Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water spout having a first member and a second member which are provided with a water passage therein and which are inserted and connected to each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, among water spouting devices such as a shower head, there is a water spouting device (JP-A-11-104524) 10 proposed by the present applicant, as shown in FIG. The water discharging device 10 includes a main body 11 having a grip portion, a water outlet, and a head 31 formed separately from the main body 11 and integrated with the main body 11, a water stopping mechanism 70, It has.
[0003]
The water stop mechanism 70 opens and closes between the primary water passage 12 formed in the main body 11 and the secondary water passage 32 formed in the head 31, and includes a ball valve. 71, a valve case 72, and an opening / closing device 73. Hereinafter, the water stopping mechanism 70 will be described in detail.
[0004]
First, the opening / closing device 73 is disposed so as to cross the main body 11, and is configured by connecting separate open buttons 75 and close buttons 76 in a substantially piston shape. In addition, the open button 75 and the close button 76 have their operation ends exposed to the outside of the main body 11 and can be slid and watertight through through holes 77 and 78 formed in the side surface of the main body 11 through U packing. It is inserted and arranged. Further, a contact flange 79 is provided at a non-operation end of the open button 75, and a contact flange 80 to which the contact flange 79 contacts is provided at a non-operation end of the close button 76.
[0005]
The contact flange 79 is provided with a cylinder hole 81 opening toward the close button 76, and the contact flange 80 is provided with a piston portion 82 projecting toward the open button 75, and The piston 82 is slidably inserted. A torsion spring 85 that urges the open button 75 and the close button 76 to be close to each other is stretched between the contact flange 79 of the open button 75 and the intermediate flange 83 of the close button 76. Further, the stopper 84 of the open button 75 is formed to have a larger diameter than the mounting hole 77, and regulates the amount of the open button 75 exposed to the outside of the main body 11 to a certain amount or less.
[0006]
The valve case 72 has a substantially container shape, and holds a ball valve 71 for opening and closing a valve port 86 provided on the head 31. The ball valve 71 is urged toward the valve port 86 by a spring. ing. The valve case 72 is integrally provided with a switching arm 88 for transmitting the drive applied to the opening / closing device 73. That is, the switching arm 88 locks the projection 89 between the abutted flange 80 of the close button 76 and the intermediate flange 83, and can be driven integrally with the opening / closing device 73.
[0007]
In the above water stopping mechanism 70, when a pressing operation is performed on the open button 75, that is, when a water discharging operation is performed, the contact flange 80 is pressed by the contact flange 79, and the close button 76 is pressed by the arrow shown in FIG. A moves in the valve opening direction indicated by A. As a result, the switching arm 88 and the valve case 72 integrated therewith move in the valve opening direction, and the valve port 86 is opened. On the other hand, when the closing button 76 is pressed, that is, subjected to the water stopping operation in the water discharging state, the switching arm 88 and the valve case 72 are moved in the valve closing direction indicated by the arrow B in FIG. And the valve port 86 is closed. At the same time, the contact flange 79 is pressed by the contact flange 80, and the open button 75 moves in the valve closing direction, thereby increasing the amount of exposure to the outside of the main body 11. However, the amount of exposure of the open button 75 is restricted to the amount until the stopper 84 comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the main body 11.
[0008]
Further, the water discharging device 10 has a “pressure relief function” at the time of stopping water. That is, when the water discharging device 10 is in the water stopped state, the water supply pressure in the water passage 12 on the primary side is applied to the open button 75 and the close button 76. However, since the amount of exposure of the open button 75 is regulated by the stopper 84, only the close button 76 eventually slightly moves in the valve opening direction against the urging force of the torsion spring 85. For this reason, the switching arm 88 and the valve case 72 also move in the valve opening direction, the valve port 86 is slightly opened, and the supply pressure in the water passage 12 on the primary side is released. When the release is completed, the closing button 76 is automatically returned in the valve closing direction by the urging force of the torsion spring 85, and the valve port 86 is closed.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the water discharging device 10 is configured as an insertion connection product of a plurality of members such as the main body 11 and the head 31 as in this conventional example, the following problem occurs. That is, in this type of water discharger 10, when water is supplied, water supply pressure (dynamic water pressure) is applied to each of the water passages of the main body 11 and the head 31, but between the main body 11 and the head 31 which are arranged adjacently. The connection is fixed only by adhesion or the like. For this reason, as the usage period of the water discharging device 10 elapses, the head 31 shows a behavior of gradually pulling out from the main body 11, causing water leakage at the connection portion, or the head 31 completely pulling out. , Etc., may occur.
