Description

【0002】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0003]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a wall protection material attached to a wall of a building to protect the wall.
[Prior art]
[0004]
Conventionally, the wall surface of a building is protected at a height near the floor surface of the wall surface in order to protect the wall surface by preventing, for example, shoes of a person passing near the wall from being touched or damaged by touching. Along with a strip-shaped wall protection material.
[0005]
In this case, the wall surface protection material is composed of a mounting base material fixed to the wall surface with screws or the like, and a surface member detachably mounted to cover the front surface of the mounting base material fixed to the wall surface. It is customary.
[0006]
The mounting structure of the surface member with respect to the mounting base material in the wall surface protection material is provided with receiving portions on the upper edge and the lower edge of the mounting base material, while the mounting base is provided on the surface member side. In order to correspond to the upper and lower edges on the material side, hook portions are provided on both upper and lower edges thereof, and when mounting the surface member on the mounting substrate fixed to the wall surface, first, the mounting substrate The upper hook on the surface member side is hooked to the receiving portion provided at the upper edge of the surface member, and then the lower edge side of the surface member is pressed against the mounting base material side to thereby fix the surface member. It is usual that the lower hooking portion is resiliently fitted to the lower receiving portion on the mounting substrate side and hooked.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0007]
By the way, as described above, in the mounting structure in which the hooking portion of the surface member is hooked to the receiving portion of the mounting base material, if the hooking state between the receiving portion and the hooking portion is not proper, the surface member Therefore, it is important to control the hooking state between the receiving portion and the hooking portion when the wall protection material is installed, because there is a possibility that rattling may occur and reliability or durability in using the wall protection material may be impaired.
[0008]
However, in practice, the mounting base material and the surface member are usually manufactured by extruding a resin material or the like. However, at this time, a manufacturing error is unavoidable, and the wall surface on which the wall protection material is mounted is unavoidable. However, it is inevitable that the smoothness and the flatness of the building vary in the construction of the building, although the degree of the difference varies. Therefore, it is very difficult to control the hooking state between the receiving portion of the mounting base material and the hooking portion of the surface member, and it is necessary to improve the reliability or durability in using the wall protection material. There is room to be done.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has been made for the purpose of realizing high reliability and durability in a wall surface protection material composed of a mounting base material and a surface member.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0010]
The present invention employs the following configuration as specific means for solving such a problem.
[0011]
That is, a mounting base 1 fixed to a wall surface 50 of a building by a suitable fixing tool 4 and a surface member 2 detachably mounted on the mounting base 1 so as to cover the front side of the mounting base 1. In the wall protection material provided with the above, a predetermined fitting gap 6 is formed between the edge 1b of the mounting substrate 1 and the wall 50 when the mounting substrate 1 is mounted on the wall 50. As described above, the receiving portion 12 extending outward in the surface direction of the mounting base material 1 is provided, while the surface member 2 is fitted into the fitting gap portion 6 on the mounting base material 1 side from the opening end side. By doing so, a hooking portion 23 that is hooked on the receiving portion 12 is provided, The shape of the surface member 2 in the free state of the substrate portion 24 is a curved surface that is appropriately curved in the up-down direction when the surface portion 2 is attached to the flat wall portion 51 of the wall portion 50. The one attached to the portion 52 was set to have a bending angle larger by a predetermined angle than the bending angle of the corner wall portion 52. It is characterized by:
【The invention's effect】
[0012]
According to the wall protection material according to the present invention, The shape of the surface member 2 in the free state of the substrate portion 24 is a curved surface that is appropriately curved in the up-down direction when the surface portion 2 is attached to the flat wall portion 51 of the wall portion 50. In the one attached to the part 52, since it is set to have a bending angle larger by a predetermined angle than the bending angle of the corner wall part 52, When the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting base material 1 previously fixed to the wall surface 50, the engaging portion 23 of the surface member 2 is fitted into the fitting gap 6, and this is fitted to the mounting base material. In a state where the second hooking portion 23 is hooked on the first receiving portion 12, the second hooking portion 23 is constantly urged toward the receiving portion 12 by an elastic restoring force caused by the elastic deformation of the surface member 2. As a result, even if there is a manufacturing error in the mounting base material 1 or the surface member 2, and even if the flatness of the wall surface 50 fluctuates, without being affected by these, the surface member 2 is not affected. The hooking portion 23 always comes into contact with the receiving portion 12 of the mounting substrate 1 in a pressed state, so that the surface member 2 does not rattle or the like, and the use of the wall protection material is extended. The above reliability or durability is improved.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[0013]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described based on some preferred embodiments.
