本発明は、折畳コンテナーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、折畳コンテナーは、調達物流として、部品製造工場から製品組立工場へ輸送するためや、数量のまとまった製品を、製造工場から配送センター等の物流拠点に集合し、包装するために繰り返し使用されている。
その折畳コンテナーの例として、実開平2−56133号公報には、底板の一側に側枠の一つを内方へ起伏自在に枢着すると共に底板の四隅に短柱を立設して、その上端に前記の側枠と相対する側枠の下端を内方へ起伏自在に枢着し、この側枠の一方の柱に該側枠の内側に折畳みうるように他の側枠を枢着し、かつ残余の一側の短柱間に残りの側枠を同じく内方へ起伏自在に枢着してなる折畳コンテナーが開示されている。
又、実開平2−148935号公報には、側枠に基枠の被係止部に係合する係止部材を自重で摺動自在に設けた構成とすることで、組立て・折畳みを容易にすると共に、運搬中にロック外れの虞れのない折畳パレットが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、これらのコンテナーは、コンテナー本体と内装部材とを別々に輸送しているため、内装部材が紛失、損傷しやすいものであった。
そこで、本発明は、前記従来技術に鑑みてなされたもので、コンテナーを回収・保管するときに、コンテナー本体と内装部材とを一緒に収納して、内装部材の紛失、損傷等を防止でき、又、収納した製品を確実に保護し、輸送することができる折畳コンテナーを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本発明に係る請求項 1 の折畳コンテナーは、台車本体と、内装部材とからなり、台車本体は、前後支柱受に各支柱を配設し、底面部の左右に左収納面部及び右収納面部を張設し、底面部の前後に前収納面部及び後収納面部を配設し、四方を各収納面で囲まれた収納部を設けるとともに、前記台車本体の左収納面部の上部に左側面部を、右収納面部の上部に右側面部を、後収納面部の上部に背面部をそれぞれ内方へ起伏自在に枢着し、内装部材は、少なくとも前記収納部から取出し可能な複数枚の保持板を備え、台車本体の収納部に、前記内装部材の保持板を重ねて、各支柱に嵌め込んで位置決めし、左収納面部から左側面部を、右収納面部から右側面部を、後収納面部から背面部を、それぞれ内側に折り畳んで内装部材が収納部に収納できる折畳コンテナーにおいて、前記右側面部及び左側面部は、その内側に横桟を設けるとともに、該横桟の内側に、夫々縦の案内杆を設け、保持板は、収納部から取出し可能とし、且つ、当該保持板の左右辺の所定位置に案内切込を設け、当該保持板の四隅には切欠 (12A) を設けたものとし、前記支柱が前記切欠に噛み合い、案内杆と案内切込とが嵌まる構成としたことを特徴とする折畳コンテナーである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係る折畳コンテナーの実施の形態例を図面に基づき説明する。

次に、本発明に係る折畳コンテナーの使用方法について、図面に基づき説明する。
図5に示す折り畳んだ状態の当該折畳コンテナーの背面部(30)を起立させると、背面部(30)の下辺面が後収納面部(4)の背面止部(41)に接当し、蝶番(36)を内側に取り付けていることと相俟って、背面部(30)が後方へ倒れることなく自立状態を保持する。
この後、右側面部(9)を引き起こし、さらに、上方に持ち上げるようにして、右収納面部(6)の前後支柱受(7)(7A)の切込部( 19A )に当該右側面部(9)の各支柱(20)のピンを嵌合させて自立状態を保持し、図6に示す状態とする。
同様にして、左側面部(8)を起立させた後、図4に示すように、左右側面部(8)(9)の各係止孔(24)に背面部(30)の各係止部(29)を嵌合して、左右側面部(8)(9)と背面部(30)とを互いに係止させ、当該折畳コンテナーを組み立てる。

このようにして折り畳んだ折畳コンテナーを積み重ねて輸送回収する。このとき、当該折畳コンテナーの前後支柱受(7)(7A)の上端に積み重ねる側の重合部(26)を重ねて使用するものである。

以上の説明から明らかなように本発明に係る折畳コンテナーは、以下に列挙する実用上の様々の優れた効果を有する。
本発明に係る折畳コンテナーは、台車本体(1)に収納部を形成しているために、当該収納部に内装部材を収納することができ、使用済後はコンテナー本体と内装部材とを一緒に収納して、内装部材の紛失、損傷等を防止できる。