[0010]
In particular, in the case where the water stop mechanism 70 is built in as in the above-described conventional example, the possibility of causing such a problem increases. That is, when a water stopping operation is performed on the water stopping mechanism 70, a water supply pressure (hydrostatic pressure) is applied to the head 31. For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6B, the periphery of the valve port 86 in the head 31 becomes a pressure receiving surface 90 that receives a water supply pressure (hydrostatic pressure) in the primary-side water passage 12. 31 easily moves in the withdrawal direction. Accordingly, the valve port 86 moves in the direction of the arrow C in the drawing, and it becomes difficult for the ball valve 71 to properly seat on the valve port 86. Even if the water stopping mechanism 70 is subjected to the water stopping operation, complete water stopping is performed. This is because there is a high possibility that a state cannot be obtained or the head 31 comes off the main body 11.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to form a plurality of members by inserting and connecting them, while ensuring the connection and fixing state between the members, and firmly. An object of the present invention is to provide an improved water spout.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, first, a means adopted by the invention according to claim 1 is a water discharging device having a first member and a second member which are provided with water passages therein and which are inserted and connected to each other. And the first member and the second member are prevented from coming off from each other by a stopper member separate from the first member.A water spouting device, wherein the retaining member is a fitting portion of a male connecting portion of the first member and a female connecting portion of the second member, or a female connecting portion of the first member. And a stopper interposed between the male member to be connected to the second member and a first engagement piece of the retaining member engaged with an engaging groove of the second member. The second locking piece is locked in a locking groove of the first member to prevent the first member and the second member from coming off from each other.".
The means adopted by the invention of claim 2 is “a water spout having a first member and a second member, each having a water passage therein and being inserted and connected to each other, wherein the first member and the second member The member is a water discharging device for preventing the first member and the second member from coming off from each other by a separate stopper member, wherein the stopper member is a male connecting portion of the first member and the second member. The female connecting portion of the first member or the female connecting portion of the first member and the male connecting portion of the second member are interposed in the fitting portion and the retaining member Is fixed to one of the first member or the second member, and the locking piece of the retaining member is locked in the other locking groove of the first member or the second member, whereby the first member And the second member prevents the second member from coming off.
[0013]
Claim 1~ 2According to the invention, since the first member and the second member to be inserted and connected are fixed by using a separate retaining member, the connection and fixing state is secure and firm, and unintentional withdrawal from each other is prevented. It can be prevented exactly. Here, the "water spouting device" of the present invention includes (1) not only a shower head for spouting shower water, but also (2) a spouting head for normal water spouting, and (3) a water spouting head for oral cavity and eye wash. The water discharging device according to the aspect is included. Further, it does not matter whether or not various devices such as the above-mentioned "water stop mechanism" are incorporated in the "water discharging device" of the present invention.
[0014]
The “first member” and the “second member” constituting the present water discharging device are not limited to being one-piece products, and may be various members assembled.
[0015]
As the "retaining member" of the present invention, for example, a set screw that is screwed to one of the first member or the second member to be inserted and connected and locks the other, or between the first member and the second member In addition to a hook or the like that is hooked over, a hook that is locked by both the first member and the second member, and a hook that is fixed to one and locked by the other can be exemplified. Further, in the present invention, the connection and fixing of the first member and the second member may be performed only by the retaining member. However, when an adhesive or the like is used together with the retaining member, the reliability of the connection and fixing is further improved. ,improves.
[0016]
Next, claim3Means adopted by the invention of the present invention is characterized in that the first member is a main body having a grip portion, and the second member is a head having a water discharge portClaim 1 or claim 2Water spouting tool ".
[0017]
Claim3The invention has been made in view of the following viewpoints. That is, generally, in a water discharging device such as a shower head, an internal flow path is bent. In addition, the outer shape is also complicated in order to ensure design and convenience. In order to form such a water discharging device as an integral product using, for example, a resin, a great deal of time is required. Therefore, it is conceivable that the head of the water discharging device and the main body are separated. However, in this case, as described above, various problems occur, such as the head being easily pulled out of the main body. Meanwhile, claims3According to the invention, since this problem can be solved by the action of the retaining member, the main body and the head can be positively separated from each other, and a complicated internal flow path and a water spout having an outer shape can be realized. .
[0018]
Next, claim1Means adopted by the invention of "A water discharging device having a first member and a second member each having a water passage provided therein and being inserted and connected to each other, wherein the first member and the second member are separated from each other by a retaining member. A water spout for preventing the member and the second member from coming off from each other, wherein the stopper member is an insertion portion of a male connecting portion of the first member and a female connected portion of the second member, Alternatively, the first locking piece of the retaining member is interposed between the female fitting portion of the first member and the male fitting portion of the second member. Locking the second locking piece of the retaining member in the locking groove of the first member to lock the first member and the second member with each other to lock the locking member in the locking groove. Water spouting device".
[0019]
This claim 1According to the invention, since the retaining member is interposed between the inserted portions of the first member and the second member which are disposed adjacent to each other and is not exposed to the outside, the appearance of the water discharging device can be made more preferable.
[0020]
Next, claim2Means adopted by the invention of "A water discharging device having a first member and a second member each having a water passage provided therein and being inserted and connected to each other, wherein the first member and the second member are separated from each other by a retaining member. A water spout for preventing the member and the second member from coming off from each other, wherein the stopper member is an insertion portion of a male connecting portion of the first member and a female connected portion of the second member, Alternatively, the female member of the first member and the male member to be connected of the second member are interposed between the insertion portions of the female member and the retaining member is one of the first member or the second member. And the retaining piece of the retaining member is retained in the other retaining groove of the first member or the second member to prevent the first member and the second member from coming off from each other. Water spouting device characterized by that".