[0014]
First embodiment
FIG. 1 shows a state in which a wall surface protecting member Z1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is attached to a flat wall portion 51 of a wall surface 50. That is, the wall surface protecting material Z1 is for protecting a portion of the flat wall portion 51 near the floor surface 53, has a strip-shaped flat shape of a predetermined length, and has a floor shape of the flat wall portion 51. At a height position near the surface 53, it is arranged to extend along the floor surface 51 along the floor surface 53.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wall surface protection material Z <b> 1 includes an attachment base 1, a surface member 2, and an end member 3. Hereinafter, a specific structure of each of the members 1, 2, 3 will be described.
[0016]
A: Mounting substrate 1
The mounting substrate 1 is formed by extrusion of a resin material, and has a strip-like planar shape of a predetermined length. The mounting base 1 has a first receiving portion 11 on the upper edge 1a and a second receiving portion 11 on the lower edge 1b, of the upper and lower edges 1a and 1b located on the long side. The receiving portions 12 are respectively formed, and the substrate portion 10 located inside the both edge portions 1a and 1b is formed into a flat plate shape, and the substrate portion 10 is brought into contact with the flat wall portion 51. The fasteners 4 and 4, such as screws and bolts, are fixed to the flat wall portion 51 by fastening them.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 3, the first receiving portion 11 has a cross-sectional shape such that the upper edge 1a of the mounting substrate 1 is bent and displaced toward the surface 1d of the mounting substrate 1. The surface on the back surface 1e side of the mounting base material 1 is used as a receiving surface 11a for a first latching portion 22 of the surface member 2 described later, and the receiving surface 11a moves the substrate member 10 from the outer edge to the receiving surface 11a. The inclined surface approaches the back surface 1e (in other words, approaches the flat wall portion 51) as the vehicle heads toward. Therefore, in a state where the mounting substrate 1 is abutted against the flat wall portion 51 from the front surface 1d side and the substrate portion 10 is fastened and fixed to the flat wall portion 51, the first receiving portion 11 The receiving surface 11a is appropriately separated from the flat wall portion 51, and a fitting gap 5 having a wedge-shaped cross-sectional shape is formed between the two over the entire length in the long side direction of the mounting substrate 1.
[0018]
The second receiving portion 12 corresponds to the “receiving portion 12” in the claims, and as shown in FIG. 3, the lower edge 1 b of the mounting base material 1 is attached to the mounting base 1. The mounting substrate 1 has a cross-sectional shape that is bent and deflected to the surface 1d side of the material 1. The surface of the mounting substrate 1 on the surface 1d side is a circular arc surface, and is a second hook of a surface member 2 described later. The stop portion 23 is made to function as the guide surface 12a when engaging in the repressing force. The surface of the second receiving portion 12 on the back surface 1e side of the mounting base material 1 functions as a receiving surface 12b for a second hook portion 23 of the surface member 2 described later, and The plane is substantially parallel to the plane direction of the substrate 1. Therefore, in a state where the mounting base material 1 is abutted against the flat wall portion 51 from the front surface 1d side and the substrate portion 10 is fastened and fixed to the flat wall portion 51, the second receiving portion 12 The receiving surface 12b is appropriately separated from the flat wall portion 51, and a fitting gap 6 having a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape is formed between the two over the entire length of the mounting substrate 1 in the long side direction.
[0019]
B: Surface member 2
The surface member 2 is formed by extrusion molding of a resin material, similarly to the mounting base 1, and has a strip-like planar shape of a predetermined length. The surface member 2 is mounted on the front surface 1d of the mounting base 1 so as to cover the surface 1d, and is continuous with the plate-like substrate 24 and both upper and lower edges of the substrate 24. An upper cover 25 and a lower cover 26 are provided. The cover portions 25 and 26 cover the upper and lower ends of the mounting substrate 1 in a state where the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting substrate 1 side, thereby ensuring aesthetics. Each has a cross-sectional shape curved toward the back surface 2d.
[0020]
Further, a first hooking portion 22 and a second hooking portion 23 are provided on the back surface 2d of the front surface member 2 and near the upper cover portion 25 and the lower cover portion 26, respectively.
