Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a conventional ceiling fixture mounting apparatus disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-31682, for example, and FIG. 11 is an explanatory view of the mounting method. In each of the figures, 1 is a main body of a ceiling fixture, that is, a lighting fixture, 2 is a support spring having one end fixed to the main body 1 by a screw 8, 3 is an annular lamp attached to a free end of the support spring 2, 4 is a main body 1 is a collar portion, 5 is a shade supported by the collar portion 4, 6 is a code guide member having a substantially U-shaped cross section mounted on the central portion of the upper surface of the main body 1 in a falling state, and 7 is a code guide member 6. This is a covering cylinder, and both the cylinder 7 and the code guide member 6 are fixed to the main body 1 by screws 8. 9 is a cord, 10 is a connector for connecting the cord 9 to the main body 1, 11 is a cord stopper for preventing the cord 9 from coming off and defining an upwardly protruding dimension from the cord guide 6, 12 is a cord 9 A hook plug connected to the upper end, 13 is a ceiling, 14 is a rosette mounted on the ceiling 13, 15 is a spring wire of a torsion spring, and 16 and 17 are formed on both sides of the cord guide member 6 for mounting a base of the spring wire 15. A cut-and-raised claw, 18 is a winding portion of the spring wire 15, 19 is a substantially bowl-shaped cover for covering an instrument mounting portion composed of the hook plug 12 and the rosette 14, 20 is a bridge portion formed on the upper inner surface of the cover 19, The free end of the spring wire 15 is inserted into a hole formed by the bridge portion 20. Reference numeral 21 denotes a short cylinder having an outwardly facing flange portion 22, which is fitted to the upper end of the cylinder 7. Reference numeral 23 denotes an inward flange at the lower end of the cover 19, which engages with the flange 22 of the short cylinder 21 from below to prevent the cover 19 from coming off the cylinder 7.
[0003]
Next, a procedure for attaching the conventional apparatus having the above-described configuration to the ceiling will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 11, the cover 19 is lowered, and in this state, the hooking plug 12 is held by hand and connected to the rosette 14 of the ceiling 13. As a result, the main body 1 is supported by the instrument mounting portion via the cord 9. When the main body 1 is supported by the instrument mounting portion, the cover 19 is lifted by a predetermined amount. When the cover 19 is lifted by a predetermined amount, the spring force of the spring wire 15 acts in a direction to push the cover 19 to the ceiling 13, and presses and fixes the cover 19 to the surface of the ceiling 13.
[0004]
In order to remove the device from the mounting portion, the user inserts his hand between the main body 1 and the ceiling 13 as in the case of mounting, lowers the cover 19, and removes the hook plug 12 from the rosette 14 of the ceiling 13 in this state.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above-described conventional device mounting structure, it is necessary to secure a work space for mounting and removing the device between the main body 1 and the ceiling 13 in addition to the mounting space for the cover 19 that covers the device mounting portion. Therefore, the distance between the main body 1 and the ceiling 13 surface, that is, the amount of projection of the device from the ceiling 13 surface to the room becomes large even when the device is attached, and the user is pressed. There was a drawback of giving a feeling.
[0006]
Further, since the cover 19 is attached to the upper portion of the cylinder 7 via the flange portion 23, a step is formed at a boundary position between the lower end of the cover 19 and the cylinder 7 which can be seen by a user, and the design is improved. There was a problem of spoiling.
[0007]
Further, in such a case, for example, in order to remove the cover 19, the cylinder 7, and the code guide member 6 from the main body 1 so that the main body 1 can be directly attached to the ceiling 13 surface, the lower part of the main body 1 is electrically connected. It is necessary to expose the rosette 14 of the ceiling 13 so that mechanical attachment can be performed together with connection. For this reason, it is necessary to make a large hole in the central part of the main body 1, and furthermore, by drilling a hole in the central part of the main body 1, switches, stabilizers and the like to be housed inside the main body 1 are avoided from the central part of the main body 1. Therefore, there is a problem that the main body 1 is large and heavy, and the mounting property is deteriorated.