[0021]
This claim 2Also in the invention of the above, since the retaining member is interposed between the inserted portions of the first member and the second member which are arranged adjacent to each other and is not exposed to the outside, the appearance of the water discharging device can be made more suitable. Meanwhile, claims1Unlike the first invention, since the retaining member is fixed to one of the first member and the second member, the connection state between the first member and the second member is further strengthened. Various means such as screwing and screwing can be exemplified as means for fixing the retaining member.
[0024]
Next, claim4Means adopted by the invention of claim 1 is that "a water stop mechanism is provided between the water passage of the first member and the water passage of the second member."3According to any one of the above.
[0025]
As described above, in the water spout having a built-in water stopping mechanism between the water passage of the first member and the water passage of the second member, when water is stopped, the water supply pressure is applied to the members constituting the water passage on the secondary side. In some cases, it is desired that the first member and the second member be more firmly retained. Therefore, by employing a retaining member that is separate from the first member and the second member, a more secure retaining member can be realized, and even if the water discharging device has a water stopping mechanism, the first member and the second member are used. And a water spouting device firmly connected and fixed.
[0026]
In addition, the claim4The water stop mechanism of the invention of the invention does not particularly matter whether or not it has a `` pressure relief function at the time of water stop '' as in the conventional example described above, but in the case where it has other functions other than the water stop function as described above Claims4The invention has greater significance.
[0027]
That is, if various functions other than the water stopping function are to be provided, a space for incorporating and storing various members inside the water discharging device becomes large. Then, in the member forming the water passage on the secondary side of the water stopping mechanism, the pressure receiving area to which the water supply pressure at the time of water stopping is increased, and at the time of water stopping, the members inserted and connected to each other are withdrawn. Large stress will be applied. Therefore, by adopting the retaining member, it is possible to obtain a sufficiently connected and fixed state between the members even in such a spout.
[0028]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the “water spouting device” according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0029]
First, according to a first example shown in FIG.1And claims4A specific example of the water spout 10 according to the invention will be described. This water discharging device 103According to the present invention, a main body 11 as a first member and a head 31 as a second member are provided, and these are retained and fixed by a retaining member 50. Note that, in the first example, a mode in which the water discharging device 10 is configured as a connected product of the main body 11 and the head 31 which are two members is illustrated, but it may be configured as a connected product of three or more members. For example, the main body 11 may be divided into a member constituting the head 31 side portion and a member constituting the base end portion supported by the holder or the like, and these plural members may be integrated. . When integrating the plurality of members, the retaining member according to the present invention can be applied. This is the same in the second to sixth examples described later.
[0030]
In the main body 11 of the first example, the internal space is a water passage 12 connected to a water supply source, and the outer shape of the end on the head 31 side is reduced to a step-like shape to form the connection portion 13. In addition, locking grooves 14 are provided on inner wall surfaces above and below the connecting portion 13, and a sealing member 16 is fitted into a circumferential groove provided on an outer wall surface of the connecting portion 13.
[0031]
On the other hand, the head 31 of the first example is configured such that the internal space is a water passage 32 that leads to a water discharge port (not shown), and a connected portion 33 corresponding to the connecting portion 13 is formed by the end of the main body 11. I have. A frame wall 34 projects substantially in a frame shape from the inner wall surface on the back side of the connected portion 33, and an insertion portion 35 extends from the inner edge of the frame wall 34 in a substantially container-like shape in the opening direction of the connected portion 33. It protrudes. The insertion portion 35 has an outer shape that can be freely inserted into the connection portion 13, and has locking grooves 36 formed on upper and lower outer wall surfaces. A through hole 37 that opens the water passage 32 to the outside of the head 31 is provided on the bottom surface of the insertion portion 35, and the seal member 18 is attached to the opening side of the through hole 37 to form a valve port 86. ing.
[0032]
The valve port 86 is opened and closed by, for example, a ball valve 71 shown by a dashed line in the figure, and communicates and shuts off the water passage 12 of the main body 11 and the water passage 32 of the head 31. The water stop mechanism 70 including the ball valve 71 as a constituent element46B. For example, as shown in FIG. 6B, it is possible to use a ball valve 71, a valve case 72, and an opening / closing device 73 as main components. it can. However, the claim4The water stopping mechanism according to the invention is not limited to the one having the “pressure relief function at the time of water stopping”. Claims4The water stop mechanism of the invention of the invention is not limited to the ball valve type, for example, "sliding contact valve system that slides and moves to open and close the flow path", "moves the valve body to and from the valve port" Other types of water shutoff mechanisms, such as a "lift valve method for opening and closing the flow path", can also be selected. Claims4The water stopping mechanism of the invention of the invention is not only a "water discharge and stop water selection function", but also a "flow rate adjustment function" or a "selection between normal water discharge and shower water discharge, between bubble discharge and water discharge without bubble discharge. Other functions such as "selection function of water discharge mode such as selection" may be provided. These points are the same in the second to sixth examples described below.