[0021]
The first hooking portion 22 corresponds to the “hooking portion 22” in the claims, and rises from the back surface 2 d of the front surface member 2, and has a front end portion which is a flat surface of the front surface member 2. The surface member 2 has a substantially hook-shaped cross-sectional shape bent in a substantially L shape toward the inside in the direction, and is provided over the entire length of the surface member 2 in the long side direction. An inner side surface (a surface near the back surface 1 e) 22 a of the tip of the first hooking portion 22 is a hooking surface 22 a that is hooked on the receiving surface 11 a of the first receiving portion 11 of the mounting base 1. It is an inclined surface inclined in the same direction as the receiving surface 11a so as to correspond to the receiving surface 11a of the first receiving portion 11 of the mounting substrate 1.
[0022]
In this embodiment, as described above, both the receiving surface 11a of the first receiving portion 11 of the mounting base 1 and the engaging surface 22a of the first engaging portion 22 of the surface member 2 are connected. Although an inclined surface is used, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. If at least one of the two is an inclined surface, the intended purpose can be achieved as described later.
[0023]
The second hooking portion 23 corresponds to the “hooking portion 23” in the claims, and the back surface of the front surface member 2 is opposed to the first hooking portion 22. It has a substantially hook-shaped cross-sectional shape that rises from 2d and is bent in a substantially L-shape toward the inside of the surface member 2 in the planar direction, and is provided over the entire length of the surface member 2 in the long side direction. I have.
[0024]
Further, a pair of upper and lower ribs 27, 27 is provided on the rear surface side of the substrate portion 24 over the entire length in the long side direction of the surface member 2. The rib 27 is disposed so as to straddle between the back surface of the substrate portion 24 of the front surface member 2 and the front surface 1d of the mounting base 1 so as to prevent the substrate portion 24 from being bent. Therefore, the rib 27 is not limited to being provided on the surface member 2 side as in this embodiment, but is provided on both the surface member 2 and the mounting base 1 side. Is what you can do.
[0025]
The height of the pair of upper and lower cover portions 25 and 26 provided on the front surface member 2 and the height of the first and second hook portions 22 and 23 from the back surface 2d of the front surface member 2 are increased. Are set to be substantially the same, and the protruding height of these is set to a value larger than the protruding height of the pair of ribs 27 by the thickness dimension of the mounting base 1.
[0026]
Further, in this embodiment, the substrate portion 24 of the surface member 2 is not formed in a planar shape as shown by a solid line in FIG. 3, but is shown by a chain line in FIG. 3 (see a portion indicated by reference numeral 2 '). Thus, in the free state before the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting base 1 side, the shape at the time of manufacturing is set so as to have a curved surface which is appropriately curved in the vertical direction.
[0027]
C: End member 3
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the end members 3 are provided at both ends in the long-side direction of the wall surface protection material Z <b> 1, and in a state where the surface member 2 is attached to the attachment base 1. It is for covering the both ends to secure the aesthetics of the wall surface protection material Z1. The upper and lower connection members 32, 32 are protruded inside the main body 31.
[0028]
D: Installation work of wall protection material Z1
Next, a description will be given of a work procedure and the like in a case where the wall surface protection member Z1 configured as described above is attached to the flat wall portion 51 of the wall surface 50.
[0029]
In the work of attaching the wall surface protection member Z1 to the flat wall portion 51, first, the mounting base material 1 is fixed to a predetermined height position of the flat wall portion 51 using the fixtures 4, 4,. In the fixed state of the mounting base 1, the fitting gap 5 that opens upward between the first receiving portion 11 and the flat wall portion 51 and the second receiving portion 12 is A fitting gap 6 that opens downward is formed between the mounting base 1 and the wall 51 over the entire length of the mounting base 1 in the long side direction.
[0030]
Next, the surface member 2 is applied to the mounting base 1 from an obliquely upper side thereof and in a state in which the lower edge portion 2b side is pulled toward the front, and the upper edge portion of the surface member 2 is applied. The first hooking portion 22 provided on the 2a side is fitted into the fitting gap 5 from the upper side thereof, and the first hooking portion 22 is attached to the first base on the mounting base 1 side. Hang it on the receiving part 11.