[0008]
In view of the above description, the present invention can reduce the amount of ceiling equipment projecting from the ceiling surface into the room, without giving the user any feeling of oppression, and reduce the distance between the cover part and the equipment body. A ceiling that can be compressed, allows the user to see the cover continuously from the instrument body, has a high design quality, and allows switches and stabilizers to be placed in the center of the instrument body, thereby reducing the size and weight of the instrument body. An object of the present invention is to provide a fixture mounting device and a method of mounting a ceiling fixture using the fitting device.
[0009]

A moving piece is provided which is pressed against and can come and go.
[0015]
In the ceiling fixture mounting apparatus according to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the locking portion provided on the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member is housed in a groove formed in the leg, and is biased from the back by a biasing means. It is constituted by a claw which is urged and protrudes from the surface of the leg portion so as to be able to come and go.
[0016]
Also, in the ceiling fixture mounting apparatus according to the eighth invention of the present invention, the locking portion is formed in a multi-stage sawtooth shape in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped leg portion.
[0017]
Further, a method of mounting a ceiling device using the ceiling device mounting device according to the ninth invention of the present invention is a method of mounting a ceiling device, the method comprising: A step of penetrating the legs of the mounting member having the legs through the appliance main body, a step of fixing the connecting portion of the mounting member to the ceiling side, and aligning the ceiling appliance main body with the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member. Step of sliding upward and the locking portion of the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member The top of Engaging with the rod-shaped leg portion penetrating portion on the ceiling device main body side.
[0018]
Also, the method of mounting a ceiling fixture using the ceiling fixture mounting apparatus according to the tenth aspect of the present invention includes the step of urging the movable piece provided in the vicinity of the leg portion penetrating portion of the ceiling fixture main body by the urging means. A step of retreating from the leg penetrating portion against the main body, and a leg of the mounting member having a plurality of rod-shaped legs having a locking portion with the ceiling fixture main body and having upper portions connected by a connecting portion. Penetrating the part through the leg penetrating part of the instrument body, and releasing the moving piece and pressing against the surface of the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member on the side where the locking part is formed by the urging force of the urging means. And moving the ceiling fixture body upward along the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member, so that the moving piece on the ceiling fixture body side can get over the locking portion of the rod-shaped legs, and Engaging with the upper surface.
[0019]
[Action]
In the first invention of the present invention, the ceiling fixture main body is engaged. To prevent the fall The device main body is attached to the ceiling side via a mounting member having a plurality of bar-shaped legs having a locking portion that penetrates the device main body and guides the device main body slidably up and down. Therefore, it is easy to secure a work space for mounting, and in a state where the device is mounted, the device main body is slid upward and is supported by the locking portion of the rod-shaped leg, so that the device main body is mounted on the ceiling surface. , And does not give a feeling of oppression to the user. Also, since there is no need to make a hole in the center of the instrument body, switches and stabilizers to be housed inside the body can be arranged in the center of the body or near the center, so the width of the body can be reduced accordingly. In addition, the size and weight of the main body can be reduced.
[0020]
Further, in the second aspect of the present invention, since the connecting portion for connecting the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member is integrated with the hook plug connected to the wiring device for a ceiling device, the mounting state of the main body is stabilized. .
[0021]
Further, in the third aspect of the present invention, since the connecting portion for connecting the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member is integrated with the cord of the hook plug connected to the wiring device for ceiling fixture, the mounting member is attached to the hook plug. It is not necessary to provide a screw hole or the like for mounting the unit, a standard (commercially available) hook plug can be used, and the fixture body can be rotatably supported to the ceiling fixture wiring instrument to some extent. In addition, it is possible to protect wiring equipment for ceiling equipment.
[0022]
Further, in the fourth invention of the present invention, the connecting portion for connecting the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member is formed in a plate shape having a hole through which a rosette of a ceiling appliance wiring device can be inserted. Since the device is directly mounted on the ceiling surface, the amount of the device projecting from the ceiling surface into the room can be reduced.
