本発明は、トイレ改修の施工に係り、特にその施工手間を減らすことができるようにした手洗器に関する。

【従来の技術】
大便器だけが設置されているトイレの改修時に、トイレ手洗器を新たに設ける場合、大便器とトイレ手洗器の給水管および排水管は別々であるため、トイレ手洗器の給排水管をトイレ内の床または壁を外し、床下または壁裏にある給水管、排水管から分岐させ、立ち上げ直す必要があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術では、トイレの改修時にトイレ手洗器を新たに設ける場合、トイレ手洗器の給排水管を新たに立ち上げ直す必要があった。立ち上げ直す場合、床または壁を外す必要があるが、その作業は通常工務店（大工）が行う場合が多い。一方、給排水管の立ち上げ直しやトイレ手洗器の取付けは水道工事店が行う場合が多く、相番工事となる。
本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、本発明の目的は、トイレ手洗器の給水管立ち上げ直しによる施工手間の軽減と相番工事による改修工事の手待ち時間の低減、さらにそれらによる施工費の軽減を可能とした手洗器を提供することである。

【発明が解決するための手段及び作用・効果】
上記目的を達成するために請求項１の発明は、大便器とは別体に設けられ、分岐金具を介して大便器の給水管から分岐した給水管と、排水管とを備え、排水管が大便器と便座の間のリムに固着されていることを特徴とする手洗器を提供する。
手洗器の給水管は大便器の給水管から分岐しており、手洗器の排水管は排水を大便器のボール面に排出するので、トイレ改修時、手洗器を新たに設ける場合においても、新たな給排水管を立ち上げ直す必要がなく、給排水管の立ち上げ直し時の壁や床を外す工事（大工工事）もないため、その施工手間の軽減が図れ、また水道工事と大工工事の相番工事による手待ち時間の軽減が図れる。さらにそれらにより施工費の削減が出来る。
手洗器の排水管は大便器と便座の間のリムに固着されているので、既存の便座が使える上、排水が確実に大便器のボール面に排出され周囲への飛び散りがない。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の第１実施例を第１図を参照しながら説明する。
手洗器１は、大便器２と図１のように給水管３、排水管４を介して設置している。
手洗器の排水は手洗器下でトラップ５を形成し（図１）そのまま排水管４にて横引きされ、大便器２のボール内に排水される。若しくは横引きされた後、壁際でトラップ５を形成し（図示せず）排水管４を介して大便器２のボール内に排水される。
一方、給水側については止水栓６に図２の三叉分岐金具７をつなぎ、給水を３系統に分岐させる。給水管８はロータンクへ、給水管９は手洗器給水栓へ、給水管１０は温水洗浄便座へと接続されている。特に給水管９は、寒冷地仕様のときは水抜きのために、大便器付近で分岐し、一方は抜いた水が排出できるように大便器に排水する構造をとることも出来る。また給水管は共に三叉分岐金具７とカプラー方式で接続されるため、スパナ等の工具不要で接続できる。

この発明の第２実施例を第３図を参照しながら説明する。
第１実施例において、手洗器の排水管４は大便器２の後部に設けた排水穴１１に接続され、前記排水穴は、大便器リム内部に通じており、排水は大便器リムの内部より大便器ボール面に排出される。

第１実施例において、手洗器の排水管４は、便座１２の横部についた排水穴１１と直接つなぎ便座１２の内部を通して大便器ボール面に排出される。

第１実施例において、手洗器の排水管４は、端部に図６の排水ユニットを接続する。排水は排水ユニットの排水管接続部１３より、排水ユニット内に入り通水部１４を通った後、排出部１５より排水される構造である。また、固定は可変式のストッパー１６と排出部１５にて大便器リムをはさむことによって行う。排水ユニットを大便器２と便座１２の間の大便器リム部に固定することにより排水管４を通った排水は、排水ユニットを通った後、大便器ボール面に排出される。

この発明の第５実施例を第７図を参照しながら説明する。
第１実施例において、手洗器の給水管３と排水管４は露出しており意匠性を損なっているが、給排水の横引き部分に配管カバー１７を設置することにより給排水管が配管カバーで隠蔽されるのでトイレ内がすっきりし意匠性も優れたものになる。

この発明の第６実施例を第８図を参照しながら説明する。
第５実施例において、配管カバー１７の上面にカウンター１８を設置し配管カバー１７を目立たなくさせることも出来る。また、このカウンター１７は上部に花などの飾り物を置くこともできる。

第５実施例において、大便器との給排水接続部分の給排水管が露出しているが、止水栓まわりを隠蔽する配管カバー１７を設置することによっても給排水接続部分を隠蔽し目立たなくすることも出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記構成により次の効果を発揮する。
手洗器の給水管は大便器の給水管から分岐しており、手洗器の排水管は排水を大便器のボール面に排出するので、トイレ改修時、手洗器を新たに設ける場合においても、新たな給排水管を立ち上げ直す必要がなく、給排水管の立ち上げ直し時の壁や床を外す工事（大工工事）もないため、その施工手間の軽減が図れ、また水道工事と大工工事の相番工事による手待ち時間の軽減が図れる。さらにそれらにより施工費の削減ができる。
手洗器の排水管は大便器と便座の間のリムに固着されているので、既存の便座が使える上、排水が確実に大便器のボール面に排出され周囲への飛び散りがない。

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the construction labor by restarting a water supply pipe of a toilet handwasher and to reduce the waiting time for repair work by a counterpart construction. It is another object of the present invention to provide a hand-washing machine capable of reducing the construction cost.

Means and Action / Effect for Solving the Invention
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is provided separately from the toilet and includes a water supply pipe branched from a water supply pipe of the toilet through a branch fitting, and a drain pipe. The water pipe of the hand basin branches off from the water pipe of the toilet bowl, and the drain pipe of the hand basin discharges the drainage to the bowl surface of the toilet bowl. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The hand washer 1 is installed via a toilet 2 and a water supply pipe 3 and a drain pipe 4 as shown in FIG.
The drain from the hand basin forms a trap 5 under the hand basin (FIG. 1), and is drawn laterally by the drain pipe 4 as it is to be drained into the bowl of the toilet bowl 2. Alternatively, after being pulled horizontally, a trap 5 is formed near the wall (not shown) and drained into the bowl of the toilet bowl 2 through the drain pipe 4.
On the other hand, on the water supply side, the water stopcock 6 is connected to the three-way branch metal fitting 7 in FIG. 2 to branch the water supply into three systems. The water supply pipe 8 is connected to a low tank, the water supply pipe 9 is connected to a hand-washer faucet, and the water supply pipe 10 is connected to a warm water flush toilet seat. In particular, it is possible to adopt a structure in which the water supply pipe 9 branches off near the toilet for drainage in cold district specifications, and drains water to the toilet so that the drained water can be discharged. Further, since both the water supply pipes are connected to the three-way branch fitting 7 by a coupler method, they can be connected without tools such as a spanner.

In the first embodiment , the drain pipe 4 of the hand basin is connected to a drain hole 11 provided at a rear portion of the toilet bowl 2, and the drain hole communicates with the interior of the toilet rim. It is discharged to the toilet bowl.

A fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In the first embodiment , the water supply pipe 3 and the drain pipe 4 of the hand washing machine are exposed and their design is impaired. However, by installing the pipe cover 17 in the horizontal portion of the water supply and drain, the water supply and drain pipe is hidden by the pipe cover. As a result, the interior of the toilet is clean and the design is excellent.

The present invention has the following effects by the above configuration.
