detaching portion is provided in which the blade is separated from the vertical rib with the blade protruding to a predetermined position on the container mounting side, and the engagement of the interlocking engagement portion is released to separate from the cap.
[0006]
Also, preferably, the axial dimension is larger than at least the engaging protrusion on the outer surface of the opening blade between the end face on the outlet side of the inner surface of the spout body and the vertical rib, and the top plate portion of the cap and the vertical portion at the predetermined set position are vertically aligned. A holding portion capable of accommodating the protrusion on the outer surface of the opening blade is provided between the end surface of the rib and the outlet side end surface of the vertical rib is inclined inward in the spout body axial direction, and the outlet side end of each vertical rib is provided at the outlet side end of each vertical rib. A hemispherical projection is provided along the inclined end surface for locking the opening blade.
[0007]
Preferably, an annular projection is provided on the inner surface of the top plate portion of the cap to define the setting position of the opening blade by contacting the end surface of the opening blade.
[0008]
[Action]
In the liquid container spout of the present invention, first, an opening blade is inserted into the spout main body from the outlet side. Then, the cap is tightened while the engagement protrusion on the outer surface of the opening blade is held on the outlet side of the vertical rib on the inner surface of the spout body. This completes the spout set. Then, the spout is fixed to the periphery of the opening of the container body to which the sealing film is attached by a method such as ultrasonic sealing.
[0009]
When the cap is loosened, the opening blade is interlocked with the spout installed in this way, and the engaging protrusion on the outer surface is pushed toward the container mounting side in the axial direction with the engaging protrusion on the outer surface engaged with the vertical rib on the inner surface of the spout body. Then, the sealing film is pierced by the cutting edge. When the cap is further loosened and removed from the spout main body, the opening blade loses the interlocking engagement with the inner cylindrical portion of the cap, and the engaging projection on the outer surface and the vertical rib on the inner surface of the spout main body disengage. After dropping to the position, the engaging projections on the outer surface engage the locking ring and are locked.
[0010]
The opening blade pushed down in conjunction with the opening operation of the cap in this manner separates from the vertical rib of the spout body and is also separated from the cap. Also, in this state, the phase of the engaging projections on the outer surface and the vertical ribs on the inner surface of the spout body are easily shifted since the opening blade is not restrained in the rotating direction. Therefore, even if the cap is closed thereafter, it is possible to prevent the opening blade from rising in conjunction therewith and tearing off the sealing film.
[0011]
In addition, between the end face on the outlet side of the inner surface of the spout body and the longitudinal rib, the dimension in the axial direction is larger than at least the engaging projection on the outer surface of the opening blade, and the top plate part of the cap and the end face of the longitudinal rib at a predetermined set position. And a holding portion capable of accommodating the engagement protrusion on the outer surface of the opening blade is provided, and the outlet side end face of the vertical rib is inclined inward in the axial direction of the spout body, and the outlet side end of each vertical rib is provided at the outlet side end of each vertical rib. When a hemispherical projection for locking the opening blade is provided along the inclined end surface, the opening blade can be securely held at the set position when the spout is set, so that there is no hindrance to attachment to the container. .
[0012]
In addition, when an annular projection is provided on the inner surface of the top plate portion of the cap to abut the end face of the opening blade to define the setting position of the opening blade, the opening blade is fixed at a predetermined position in the set state, and therefore, When the opening blade protrudes toward the container mounting side in conjunction with the opening operation, the variation in the amount of protrusion is reduced, and the opening is ensured.
[0013]

[0022]
Further, between the vertical rib 15 on the inner surface of the spout body 10 and the end face on the container mounting side, a separating portion for separating the pushed-down opening blade 30 from the cap is formed, and an engagement protrusion on the outer surface of the opening blade 30 is formed. In the state where the opening blade 30 is larger in the axial direction than the opening 33, and the opening blade 30 projects to the container mounting side and is locked by the locking ring 17 of the spout body 10, the engaging projection 33 separates from the vertical rib 15 and the opening blade 30 is opened. The inner screw 34 on the inner surface of the cap 20 and the outer screw 25 of the inner cylindrical portion 24 of the cap 20 are set to have dimensions that disengage the engagement.
[0023]
The spout body 10, the cap 20, and the opening blade 30 are assembled in a predetermined process order. That is, first, the opening blade 30 is inserted into the spout body 10 from the outlet side. Then, the engaging projection 33 on the outer surface of the opening blade 30 is held on the outlet side of the vertical rib 15 on the inner surface of the spout body 10 by the end face of the vertical rib 15 and the hemispherical projection 16, and the cap 20 is tightened in this state. At that time, the opening blade 30 rotates together with the cap 20, and idles with respect to the spout body 10. Then, the spout 1 is in a predetermined set state. At this time, the unsealing blade 30 is held in a state in which the engagement protrusion 33 on the outer surface is positioned by the annular protrusion 26 on the inner surface of the top plate portion 21 of the cap 20, the vertical rib 15, and the hemispherical protrusion 16. Then, with the spout 1 set in this manner, the flange 12 is applied to the periphery of the spouting opening 101 of the container body 100 shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1 and fixed by an ultrasonic seal or the like. . The container main body 100 is, for example, a gobel-top type liquid container formed of a laminated blank mainly made of paper, and is made of, for example, polyethylene / aluminum / polyester so as to close the pouring opening 101 from the inside. The sealing film 102 having the configuration is welded, and the polyethylene film 103 is covered from the outside of the pouring opening 101, and is welded to the periphery of the opening and the sealing film 102.

【The invention's effect】
Since the liquid container spout of the present invention is configured as described above, the simple structure allows the opening blade to automatically break through the sealing film in conjunction with the opening operation of the cap, and the cap When the cover is closed, it is possible to prevent the opening blade from rising and tearing the sealing film.
[0026]
In addition, between the end face on the outlet side of the inner surface of the spout body and the vertical rib, the axial dimension is at least larger than the engagement protrusion on the outer surface of the opening blade, and the top plate portion of the cap and the end face of the vertical rib at a predetermined set position. And a holding portion capable of accommodating the engaging projections on the outer surface of the opening blade is provided, and the outlet end surface of the vertical rib is inclined inward in the axial direction of the spout body, and the outlet end of each vertical rib is provided at the outlet end thereof. By providing the hemispherical projection for locking the opening blade along the inclined end surface, the opening blade can be securely held at the set position when the spout is set, so that there is no trouble in mounting the opening blade on the container.
[0027]
In addition, by providing an annular projection on the inner surface of the top plate portion of the cap to abut the end face of the opening blade to define the setting position of the opening blade, the opening blade is fixed at a predetermined position in the set state, and the cap is opened. Variations in the amount of protrusion when the opening blade protrudes toward the container mounting side in conjunction with the lid operation can be reduced, and the opening can be reliably performed.
