Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drowning prevention bathtub that prevents a bather from falling into a fainting state while bathing and drowning.
[0002]
[Prior art]
According to the 1997 demographic statistics released by the government, 2891 people drowned while bathing in ordinary households. Heart disease and the elderly are unable to withstand sudden changes in blood pressure due to temperature differences, fall into syncope and drown. However, in order to cope with the aging society, various studies are being made on making the bathroom barrier-free, limiting the height of the bathtub straddling, installing a grip on the bathroom wall, and installing a non-slip on the bottom of the bathtub. However, no attention has been paid to drowning prevention measures during bathing.
[0003]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 6-233802, Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3054886, and Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-134488 can be slightly recognized as related arts. These are provided with a backrest separately in the bathtub so that the bather can relax and take a bath. In this regard, consideration has been given to prevent the bather from sliding down into the bathtub to the side of the feet while bathing in the state where the bather is resting on the backrest, and it can be appreciated that this also serves to prevent drowning.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the form in which the above-mentioned backrests are separately brought into the bathtub is unnecessary for other bathers who do not need it, and only the inside of the bathtub is narrowed unnecessarily. It could not be used properly by the elderly and could even lead to drowning.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a bathtub that improves the inner shape itself of the bathtub body itself and can effectively prevent drowning without hindering bathing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the bathtub according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a rear inner wall surface 2 serving as a backrest of the bathtub body 1 is formed with a slope rising rearward, and an inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub body 1 is tilted upward and forward. Formed on the surface. Specifically, on the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub main body 1, step portions 5 running in the left-right width direction are formed so as to protrude at predetermined intervals over the front-rear direction. Further, on the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub body 1, a step surface 3a between adjacent step portions 5, 5 is formed in a horizontal plane.
[0007]
Alternatively, in the bathtub according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, a rear inner wall surface 2 serving as a backrest of the bathtub main body 1 is formed on an inclined surface that rises rearward, and a rear side of the bathtub main body 1 has a rear side. A raised bottom surface 6 for a half-body bath is formed so as to protrude forward from the lower end of the inner wall surface 2, and a front end of the raised bottom surface 6 and an inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub body 1 lower than this are formed by an upright side wall 7. The raised bottom surface 6 is formed on an inclined surface rising forward. Specifically, the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub main body 1 is formed as an inclined surface rising forward. Further, on the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub main body 1, step portions 5 running in the left-right width direction are formed so as to protrude at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction.
[0008]
Operation and Effect of the Invention
According to the present invention, since the rear inner wall surface 2 is formed on the inclined surface rising upward, the bather does not turn forward. Even if the bather falls into a fainting state during bathing while resting on the rear inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1, since the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub body 1 is formed as a slope rising forward, the bather Buttocks do not move to the front toe side on the inner bottom surface 3. Therefore, the face of the bather does not drown in the bathtub. Since the step portion 5 is formed on the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub main body 1, it is possible to effectively restrict the bather from moving to the front toe side, and the step surface 3a between the adjacent step portions 5.5 is formed. In combination with being formed on the horizontal surface, when the bather crosses the bathtub main body 1 and the like, the stepped portion 5 also effectively exerts a non-slip function.
[0009]
In the bathtub in which the raised bottom surface 6 connected to the rear inner wall surface 2 is formed in the bathtub body 1, even if the bather raises his buttocks and rests on the bottom surface 6 and takes a half-body bath, he may fall into a faint state. Since the rear inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1 is inclined backward and the raised bottom surface 6 is inclined forward, the bather leaves his back to the rear inner wall surface 2 and leans. The posture of the bather does not bend forward, the face of the bather is always at the upper end of the rear inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1 and the face does not touch the bathtub, and the buttocks do not slip down to the inner bottom surface 3. . In addition, if the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub body 1 is formed as a front-inclined inclined surface, after the bather's buttocks are on the inner bottom surface 3 during the original bathing and the back is raised and deposited on the front end of the bottom surface 6 Even in a tilted posture, the bather can be prevented from drowning due to the buttocks moving forward in a faint state.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First Embodiment FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a bathtub according to the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes a bathtub body in which the front and rear lengths are set to be larger than the right and left widths. The bathtub body 1 has a rear inner wall surface 2 formed on a rearwardly inclined surface, and an inner bottom surface 3 formed on a frontwardly inclined surface. The inclination angle θ1 of the rear inner wall surface 2 with respect to the vertical line is set at 10 to 20 °, specifically, about 15 °, and the inclination angle θ2 of the inner bottom surface 3 with respect to the horizontal line is 5 to 10 °, specifically, It is set at about 6 °. The rear inner wall surface 2 and the inner bottom surface 3 are set to be substantially perpendicular.
