Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a toilet booth panel connection structure, that is, a connection structure between a partition panel and a front panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the toilet booth is often configured by installing panels, and the toilet space is partitioned by the panels in the same manner as the room space is partitioned. Of course, the structure of the panel itself is different from that used as a partition in a room space, and a panel that is resistant to moisture and excellent in chemical resistance is used.
[0003]
FIG. 5 shows a conventional general toilet booth, in which a front panel (b) is vertically arranged at a tip of a partition panel (a) which is vertically installed on a wall surface. A space is provided between the adjacent front panels (b) and (b), and a door (c) is attached to the space. By the way, as shown in (b) of the figure, a kasagi (d) is attached to the upper end of the partition panel (a) and the front panel (b), and this kasagi (d) is attached to the figure (c). As shown, the front panel (b) and (b) are also provided at the part where the door (c) is attached.
[0004]
Incidentally, the partition panel (a) has a recess (e) formed on the wall surface side, and the wall rail (f) attached to the wall surface is fitted into the recess (e). Therefore, the position of the partition panel (a) can be adjusted while leaving a slight gap between the partition panel side end and the wall surface. On the other hand, a front panel (b) is located at the front end of the partition panel (a), and a connecting member (g) called a click is interposed between both panels (a) and (b). ing.
[0005]
Therefore, when connecting the front panel (b) to the partition panel (a) installed at a predetermined place, the front panel (b) is slightly lifted and locked to the above-mentioned connector (click). In this case, if there is a space between the upper part of the front panel (b) and the ceiling, the front panel can be lifted and locked, but in a toilet booth installed with no gap between the front panel and the ceiling. If so, the ceiling panel must be pushed up and locked. However, the upper end of the partition panel or the front panel is not directly attached to the ceiling and is installed. Therefore, when the front panel is pushed up, the coping must also be pushed up at the same time, which is very troublesome and poor in workability.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
As described above, when the front panel is connected to the already installed partition panel, there is a problem as described above. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem. Even in a toilet booth constituted by a panel reaching the ceiling, a toilet booth which can be easily connected to the partition panel without lifting the front panel. Provide a panel connection structure.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention uses the same connecting device to connect the partition panel and the front panel as before, but does not lift and connect the front panel as in the case of using a conventional click, and connects the partition panel to the wall surface. The front panel is installed with the side panel approaching. Then, the partition panel is pushed out and connected to the front panel. Therefore, a connecting member is attached to the front end of the partition panel and the surface of the front panel, so that they are fitted to each other.
[0008]
Here, the specific shape of the connecting member is not particularly limited, but it is configured so as to be able to fit each other, and the pair of connecting members functions as a connecting tool. On the other hand, the partition panel must be retracted to the wall side to the extent that it does not hinder the installation of the front panel, and it is necessary to give the partition panel a certain speed to fit the two connecting members. In order to maintain the appearance even when the distance between the wall surfaces becomes large, a member having a substantially U-shaped cross section is used as the wall rail, and the side end of the partition panel is Fits on both sides of the wall rail. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
【Example】
The overall basic structure of the toilet booth is the same as that of the related art. As shown in FIG. 5, a partition panel is vertically arranged with respect to a wall surface, and a front panel is vertically installed at a tip of the partition panel. I have. However, in the present invention, the support structure supporting the partition panel and the front panel is configured to support the panel by an adjuster arranged on a floor rail without using legs as shown in FIG. Therefore, it has a baseboard covering the floor rails, and the partition panel has a slidable support form.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows a supporting mode showing a lower end portion of a partition panel or a front panel, but an upper end of each of these panels may be in contact with a ceiling or may leave a space between the ceiling and the ceiling. Of course, when the connector of the present invention is in contact with the ceiling without any gap, the effect as the connector can be sufficiently exhibited. The connection structure of the present invention can be adopted even if there is a space between them.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a specific example showing the connection structure of the present invention. The front panel 2 is perpendicular to the partition panel 1 and is connected to each other via a connecting member 3 therebetween. The connecting member 3 is composed of a combination of connecting members 4 and 5 forming a pair. The A connecting member 4 is attached to the end of the partition panel 1, and the B connecting member 5 is attached to the surface of the front panel 2. The A connecting member 4 has a concave portion formed on the front end surface of the partition panel, and is fitted and attached to the concave portion.
[0012]
FIGS. 3A and 3B show the A connecting member 4 and the B connecting member 5, respectively. Both the A connecting member 4 and the B connecting member 5 have a U-shaped cross section, and are manufactured by bending a springy plate material. The A-connecting member 4 is formed by bending the ends of both side pieces 6 and 6 inward to provide a step corresponding to the plate thickness on the inner side surface. The two side pieces 7, 7 of the one B connecting member 5 are partially bent outward to form a step corresponding to the plate thickness on the outer surface.
[0013]
Therefore, when the B connection member 5 is fitted to the A connection member 4, the locking portion 8 formed with a step on the side piece 6 of the A connection member 4 is locked with the step formed on the side piece 7 of the B connection member 5. The part 9 is locked. The state in which they are engaged with each other is as shown in FIG.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a specific example showing a connection structure between the partition panel 1 and the wall surface 10. A substantially U-shaped wall rail 11 is vertically attached to the wall surface 10, and a side end of the partition panel 1 is fitted into the wall rail 11. The side pieces 12, 12 of the wall rail 11 reduce the distance on the tip side, and the partition panel 1 fitted for that purpose is installed without a gap and without rattling.
[0015]
Since the partition panel 1 can change its position in the wall rail 11 having the long side pieces 12, 12, the front panel 2 is installed with the partition panel 1 retracted to the wall surface 10. Then, the partition panel 1 is advanced, and the B connection member 5 is fitted to the A connection member 4 to connect the two panels. As described above, the panel connecting structure of the toilet booth of the present invention has a connecting member attached to the end of the partition panel and the surface of the front panel and is connected by fitting to each other. Can be done.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The partition panel and the front panel constituting the toilet booth of the present invention are connected by a connecting member that fits together, and the connecting member can be fitted by the action of a spring force, thereby enabling stable panel connection. . And since the partition panel can be slid and connected to the installed front panel, there is no lifting of the panel, which is convenient in the case of a toilet booth using a panel that reaches the ceiling. In the present invention, a wall rail having long side pieces is used so that the partition panel can slide.