[0023]
In the fifth aspect of the present invention, at least the connecting portion of the mounting member is made of a material having spring properties, so that a spring force can be applied to each of the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member. Utilizing this spring force, the locking portion of each bar-shaped leg can be engaged with the leg penetrating portion on the ceiling fixture main body side, and the work for mounting and dismounting becomes extremely easy.
[0024]
Further, in the sixth invention of the present invention, the urging means constantly presses and protrudes to the surface on the side where the locking portion of the rod-shaped leg is formed near the leg penetration portion on the ceiling appliance body side. Since the free moving piece was provided, the user carelessly touched the lower end of the rod-shaped leg after mounting the ceiling fixture, and bent or moved the rod-shaped leg in the leg penetration part on the ceiling fixture main body side. Also, the moving piece follows the bending or movement of the rod-shaped leg, and always keeps the engagement state with the locking portion of the rod-shaped leg, thereby preventing the ceiling fixture body from dropping. This makes it easy to ensure safety.
[0025]
Further, in the seventh invention of the present invention, the locking portion provided on the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member is accommodated in a groove formed in the rod-shaped leg, and is urged by the urging means from the back surface by the urging means. Since it is composed of a claw that protrudes and retracts from the surface of the leg, the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member is inserted through the leg penetration part on the side of the ceiling appliance main body, just pushing up the ceiling appliance main body as it is, The claw of the locking part can be engaged with the leg penetration part of the ceiling fixture main body side. The engagement with the part can be released. Thereby, the work for attaching and detaching is further facilitated.
[0026]
Further, in the eighth invention of the present invention, since the locking portions are formed in multiple stages in a saw-tooth shape in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped legs, the mounting position of the ceiling fixture main body can be adjusted. Thus, the mounting position of the ceiling fixture body can always be set at a high position, so that even if the rosette has a large projection size into the room, the distance between the ceiling fixture body and the ceiling surface can be reduced.
[0027]
Further, in the ninth invention of the present invention, the leg of the mounting member having a plurality of rod-shaped legs having a locking portion with the ceiling appliance main body and having a plurality of bar-shaped legs connected between the upper portions by a connecting portion, After penetrating the fixture main body and fixing the connecting portion of the mounting member to the ceiling side, the ceiling fixture main body is slid upward along the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member to lock the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member. Department Upper surface of The rod-shaped leg penetrating portion on the side of the ceiling fixture main body is engaged with the ceiling fixture main body, so that the efficiency of the mounting operation can be increased.
[0028]

[0062]
Embodiment 7 FIG.
FIG. 9 is an enlarged sectional view showing a main part of a ceiling fixture mounting apparatus according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and portions corresponding to the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. In the ceiling fixture mounting apparatus of this embodiment, the locking portion 64 of the leg 29 is biased by a biasing means housed in a groove 65 formed in the leg 29, that is, a U-shaped leaf spring 66, and the lower end is tapered. A claw 67 is formed in a right-angled triangular shape and is always urged from the back by a leaf spring 66 and protrudes freely from the surface of the leg 29.
[0063]
In addition, both the upper insertion hole (not shown) and the lower engagement hole 68 of the main body 1 are formed to be large enough to allow the leg portion 29 to be inserted. Are formed so that their formation positions coincide with each other in a plan view. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment. Although only one leg side of the mounting member is illustrated and described here, the configuration of the other leg side is the same.
[0064]
In this embodiment, since the claw 67 of the locking portion 64 is configured to be able to protrude and retract from the surface of the leg 29, the claw 67 of the locking portion 64 and the locking hole 68 need to be engaged. It is only necessary to insert the portion 29 into the insertion hole and the locking hole 68 of the main body 1 and to push up the main body 1 as it is, and to release the engagement between the claw 67 of the locking portion 64 and the locking hole 68, It is only necessary to push the finger with the finger and to retract it into the groove 65, so that the work for attachment and detachment is further facilitated.
[0065]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the locking member of the mounting member that engages with the instrument body side is provided at one position in the longitudinal direction of the leg so that the mounting position of the body is fixed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the locking portion may be formed in multiple stages in a saw-tooth shape in the longitudinal direction of the leg portion so that the mounting position of the main body can be adjusted. Since it can always be set at a high position, the distance between the main body and the ceiling surface can be reduced even if the rosette has a large protrusion size into the room.