[0011]
On the inner bottom surface 3 of the bathtub body 1, a number of step portions 5 running in the left-right width direction are formed at appropriate intervals over the front and rear, and the step surfaces 3a between the front and rear adjacent step portions 5 are horizontal surfaces. Is formed. Drainage holes to be provided in the inner bottom of the bathtub body 1 are arranged at one end on the left and right at the rear end of the inner bottom surface 3.
[0012]
Since the rear inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1 is inclined backward, the bather leans back on the rear inner wall surface 2 to take a bath. At this time, even if the bather falls into a fainting state, the bather does not lean forward and his face does not touch the bathtub. Moreover, since the buttocks of the bather are on the rear end side of the inner bottom surface 3 and the inner bottom surface 3 is inclined upward, the buttocks of the bather move forward on the inner bottom surface 3 in a state where weight is added. There is no sliding movement, so that even in this respect the bather's head does not slip into the bathtub.
[0013]
Since the step 5 is formed on the inner bottom surface 3, the buttocks and legs of the bather hit the steps 5 and effectively prevent the buttocks from sliding forward. When a bather enters and exits the bathtub body 1, the step soles 5 prevent the sole from slipping accidentally. If the step surface 3a between the adjacent step portions 5 is a horizontal surface, the toe side can be prevented from slipping well.
[0014]
Second Embodiment FIG. 2 shows a bathtub according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this case, the bathtub is for a half-body bath, and a raised bottom surface 6 is formed on the rear side of the bathtub body 1 so as to protrude forward from the lower end of the rear inner wall surface 2. The front end and the lower inner bottom surface 3 are connected by an upright side wall 7.
[0015]
In such a bathtub for a half-body bath, the rear inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub main body 1 is formed on an inclined surface rising rearward, and the inner bottom surface 3 is formed on an inclined surface rising forward. A large number of steps 5 running in the left-right width direction are formed on the inner bottom surface 3 at appropriate intervals over the front and rear directions, and the step surfaces 3a between the front and rear adjacent steps 5 are formed in a horizontal plane. . In this case, the inclination angle θ1 of the rear inner wall surface 2 with respect to the vertical line was set to about 10 °, and the inclination angle θ2 of the inner bottom surface 3 with respect to the horizontal line was set at about 10 °. The inclination angle θ3 of the raised bottom surface 6 with respect to the horizontal line was set at about 15 °, the inner surface of the upright side wall 7 was formed as a rear-inclined inclined surface, and the inclination angle θ4 with respect to the vertical line was set at about 10 °.
[0016]
In the bathtub of the second embodiment, when a bather sits on the raised bottom surface 6, the bathtub becomes a half-body bath. At that time, even if the bather falls into a faint state, the raised bottom 6 is a slope that rises forward as long as the bather is in a backrest state on the rear inner wall surface 2. It is difficult to shift forward, so that the buttocks do not slip to the inner bottom surface 3 and the face does not touch the bathtub. Even if the bather puts his buttocks on the rear end side of the inner bottom surface 3 and raises his back via the upright side wall 7 and leans on the front end of the bottom surface 6, the inner bottom surface 3 tilts forward even when falling into a faint state. Since it is formed on the surface, the buttocks are on the inner bottom surface 3 and are hard to shift forward, so that it is possible to prevent the face from hitting the bathtub. The step 5 performs the same function as in the first embodiment. In the second embodiment as well, a drain port to be provided at the inner bottom of the bathtub body 1 can be provided at one end on the left and right at the rear end of the inner bottom surface 3.
[0017]
Although the entire volume of the illustrated example is as described above, for example, the drainage port is provided at the front end side of the inner bottom surface 3, and the hot water on the inner bottom surface 3 passes from the rear end side of the inner bottom surface 3 through the drainage channel on one left and right end sides. May be discharged from the drain port.
