Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a conventional paddle-type running water detection device has a problem that it is difficult to reduce the size of the device in the pipe axis direction, mainly for the following reasons.
[0008]
First, since the
[0009]
Furthermore, since each component must be arranged in series, it is not easy to shorten the length in the tube axis direction as a whole.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and has as its object to provide a paddle-type running water detection device that can be easily made more compact in size in the pipe axis direction than in the past. .
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, a paddle-type running water detection device for fire extinguishing equipment according to the present invention, a check valve for allowing only flowing water from the primary side to the secondary side. A paddle-type running water detection device for fire extinguishing equipment, comprising a paddle-type running water detection unit that detects running water by rotating the paddle under running water pressure, wherein the paddle is arranged on the primary side of the check valve. It is characterized by having.
[0012]
Since the primary side of the check valve is rectified compared to the secondary side, arranging the paddle on the primary side allows the paddle to operate under rectifying conditions.
[0013]
Also, a butterfly type check valve is used as a check valve, and the left and right substantially semicircular valve bodies in the butterfly type check valve are configured such that one is opened at a lower flowing water pressure than the other. Preferably, a paddle is eccentrically arranged on the primary side of the one valve body that opens at the low flow pressure.

In this case, by eccentrically arranging the paddle, it is possible to use a paddle that is small in comparison with the piping area, so that the pressure loss due to arranging the paddle in the piping is reduced as compared with the conventional case. Can be.
[0015]
In particular, the rotation support shaft of the paddle is provided outside the other valve body in the butterfly type check valve, and the paddle is located on the primary side of one valve body in the butterfly type check valve to reduce the flowing water pressure. It is preferable to include a flowing water pressure receiving portion and an arm portion narrower than the flowing water pressure receiving portion and connecting the flowing water pressure receiving portion and the pivot.
[0016]
In this case, the length of the arm portion is longer than in the case where the rotation support shaft of the paddle is provided outside one of the valve bodies, so that it is possible to detect flowing water with higher sensitivity.
[0017]
Further, the paddle is preferably disposed along a direction substantially perpendicular to the pivot of the valve body of the butterfly type check valve and on the center line of the butterfly type check valve. We can detect running water well.
[0018]
In particular, it is preferable that the running water pressure receiving portion of the paddle has a fan shape centering on the tip of the arm portion, whereby the running water can be detected efficiently while effectively suppressing the pressure loss.
[0019]
Further, the paddle-type running water detection device for fire extinguishing equipment according to the present invention is a paddle-type running water detection unit that detects running water by rotating the paddle under running water pressure, supplying water to the secondary side and stopping the same. A paddle-type running water detection device for fire extinguishing equipment, in which a ball valve that opens and closes the valve by rotating a ball valve body is provided as the control valve. A paddle is arranged in the provided internal flow path, and the paddle detects flowing water flowing through the internal flow path of the ball valve body when the valve is opened.
[0020]

The check valve may be a swing type in which a valve body attached to a shaft as described above rotates, or a butterfly type in which a split semi-circular valve body rotates around a common axis. For example, various configurations such as a lift type in which a disk-shaped valve fixed to the tip of the stem moves in parallel can be employed. However, in the case of a large diameter, a butterfly type check valve is effective. Further, the above-described control valve is a manual valve that is manually opened and closed by operating a handle, but may be an electric valve that is opened and closed by driving a motor or the like. In addition, the design can be appropriately changed within the range intended by the present invention.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the paddle is arranged on the primary side of the check valve, the paddle and the check valve can be arranged close to each other, and the size in the tube axis direction can be made smaller than before.
[0050]
When a ball valve is used as the control valve, the control valve and the paddle are arranged in series in the pipe axis direction by detecting the flowing water flowing through the internal flow path of the ball valve body with a paddle. As compared with the conventional configuration, the size in the tube axis direction can be made compact.