[0066]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the mounting device of the present invention is used for a lighting fixture. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, other ceiling fixtures such as speakers and surveillance cameras may be used. It goes without saying that a mounting device can be applied.
[0067]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first invention of the present invention, the ceiling fixture main body is engaged. To prevent the fall The fixture body is attached to the ceiling via a mounting member having a plurality of rod-shaped legs that have a locking portion that penetrates the fixture body and guides the fixture body slidably up and down. In addition, it is easy to secure a work space for mounting, and in a state where the instrument is attached, the instrument body is slid upward and is supported by the locking portion of the bar-shaped leg, so that the instrument body is mounted on the ceiling surface. It can be approached and does not give a feeling of oppression to the user. Also, since there is no need to make a hole in the center of the instrument body, switches and stabilizers to be housed inside the body can be arranged in the center of the body or near the center, so the width of the body can be reduced accordingly. In addition, the size and weight of the main body can be reduced.
[0068]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the connecting portion for connecting the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member is integrated with the hook plug connected to the wiring device for a ceiling device, the mounting state of the main body is stable. I do.
[0069]
Further, according to the third aspect of the present invention, since the connecting portion for connecting the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member is integrated with the cord of the hook plug connected to the wiring device for a ceiling device, the connecting portion is attached to the hook plug. There is no need to provide screw holes or the like for attaching members, and a standard (commercially available) hook plug can be used, and the fixture body can be rotatably supported to a ceiling fixture wiring instrument to some extent. It is possible to protect wiring equipment for ceiling equipment.
[0070]
Further, according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the connecting portion for connecting the rod-shaped legs of the mounting member is formed in a plate shape having a hole through which a rosette of a wiring device for a ceiling device can be inserted, and the periphery of the rosette is formed. Since the device is directly mounted on the ceiling surface, the amount of projection of the device from the ceiling surface to the room can be reduced.
[0071]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, at least the connecting portion of the mounting member is made of a material having a spring property, so that a spring force can be applied to each bar-shaped leg of the mounting member. Therefore, the locking portion of each bar-shaped leg can be engaged with the leg penetrating portion on the ceiling device main body side by utilizing this spring force, and the work for mounting and dismounting becomes extremely easy.
[0072]
Further, according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the urging means constantly presses the rod-shaped leg portion on the side on which the locking portion is formed in the vicinity of the leg portion penetrating portion on the ceiling device main body side. Since the movable piece that can move in and out was provided, the user inadvertently touched the lower end of the rod-shaped leg after mounting the ceiling fixture, and bent or moved the rod-shaped leg in the leg penetration portion on the ceiling fixture main body side. Also, the moving piece follows the bending and movement of the rod-shaped leg, and always keeps the engagement state with the locking portion of the rod-shaped leg, thereby preventing the ceiling fixture body from falling. This makes it easy to ensure safety.
[0073]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the locking portion provided on the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member is housed in the groove formed on the rod-shaped leg, and is urged by the urging means from the back surface. Since it is composed of a claw that protrudes and retracts from the surface of the rod-shaped leg, the rod-shaped leg of the mounting member is inserted into the leg penetration part on the side of the ceiling device main body, and the ceiling device main body is pushed up as it is, and the claw of the locking portion is formed. Can be engaged with the leg penetrating portion of the ceiling device main body side, and furthermore, by merely retracting the claw of the locking portion into the groove of the rod-shaped leg portion, the claw of the locking portion and the leg portion of the ceiling device main body side The engagement with the through portion can be released. Thereby, the work for attaching and detaching is further facilitated.
[0074]
Further, according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, since the locking portions are formed in multiple stages in a saw-tooth shape in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped legs, the mounting position of the ceiling fixture main body can be adjusted. Thus, the mounting position of the ceiling fixture body can always be set at a high position, so that even if the rosette has a large projection size into the room, the distance between the ceiling fixture body and the ceiling surface can be reduced.
