本発明は浴室ユニットの出入り口部分の構造に関し、詳しくは出入り口から浴室内の水が外に漏れないようにする構造に関するものである。

近年、浴室に対して出入りするとき足をつまずいたりしないようにするためにドア枠の下枠の上面と浴室の防水床パンの上面とが略面一になるように施工することが行われるようになってきた。この場合、ドア枠の下枠に下枠の長手方向に長い水止め部材を上下に起倒自在に装着し、ドア枠に装着したドアを閉塞したとき水止め部材を起立させ、ドアを開放したとき水止め部材を下枠の上に倒す構造とし、ドアを閉じたとき出入り口から浴室内の水が浴室外に出ないようにすると共にドアを開いたとき水止め部材が通行の支障とならないようにしている。また下枠の浴室内側に排水溝を設けると共に排水溝の上面を目皿で覆うことで、浴室内の水が浴室外に出るのを防止している。

上記課題を解決するために本発明の請求項1の浴室ユニットの出入り口部分の構造は、防水床パン1に出入り口に対応する部分で出入り口の幅方向に亙るように切り欠き2を設け、この切り欠き2の下方に排水を受ける排水樋3を全長に亙って装着し、両側の縦枠4aの下部間に下枠4bを架設したドア枠4を排水樋3の上方に配置すると共にドア枠4の下枠4bをこの下枠4bの上面が防水床パン1の床面と略面一になるように排水樋3に装着し、排水樋3の長手方向の端部に排水樋3の端部を閉塞するための端部キャップ16,17を一体に装着し、上記切り欠き2縁と下枠4bの浴室内側の縁との間に排水樋3内と連通する開口部5を設け、この開口部5を覆うように下枠4bの略全長に亙って排水目皿6を配置して排水目皿6の下枠4b側の端縁を下枠4bに受けると共に排水目皿6の浴室内側の端縁を切り欠き2縁に載せて受け、ドア枠4の両側の縦枠4aと対応する位置で上記排水目皿6で覆われない開口部5の端部にこの部分を覆う化粧キャップ7,8を水平方向に移動自在に嵌め込むと共に化粧キャップ7,8の端縁を縦枠4aに密着させて固定して成ることを特徴とする。排水樋3の上面の開口部5の縦枠4aと対応する位置の端部に化粧キャップ7,8を嵌め込んで固定することにより外観よく仕舞うことができる。このとき化粧キャップ7,8を嵌め込んでから水平方向に位置調整して化粧キャップ7,8の端縁を縦枠4aに当接し、この状態で固定できるものであって、ドア枠4を取り付ける位置に施工誤差があっても化粧キャップ7,8にて外観よく仕舞うことができる。