[0031]
In this case, as the degree of fitting of the first hooking portion 22 into the fitting gap 5 progresses, the hooking surface 22a of the first hooking portion 22 moves to the receiving surface 11a of the receiving portion 11. The first hooking portion 22 is guided by the inclined surfaces of the two surfaces 22a and 11a, and is moved toward the flat wall portion 51 while being in contact with the receiving portion 11 of the mounting base material 1; It is pressed against the flat wall portion 51. As a result, even if there is a manufacturing error in the mounting base material 1 or the surface member 2, and even if the flatness of the flat wall portion 51 varies, the first hooking portion of the surface member 2 can be used. 22 is securely held by both the flat wall portion 51 and the receiving portion 11 of the mounting base material 1.
[0032]
Next, the lower edge portion 2b side of the surface member 2 is attached to the mounting base 1 side. In this case, the substrate portion 24 of the surface member 2 has a curved shape, and the second Is located on the guide surface 12a of the second receiving portion 12 on the side of the mounting base 1 so that the operator can move the portion closer to the lower edge portion 2b of the surface member 2 to the above position. It will be pressed toward the flat wall 51 side. Under the pressing force, the substrate portion 24 is elastically deformed so as to approach the flat wall portion 51, and the second hooking portion 23 is also elastically bent downward by the guide action of the guide surface 12a. The second hook 23 is bent and deformed and is hooked on the second receiving portion 12 by the elastic restoring force of the second hook 23 at the time when the second hook 23 gets over the guide surface 12a, and the second hook 23 is detached. Is prevented. In the state where the second hooking portion 23 is hooked on the second receiving portion 12 as described above, the elastic restoring force of the substrate portion 24 acts, and the second hooking portion 23 is moved by the second hooking portion 23. Is pressed and urged toward the receiving portion 12 by a predetermined urging force. As a result, even if there is a manufacturing error in the mounting base material 1 or the surface member 2, and even if the flatness of the flat wall portion 51 varies, the second base material is not affected by the unevenness. Is in constant contact with the second receiving portion 12 of the mounting base 1 in a pressed state.
[0033]
As described above, when the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting base material 1, on the upper edge portion 2 a side of the surface member 2, the first latching portion 22 is connected to the flat wall portion 51 by the mounting surface. Both of the receiving portions 11 of the base material 1 are securely held, and the second hook portion 23 is provided on the lower edge portion 2b side of the surface member 2 by the second receiving portion of the mounting base material 1. When the surface member 2 is in constant contact with the mounting member 1, the state of attachment of the surface member 2 to the mounting substrate 1 is properly maintained, and the occurrence of rattling or the like on the surface member 2 is reliably prevented, and Thus, the reliability or durability in use of the wall protection material Z1 is improved.
[0034]
After attaching the surface member 2 to the mounting base 1, the end members 3 and 3 are fitted with the connection members 32 on both end surfaces 2e and 2e of the surface member 2. It is attached by that.
[0035]
Second embodiment
FIG. 4 shows that the wall surface protecting material Z2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is provided with a corner wall portion 52 of a wall surface 50 (that is, a portion where left and right plane wall portions 51 and 51 are continuous at a predetermined angle in a bent state). 2 shows a state where the camera is attached to the camera. That is, the wall surface protecting material Z2 is for protecting a portion of the corner wall portion 52 near the floor surface 53, and has a bent plate shape bent substantially in an L shape. Is extended from a height position near the floor surface 53 to a predetermined height position.
[0036]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the wall surface protection material Z <b> 2 includes an attachment base 1, a surface member 2, and an end member 3. Hereinafter, a specific structure of each of the members 1, 2, 3 will be described.
[0037]
A: Mounting substrate 1
The mounting substrate 1 is formed by extruding a resin material, and has a bent plate shape having a predetermined length. The mounting substrate 1 has a first receiving portion 11 on a right edge portion 1a and a second receiving portion on a left edge portion 1b, of the two edge portions 1a and 1b located on the long side. 12 are formed, and a bent plate-shaped portion located inside the both edges 1a and 1b is used as a substrate portion 10. The substrate portion 10 is brought into contact with the corner wall portion 52, and screws and bolts are formed. Are fixed to the corner wall portion 52 by fastening them with fixing tools 4, 4,.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 6, the first receiving portion 11 has a cross-sectional shape such that the right edge 1a of the mounting substrate 1 is bent and displaced toward the surface 1d of the mounting substrate 1. The surface on the back surface 1e side of the mounting base material 1 is used as a receiving surface 11a for a first latching portion 22 of the surface member 2 described later, and the receiving surface 11a moves the substrate member 10 from the outer edge to the receiving surface 11a. The inclined surface approaches the back surface 1e (in other words, approaches the corner wall portion 52) as going toward. Therefore, in a state where the mounting substrate 1 is abutted against the corner wall portion 52 from the front surface 1d side and the substrate portion 10 is fastened and fixed to the corner wall portion 52, the first receiving portion 11 The receiving surface 11a is appropriately separated from the corner wall portion 52, and a fitting gap 5 having a wedge-shaped cross-sectional shape is formed between the two over the entire length of the mounting substrate 1 in the long side direction.
