TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle submersion countermeasure device that can detect that a vehicle has submerged and can reliably open a passenger side window glass even when a window lock is provided.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, vehicles such as automobiles are generally equipped with a power window mechanism for opening and closing a window glass by a motor or the like. In the case of a vehicle equipped with such a power window mechanism, the window glass can be automatically opened when submerged in the sea or lake due to an unexpected accident, etc. Various studies have been made to provide a submergence countermeasure that enables a passenger to easily escape from the vehicle.
[0003]
Such submergence handling means includes a submergence detecting means for detecting a submerged state, a control circuit for controlling operation, a drive circuit for supplying drive power to a motor for opening and closing a window glass, and the like, for detecting submersion. For example, a configuration is used in which the windowpane is forcibly opened, or an emergency backup circuit is operated to ensure that the windowpane can be opened.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a general power window mechanism has a window lock mechanism, and the conventional window lock mechanism uses a mechanical control system called a mechanical cell system. There is a problem that the passenger side window cannot be opened or closed unless the condition is canceled.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and when the vehicle is submerged, even if the power window mechanism is locked on the driver's seat side, the windowpane is only operated by the switch operation on the passenger seat side. It is an object of the present invention to provide a submergence countermeasure device that can open the water.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The device for preventing submersion of a vehicle according to the present invention is, for example, a device for preventing submersion of a vehicle having a submersion backup circuit on a substrate on which an electronic circuit in the vehicle is mounted, using a low current method of electrically controlling a power window mechanism. ,
The submergence backup circuit includes submergence detection means for detecting a submergence state, and window lock release means for unlocking windows other than the driver's seat when submerged based on the output of the submergence detection means. The backup circuit is a vehicle submersion countermeasure device configured to perform window drive control only in the opening direction of the window when submerged,
The submersion backup circuit is configured to drive to open the window when the operation switch is opened, and to perform drive control so as not to drive the window when the operation switch is closed. configured that, characterized by (claim 1).
[0007]
In addition, the vehicle submersion countermeasure device according to the present invention is, for example, a low current system that electrically controls a power window mechanism, and is a vehicle submergence countermeasure device having a submergence backup circuit on a board on which an electronic circuit in the vehicle is mounted. So,
The submergence backup circuit includes submergence detection means for detecting a submergence state, and window lock release means for unlocking windows other than the driver's seat when submerged based on the output of the submergence detection means. The backup circuit is a vehicle submersion countermeasure device configured to perform window drive control only in the opening direction of the window when submerged,
At least the constituent members of the submerged backup circuit are coated with a water-resistant coating (claim 2).
In addition, it is preferable that the submerged backup circuit is installed on the passenger seat side (claim 3).
With the above configuration, when the vehicle is submerged, the window lock mechanism is released, and the power window becomes operable only in the descending direction by the manual operation of the operation switch, and does not operate in the ascending direction due to the manual operation of the operation switch. Even when the power window is locked on the driver's seat side, it is possible to reliably open the window glass only by operating the switch on the passenger's seat side.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram showing a configuration of a submersion countermeasure device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a circuit diagram showing an example of a configuration of a submergence detecting unit of the submergence countermeasure device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
The submersion countermeasure device 1 in the present embodiment includes a passenger seat
Normally, the passenger on the passenger seat operates the operation switch ASSW1 on the passenger seat side to open and close the window glass 17 on the passenger seat window.
[0009]
In addition, the driver on the driver's seat can operate the passenger's seat remote control switch ASSW2 in the driver's seat and send control signals UPSIG and DOWNSIG to open and close the windshield 17 on the passenger's seat. Further, the window lock switch WLSW Is operated to send a window lock signal WLSIG from the lock switch circuit 21 so that even if the passenger on the passenger seat operates the operation switch ASSW1 on the passenger seat side, the window glass 17 on the passenger seat cannot be opened and closed. You can also.
