そこで、特開平2−168389号により、直立した商品ラック内に積み重ねて収容した多数の商品を昇降自在で、かつ常時上方に付勢された商品支持台で支持しておき、商品販売時には前記商品をプッシャ式のベンド機構で上から順に押し出して商品取出口へ搬出するとともに、搬出された前記商品の高さ分だけ前記商品支持台を上昇させて次回の販売に備える自動販売機のベンドラックが提案されている。このベンドラックによれば、商品搬出位置がベンドラックの最上位になるため商品取出口が高くなり、商品の取り出しが容易となる。

商品を上から順に搬出する上記ベンドラックにおいて、商品の先入れ先出しを行うためには補充商品を商品支持台とその上の残存商品との間に充填する必要があるが、それを容易にする手段として、上記特開平2−168389号では商品補充時にベンドラック全体をヒンジを介して倒せるようにする構成が示されている。しかしながら、このような構成は自動販売機の構造が複雑となる上、ベンドラックを倒すためのスペースを自動販売機周りに必要とするという問題点を有している。
そこで、この発明の課題は、上記特開平2−168389号に係る自動販売機のベンドラックにおいて、先入れ先出しのための商品の補充を簡単な構造でかつ場所を取らないで実現することにある。

上記課題を解決するために、この発明は、直立した商品ラック内に積み重ねて収容した多数の商品を昇降自在で、かつ常時上方に付勢された商品支持台で支持しておき、商品販売時には前記商品をプッシャ式のベンド機構で上から順に押し出して商品取出口へ搬出するとともに、搬出された前記商品の高さ分だけ前記商品支持台を上昇させて次回の販売に備える自動販売機のベンドラックにおいて、前記商品ラックの下端部に補充商品を積み重ねて載置する商品受け台を設けるとともに、商品支持中の前記商品支持台を前記商品ラック内から退去させ、次いで前記商品受け台上に載置された前記補充商品の下側に送入できるように進退自在に構成するものとする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜図4に基づいてタバコ自動販売機におけるこの発明の実施の形態を説明する。まず、図1及び図2は商品支持台を回転運動により進退自在とした実施の形態を示すもので、図1の(A)はベンドラックの正面図、(B)は側面図、図2は図1(A)のII−II線に沿う断面図である。図において、直立した商品ラック1内に多数の商品(タバコ)2が積み重ねられて多数収容され、商品支持台3により支持されている。商品ラック1は正面が開放し、また右側面に上下方向の開口4(図2)が設けられている。商品支持台3は開口4を通して逆L字状に延び出たアーム3aの先端でピン5を介して昇降台6に回動自在に支持され、捩じりばね7(図2)により図1(A)の時計方向に付勢されて図示しないストッパに突き当たり、図示姿勢に保持されている。

商品ラック1の右側面に沿ってスライドレール8が垂直に設置され、昇降台6はその2面に沿う内壁面を介して昇降自在に案内されるとともに、図1(B)に示すように滑車機構を介して引張ばね9の力を受け、常時上方に付勢されている。ここで、滑車機構は1つの定滑車10、3つの動滑車11及びこれらをつなぐ3本のロープ12からなり、昇降台6に加わる引張ばね9の力を1/8に低下させるとともに、引張ばね9の伸びの8倍のストロークを昇降台6に与え、昇降台6が広い昇降範囲でほぼ同等の適正な付勢力が得られるようにしている。