[0039]
The second receiving portion 12 corresponds to the “receiving portion 12” in the claims, and as shown in FIG. 6, the left side edge 1 b of the mounting base 1 is attached to the mounting base 1. 1 has a cross-sectional shape that is bent and deviated to the surface 1d side, and the surface on the surface 1d side of the mounting base 1 is a circular arc surface and is a second hook of the surface member 2 described later. The portion 23 functions as the guide surface 12a at the time of engaging the repression. The surface of the second receiving portion 12 on the back surface 1e side of the mounting base material 1 functions as a receiving surface 12b for a second hook portion 23 of the surface member 2 described later, and The plane is substantially parallel to the plane direction of the substrate 1. Accordingly, in a state where the mounting substrate 1 is abutted against the corner wall portion 52 from the surface 1d side and the substrate portion 10 is fastened and fixed to the corner wall portion 52, the second receiving portion 12 The receiving surface 12b is appropriately separated from the corner wall portion 52, and a fitting gap 6 having a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape is formed between the two over the entire length of the mounting substrate 1 in the long side direction.
[0040]
B: Surface member 2
The surface member 2 is formed by extrusion molding of a resin material, similarly to the mounting base 1, and has a bent plate shape having a predetermined length. The surface member 2 is attached to the surface 1d of the mounting base 1 so as to cover the surface 1d. The surface member 2 is provided on a bent plate-shaped substrate portion 24 and on both left and right edges of the substrate portion 24. A continuous right-side cover 25 and left-side cover 26 are provided. The cover portions 25 and 26 cover the left and right end portions of the mounting base material 1 in a state where the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting base material 1 side to ensure aesthetic appearance. Each has a cross-sectional shape curved toward the back surface 2d.
[0041]
Further, a first hooking portion 22 and a second hooking portion 23 are provided on the rear surface 2d of the front surface member 2 and near the right side cover portion 25 and the left side cover portion 26, respectively.
[0042]
The first hooking portion 22 has a substantially hook-shaped cross-sectional shape that rises from the back surface 2d of the front surface member 2 and has its tip portion bent substantially in an L-shape toward the inside in the planar direction of the front surface member 2. The surface member 2 is provided over the entire length in the long side direction.
[0043]
In this embodiment, as described above, both the receiving surface 11a of the first receiving portion 11 of the mounting base 1 and the engaging surface 22a of the first engaging portion 22 of the surface member 2 are connected. Although an inclined surface is used, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. If at least one of the two is an inclined surface, the intended purpose can be achieved as described later.
[0044]
The second hooking portion 23 corresponds to the “hooking portion 23” in the claims, and the back surface of the front surface member 2 is opposed to the first hooking portion 22. It has a substantially hook-shaped cross-sectional shape that rises from 2d and is bent in a substantially L-shape toward the inside of the surface member 2 in the planar direction, and is provided over the entire length of the surface member 2 in the long side direction. I have.
[0045]
Further, a plurality of ribs 27, 27,... Are provided on the back side of the substrate portion 24 over the entire length of the surface member 2 in the long side direction.
[0046]

Are set to be substantially the same, and the protruding height of these is set to a value larger than the protruding height of the pair of ribs 27 by the thickness dimension of the mounting base 1.
[0047]
Further, in this embodiment, the substrate portion 24 of the surface member 2 is not formed at a bending angle corresponding to the bending angle of the corner wall portion 52 as shown by a solid line in FIG. As shown in the figure (see the portion indicated by reference numeral 2 '), in a free state before the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting base material 1 side, a bending angle larger than the bending angle of the corner wall portion 52 by a predetermined angle. The shape at the time of manufacture is set so as to have.