[0010]
As described above, when the vehicle is submerged, if the window glass 17 on the front passenger seat is locked so that it cannot be opened and closed, the passenger on the front passenger seat operates the operation switch ASSW1 on the front passenger seat side to operate the front passenger window glass 17. The front passenger seat
[0011]
The passenger seat
[0012]
The submergence backup circuit 10 is a submergence detecting unit 11, a control circuit IC1, a capacitor C1, a resistor R6, R7, R8, R9, R14, a diode D3, a capacitor C1, and a window lock release corresponding to submergence detecting means for detecting a submerged state. It has a lock release switch circuit 15 corresponding to the means.
[0013]
The submergence detecting unit 11 is provided with submergence detecting means WS1 for detecting a submerged state, and a detection signal output circuit T1 for outputting a submerged detection signal when the submerged state is detected. The water immersion detecting means WS1 can use, for example, a configuration as shown in FIG.
[0014]
In this configuration, when the vehicle is submerged, the conductive state is established via the
[0015]
In addition, the operation switch ASSW1 on the passenger seat side is configured to be connected to UP during upward rotation and to DOWN during downward rotation. The base of the transistor TR5 is connected to the UP via the resistor R11, the emitter is supplied with the battery power supply voltage VB via the resistor R3, and the collector is the control of the UP-side switch circuit 13 via the diode D1 and the resistor R4. Connected to input terminal. On the other hand, the base of the transistor TR6 is connected to DOWN via the resistor R13, the emitter is supplied with the battery power supply voltage VB via the resistor R3, and the collector is the control of the DOWN-side switch circuit 14 via the diode D2 and the resistor R5. Connected to input terminal.
[0016]
Further, the other ends of the UP-side switch circuit 13 and the DOWN-side switch circuit 14 are connected to the coils L1 and L2 of the switching relay RLY1, and the relay switch of the switching relay RLY1 is connected to the driving motor 16 of the power window. I have. The battery power supply voltage VB is supplied to the drive motor 16 via the switching relay RLY1, and the drive glass 16 is rotated, whereby the window glass 17 is raised or lowered to open and close.
[0017]
One of the input terminals of the control circuit IC1 is connected to the DOWN of the operation switch ASSW1 on the passenger seat side, and the other is supplied with a predetermined voltage obtained by dividing the control system power supply voltage VL between the resistors R8 and R9. , A capacitor C1 is inserted between both input terminals. The output terminal of the control circuit IC1 is connected to the control input terminal of the UP switch circuit 13, and detects the DOWN operation of the operation switch ASSW1 to control the UP switch circuit 13. .
[0018]
Next, the operation of the submergence countermeasure device configured as described above will be described.
When the vehicle is submerged, water such as fresh water or salt water enters the vehicle, and the submergence detecting means WS1 is submerged. Then, the
[0019]
As a result, the UP-side switch circuit 13, the DOWN-side switch circuit 14, and the unlocking switch circuit 15 are turned on. Therefore, even when the locking switch means 21 of the driver-side circuit block 3 is turned on, the window lock is provided. The signal WLSIG becomes low, and the window lock is released. As described above, when WLSIG is set to the low state, a current flows through the coil L1 on the UP side and the coil L2 on the DOWN side of the switching relay RLY1, and both relay switches are connected to the battery power supply voltage VB side (on state). ). In this state, when the passenger switches the operation switch ASSW1 on the passenger seat side to the DOWN side, the BD goes low. When the input goes low, the control circuit IC1 turns off the UP-side switch circuit 13.
[0020]
As a result, no current flows to the coil L1 on the UP side of the switching relay RLY1, the UP side is grounded (OFF state), and only the DOWN side relay switch is turned ON, so that the drive current flows to the drive motor 16. As the window glass 17 descends, the window on the passenger seat side opens.
[0021]
Further, when the operation switch ASSW1 on the passenger seat side is connected to the UP side or is not connected to either the UP or the DOWN, the BD is at the high level. The control circuit IC1 in the submerged backup circuit 10 turns on the UP-side switch circuit 13 when the input goes high. As a result, a current flows through the UP-side coil L1 of the switching relay RLY1, the UP-side relay switch is turned on, and the drive motor 16 is in a rotation stopped state without a drive current flowing. For this reason, even if the passenger performs the UP operation, the power window mechanism does not operate, and the window does not close.
[0022]
