Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a railing for a fall prevention device laid near a tower, a ladder, a step bolt and the like for elevating and lowering equipment of a high-rise building including various types of tower columns, and a stopping performance of a runner fitted and running on the rail. The present invention relates to improvement of rails which requires improvement of rails on the rail side.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Most of the high-rise buildings are installed outdoors, and in particular, steel tower pillars are often erected in harsh environments, and the rails for fall prevention devices laid there are naturally exposed to similar environments. Deterioration of the surface is inevitable, and as a countermeasure, rails are subjected to surface treatment. In addition, due to the outdoor installation, consideration must be given to coloring the rails to match the surrounding wind, and the surface of the rail may be painted. Therefore, even if the rail is subjected to the above-described surface treatment, it is fitted to the rail. There is a need for a measure that does not affect the stopping performance of the brake member of the runner running while gripping the rail surface and stopping.
[0003]
Conventionally, a fall prevention device of this type (the same device in which a rigid rail and a runner cooperate to achieve a predetermined effect) is provided with perforations or engagement pieces at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rail, and is provided with this. With the "digital stop method", the runner stops are engaged and the runner is stopped in steps. The rail surface is smooth and the brake member is pressed against it, or the rails are clamped on the front and back surfaces to keep the runner continuous. The present invention belongs to the latter "analog stop system" proposed by the applicant from the past, and further improved the rail, and applied the brake means of the runner in an emergency. This is to speed up the initial startup.
[0004]
In an emergency (during climbing, when a human body falls, the runner can instantly activate the braking means and grab the rail as the base, but the stopping distance in this case must be as short as possible (the same elapsed time). ) Is desirable, and this has the effect that the gravity due to acceleration makes the load on the falling object smaller, and the increase in the stopping distance by applying the surface treatment to the rail must be prevented as much as possible. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problem with an emphasis on speeding up the initial activation of the brake means of the runner.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises a long rigid rail continuously laid in the height direction of a high-rise building such as a steel tower, and a runner that fits and runs on this rail. A fall prevention device of a type in which the runner is fixed at the position by using the rail as a base body, the rear side of the rail is attached to the building, and the running surface of the runner is formed on the front side. In order to solve the problem, the runner is configured to be able to contact and separate from the brake member, and one or more protrusions are provided in a longitudinal direction in a contact area of the run surface with the brake member. Means.
[0006]
【Example】
FIG. 1 shows a cross section of the rail for a fall prevention device of the present invention, which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. FIG. 2 illustrates the shapes and arrangements of the protrusions provided on the rail. The rail 1 is a long hollow prismatic rigid rail having a rear surface 11 attached to a building, an opening groove 12 provided in the center on the opposite front surface, and running surfaces 13 formed on both sides thereof. I have. A runner 2, which will be described later, fits and runs on the rail 1, and protrusions 14 and (15) are provided in a longitudinal direction of the rail 1 in a contact area of the runner 2 with a brake member 23. 3 shows a state in which the runner 2 is fitted to the rail 1 from above, and FIG. 4 shows a state in which FIG.
[0007]
The runner 2 has two sets of pulleys 22 and 22 'rotatably mounted below the main body 21 (the left side in FIG. 4, which will be described below in a corresponding position), and a brake member 23 is provided on the upper side in a forward direction. It is pivotally supported by a shaft 24 and is further linked to an operating plate 25 via a shaft 24 '. The operating plate 25 is provided with a ring portion 26 and a long hole 25 ′, and a pin 27 ′ of a fork 27 of the main body 21 is slidably engaged with the long hole 25 ′ to link the operating plate 25. Exercise is allowed. The brake member 23 is urged to rotate in the clockwise direction in FIG. 4 by a coil spring 28 wound around a shaft 24 and is in slight contact with the protrusions 14 and (15) of the running surface 13 of the rail 1.
[0008]
Next, a description will be given of an example of an ascending and descending operation in which the fall prevention device having the above-described configuration is laid on a power transmission tower. The worker who brought the runner 2 raises the brake member 23 from the lowermost end of the rail 1 and pulls the pulley 22, 22 ′ is fitted into the hollow part of the rail 1. In this case, the brake member 23 and the operation plate 25 are positioned outside the opening groove 12 on the traveling surface 13 side together with a part of the main body 21. Although not shown, the waist belt of the worker and the ring 26 of the operating plate 25 are connected via a life rope, and the worker climbs with the runner 2 along the step bolt of the steel tower. However, the life rope pulls up the ring portion 26, so that the brake member 23 releases contact with the rail 1 against the urging of the coil spring 28 (state shown in FIG. 5A) and moves upward.
[0009]
The operator descends after finishing the predetermined work at the height above the tower, but the brake member 23 is in contact with the rail 1 with the runner 2 as it is, and the operating plate 25 is further pulled downward by the life rope when descending. As a result, the contact with the rail 1 cannot be released.
This is released by the operator pulling the hips, that is, slightly separating the rail 1 outward (to the right in FIG. 4), so that the life rope pulls the operation plate 25 outward to cause the brake member 23 and the rail 1 to move. Is released, and the worker starts descending with the runner 2 in this state. When the worker is resting on the way up and down, the life rope is loosened slightly, and the brake member 23 of the runner 2 is lightly brought into contact with the rail 1 and stopped to take a rest.
[0010]
In the event of an emergency such as a worker slipping down, first, the life rope of the runner 2 is slackened, and the operating member 25 and the brake member 23 are instantaneously activated to the position shown in FIG. Then, the distal end portion 23 'of the brake member 23 is brought into contact with the protrusion 14 on the running surface 13, and the runner 2 stops suddenly. Subsequently, an excessive impact force is applied in a downward direction in FIG. 4 through the life rope, and is propagated to the brake member 23 connected to the link by being further amplified to the distal end portion 23 '. Cooperating with the pulley 22 in contact with the running back surface 13 'of the rail 1 so as to cut into the running surface 13 in such a manner as to break the projections 14, thereby securely fixing the runner 2 to that position of the rail 1. It is.
[0011]
Generally, a hardness difference is provided between the material of the rail 1 and the brake member 23, and a higher hardness material is adopted for the brake member 23 side, so that the stop performance of the runner 2 is improved by sufficient engagement with the rail 1. When the surface treatment (including painting) is performed on the rail 1, the brake member 23 breaks the surface treatment layer and engages with the rail 1, so that the stop distance is slightly increased. The rail 1 of the present invention is in point contact with the tip portion 23 'of the brake member 23 (line contact in the prior art), and ensures that the surface treatment layer is instantaneously and reliably destroyed, and that the protrusions 14, 15 The amount of protrusion of (1) accelerates the contact with the distal end portion 23 'of the brake member 23, and effectively reduces the initial activation of the brake means to infinitely close to zero and the stop distance of the runner 2 as much as possible. As a result, the impact load due to the drop was significantly reduced.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The rail for a fall prevention device of the present invention can improve the stopping performance of the runner even when the surface treatment is performed by the above-described configuration, can reduce the impact load due to the fall, and if it is a human body, it can be injured by a fall accident. It has a great effect on prevention and rescue of lives, and it can be used in combination with existing rails. Therefore, there is a great economical aspect such as laying parts by replacing them or adopting them according to the construction environment of the building. Bring effect.