[0048]
C: End member 3
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the end members 3 are provided at both ends in the long-side direction of the wall surface protection material Z2, and in a state where the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting base material 1. It is for covering the both ends to secure the aesthetics of the wall surface protection material Z2, and is configured by projecting a pair of upper and lower connection members 32, 32 inside the main body 31.
[0049]
D: Installation work of wall protection material Z2
Next, a description will be given of an operation procedure and the like when the wall protection material Z2 configured as described above is attached to the corner wall portion 52 of the wall surface 50.
[0050]
In the work of attaching the wall surface protecting material Z2 to the corner wall portion 52, first, the mounting base material 1 is fixed to a predetermined height position of the corner wall portion 52 by using the fixtures 4, 4,. I do. In the fixed state of the mounting base 1, the fitting gap 5 opening to the right is provided between the first receiving portion 11 and the corner wall portion 52, and the second receiving portion 12 and the corner A fitting gap 6 opening to the left is formed between the wall 52 and the entire length of the mounting substrate 1 in the long side direction.
[0051]
Next, the surface member 2 is applied to the mounting base 1 from the right side and in an inclined state in which the left edge 2b is pulled slightly forward, and the right edge 2a side of the surface member 2 is applied. The first engaging portion 22 provided on the mounting base 1 is fitted into the fitting gap 5 from the right side, and the first engaging portion 22 is attached to the first receiving portion on the mounting base 1 side. Hang it on 11.
[0052]
In this case, as the degree of fitting of the first hooking portion 22 into the fitting gap 5 progresses, the hooking surface 22a of the first hooking portion 22 moves to the receiving surface 11a of the receiving portion 11. The first hooking portion 22 is guided by the inclined surfaces of both surfaces 22a and 11a and is moved toward the corner wall portion 52 while being in contact with the receiving portion 11 of the mounting base material 1, It will be pressed against the corner wall 52. As a result, even if there is a manufacturing error in the mounting base material 1 or the surface member 2, and even if the flatness or the like of the corner wall portion 52 varies, the first hooking portion of the surface member 2 does not matter. 22 is securely held by both the corner wall portion 52 and the receiving portion 11 of the mounting base material 1.
[0053]
Next, the left edge 2b side of the surface member 2 is attached to the mounting base 1 side. In this case, the bending angle of the substrate portion 24 of the surface member 2 is larger than the bending angle of the corner wall portion 52. Is also set to a large angle, and since the second hooking portion 23 is located on the guide surface 12a of the second receiving portion 12 on the side of the mounting base 1, the worker can The portion near the left edge 2b of the surface member 2 is pressed toward the corner wall 52 side. Under the pressing force, the substrate portion 24 is elastically deformed so as to approach the corner wall portion 52, and the second hooking portion 23 is also elastically bent outward by the guide action of the guide surface 12a. The second hook 23 is deformed and is hooked on the second receiving portion 12 by the elastic restoring force of the second hook 23 when the second hook 23 gets over the guide surface 12a. Will be blocked. In the state where the second hooking portion 23 is hooked on the second receiving portion 12 as described above, the elastic restoring force of the substrate portion 24 works, and the second hooking portion 23 is moved by the second hooking portion 23. Is pressed and urged toward the receiving portion 12 by a predetermined urging force. As a result, even if there is a manufacturing error in the mounting base material 1 or the surface member 2, and even if the flatness or the like of the corner wall portion 52 has a variation, the second base material is not affected by the variation. Is in constant contact with the second receiving portion 12 of the mounting base 1 in a pressed state.
[0054]
As described above, when the surface member 2 is mounted on the mounting base material 1, on the upper edge portion 2 a side of the surface member 2, the first hook portion 22 is connected to the corner wall portion 52 by the mounting member 1. Both of the receiving portions 11 of the base material 1 are securely held, and the second hook portion 23 is provided on the lower edge portion 2b side of the surface member 2 by the second receiving portion of the mounting base material 1. When the surface member 2 is in constant contact with the mounting member 1, the state of attachment of the surface member 2 to the mounting substrate 1 is properly maintained, and the occurrence of rattling or the like on the surface member 2 is reliably prevented, and Thus, the reliability or durability in use of the wall protection material Z2 is improved.
[0055]
After attaching the surface member 2 to the mounting base 1, the end members 3 and 3 are fitted with the connection members 32 on both end surfaces 2e and 2e of the surface member 2. It is attached by that.
