Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a buried rail device used as a seat rail for supporting a moving rack in a moving rack device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of buried rail device, as shown in FIG. 10, a rail strip 13 is arranged in a groove 12 formed on a floor surface 11 so that a surface 13a is flush with the floor surface 1, and The rail band plate 13 is formed by filling and curing a synthetic resin 14 in a space in a groove around the plate 13 and deforming the filled resin 14 when a load such as a moving rack acts thereon. It must be positioned so as to prevent accidental movement in the groove 12. For this reason, conventionally, the Y-type anchor 25 is driven from the surface 13a of the rail strip 13 to position the rail strip 13 as shown in the figure.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional configuration as described above, the shocking vibration applied to the rail strip 13 at the time of anchoring causes separation between the filling resin 14 and the rail strip 13. Further, the anchors 25 need to be installed at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the rail strip 13, but the reinforcements under the floor and the anchors 25 interfere with each other and the anchors 25 cannot be installed normally. Sometimes it happens. Further, the installation of the anchor 25 takes a great deal of time and labor, and the acquisition of the anchor 25 is not easy, so that there is a disadvantage that the equipment cost is high.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a buried rail device that can solve the conventional problems as described above. A rail strip 13 is arranged in the groove 12 formed in the surface 11 so that the surface 13 a is flush with the floor 11, and the space inside the groove around the strip 13 is filled with the synthetic resin 14 and cured. a buried rails apparatus comprising Te, the lower side of the rail carrier strip 13, Zhang Deban 15 projecting to the left and right sides from the strip 13, the length appropriate intervals of the rail carrier strip 13 The overhanging plate is provided so as to include an overhanging plate serving also as a rail connection plate, which is attached across two rail strips arranged end to end .
[0005]
In addition, as described in claim 2, the overhanging plate 15 can be formed at both ends with bent ends 15a bent obliquely outward and downward. Further, according to the present invention, as set forth in claim 3, a rail strip is arranged in a groove formed on a floor so that the surface is flush with the floor, and a groove around the strip is provided. A buried rail device in which an inner space is filled with a synthetic resin and cured, wherein a projecting plate projecting from the band plate to the left and right sides below the band plate for the rail is a length of the band plate for the rail. The present invention also provides a buried rail device which is provided at an appropriate interval in the direction and in which the overhanging plate has bent ends bent obliquely outward and downward at both ends.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numerals 1A and 1B denote fixed racks installed on a floor, and 2A and 2B denote moving racks. The racks 1A to 2B are arranged side by side in parallel with each other, and the movable racks 2A and 2B are fixed on the positioning guide rail 3 and the seat rails 4 and 5 laid on the floor between the fixed racks 1A and 1B. The racks 1A and 1B are supported so as to be able to move laterally in a direction connecting the racks 1A and 1B. By the lateral movement of the movable racks 2A and 2B, a work passage A can be formed between any two adjacent racks 1A and 2B.
[0007]
The movable racks 2A and 2B have two flanged wheels 6a and 6b which engage with the positioning guide rail 3, and two flangeless wheels 7a and 7b and 8a and 8b which roll on the seat rails 4 and 5, respectively. Are pivotally supported, and the flanged wheels 6a and the flangeless wheels 7a, 8a on the same side are driven forward and reverse by a drive shaft 10 interlockingly connected to a motor 9, thereby moving the movable racks 2A, 2B back and forth. It can be moved.
[0008]
The buried rail device of the present invention can be used as, for example, the seat rails 4 and 5 in the above-described movable rack device, and has grooves formed on the floor surface 11 as shown in FIGS. A rail strip 13 is arranged in the surface 12 so that the surface 13 a is flush with the floor 11, and the space inside the groove around the strip 13 is filled with a synthetic resin 14 and cured. Under the rail band plate 13, projecting plates 15 projecting from the band plate 13 to both left and right sides are attached at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the band plate 13.
[0009]
The connection between the rail strip 13 and the overhang plate 15 is made by using a counterbore hole 16 provided on the rail strip 13 and a female screw hole 17 provided on the overhang plate 15 as shown in FIGS. This can be done by using a dish-shaped headed bolt 19 having a square hole 18 for rotating operation. The bolt 19 has a length protruding below the overhang plate 15 as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the overhang plate 15 can be fixed to the back surface of the rail strip 13 by welding 20. Of course, the overhang plate 15 can be fixed to the rail band plate 13 by using the bolt 19 and the welding 20 together.
[0010]
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 21 denotes an overhang plate serving also as a rail connection plate. When the rail strips 13 having a unit length are arranged in the groove 12 with their end faces abutting each other, the overhang plate 21 also serves as the rail connection plate. Are disposed so as to straddle between the butting ends of both rail strips 13, 13, and the overhang plate 21 is attached to both rail strips 13, 13 with bolts 19 or the like.
[0011]
It is necessary to position and hold the rail strip 13 at a predetermined position in the groove 12 before filling with the synthetic resin 14. An example of this method will be described with reference to FIGS. A temporary fixing bracket 22 made of an angle material longer than the width of the groove 12 is provided on the surface 13a side of the rail strip 13 at a position at an appropriate interval in the length direction of the rail strip 13 and a rail. It is temporarily fixed with a bolt 23 so as to be orthogonal to the band plate 13 and to project both ends equally. With the rail strip 13 fitted into the groove 12 and adjusted to a predetermined position, both ends of the temporary fixing bracket 22 abutting on the floor surface 11 on both sides of the groove 12 are fixed with concrete nails 24. Fix with such as. As a result, the rail band plate 13 is firmly positioned and held at a predetermined position in the groove 12, so that the synthetic resin 14 is filled in such a state. When the synthetic resin 14 has hardened and the desired strength is obtained, the bolts 23 may be removed, the concrete nail 24 or the like may be removed, and the temporary fixing bracket 22 may be removed.
[0012]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, at both ends of the overhang plate 15, bent end portions 15 a that bend obliquely outward and downward are formed, so that the support strength and the positioning strength of the rail strip 13 can be increased. . Further, although different from the technical idea of the present invention described in claim 1, it is conceivable that the overhang plate 15 is continuous over the entire length of the rail strip 13 as shown in FIG. 8, or as shown in FIG. It is also conceivable to integrally form the portion corresponding to the overhang plate 15 with the rail band plate 13. In the drawing, reference numeral 23a denotes a screw hole for screwing the bolt 23 for attaching the bracket 22 for temporary fixing. The overhang plate integral molding can be applied to the overhang plate 15 in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 6 and the overhang plate 15 shown in FIG.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the buried rail device of the present invention, since the overhanging plate that protrudes to the left and right sides from the band plate is provided under the rail band plate, the synthetic resin and the rail filled and cured in the groove are provided. Not only does the bonding area with the strip for the rail greatly increase, but the bottom area of the strip for the rail including the overhang plate also greatly increases. Even if the rail strip is not fixed, the rail strip can be reliably fixed and held at a predetermined position only by the filling resin.
[0014]
Therefore, compared to the case where the Y-type anchor must be cast to fix the rail strip, the filling resin and the rail strip can be securely and firmly bonded without peeling, and easily. And it can be inexpensively constructed. Further, according to the present invention, since the overhanging plates are provided at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rail strip, the required materials can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.
[0015]
Moreover, according to the configuration of the present invention, the overhanging plate can be used also as a connection plate for connecting the butted ends of the rail strips, and compared with a case where another connection-only plate material is required. And economical. Further , according to the configuration of the second or third aspect, the support strength and the positioning strength of the rail strip by the overhang plate can be further increased.
