Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is preferably used for joining fences, gates, grids, handrails, etc. to a base bar as a horizontal bar or a vertical bar, and a cross bar as a vertical small bar, a horizontal small bar, or an end frame bar. The present invention relates to a beam joining device such as a fence to be obtained.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of beam joining device, a pair of notch grooves which are cut out in the upright fin of the base beam so as to extend over the entire height thereof are provided with an opposing wall corresponding to the upright fin thickness and a connecting wall between the opposing walls. By press-fitting joint strips provided on both side ends so as to have a U-shape or H-shape, and holding the notched groove edges in a holding shape by opposing walls of the joint strips or Cross-bars are joined to a base bar by providing retaining means, which are known, for example, from Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 59-138670, 59-194456, and 62-187166. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the pair of cutout grooves are cut out so as to extend over the entire height of the upright fin, the upright fin is divided in the longitudinal direction, while the joint between the base bar and the cross bar is not provided. However, it is not possible to achieve a satisfactory satisfactory bonding strength because it depends only on the clamping of the edge of the notch groove by the opposing wall of the joining strip or on the stopping means additionally provided. The relative strength of the standing fins when the thickness of the base and cross bars is reduced, or when the material is changed from an extruded aluminum material to another material, such as by roll forming a thin metal plate and filling and expanding the foamed resin. [0006]
【Example】
The present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings showing the embodiments. In FIGS. 1 to 9, A is an aluminum fence, 1 is a pair of upper and lower base rails, and 2 is a base rail 1 2 shows a cross bar having a number of vertical bars which are disposed between the base bars 1 by joining the ends in the longitudinal direction.
[0007]
In the present embodiment, the base 1 and the cross 2 are formed by roll forming an aluminum sheet material to form the upright fin 10 in the base 1 and the joining bar 20 in the cross 2 to form hollow hollows. The cross-section 2 is joined to the base 1 by cutting and forming a pair of notches 13 provided in the upright fin 10 of the base 1. The joint strips 20 each having an opposing wall 21 corresponding to the thickness of the upright fin 10 and a connecting wall 22 between the opposing walls 21 and disposed at both ends of the cross beam 2 are pressed into the notch grooves 13. The edge is clamped by the opposing wall 21 of the joining strip 20 in a holding state, and furthermore, the retaining means 30 is applied to the edge. Standing up A remaining upright portion 11 having an upright fin 10 upright end portion is disposed at the depth end side of the notch groove 13 as an intermediate position of the upright height of the in 10, and the joining strip 20 is provided at a longitudinal end of the cross bar 2. The connecting wall 22 is partially broken to form a remaining opposing wall 23, and the remaining opposing wall 23 is straddled over the remaining upright portion 11 by the press-fitting of the joining streak 20 into the notching groove 13. The remaining upright portion 11 of the upright fin 10 is sandwiched by the remaining opposing wall portion 23 of the crossing bar 2 joining strip 20 in a front-to-rear contact shape while holding the 13 edges.
[0008]
At this time, in this example, the connecting strip 20 of the cross beam 2 has an H-shaped cross-section in which the connecting wall 22 is disposed at the intermediate position in the width direction between the opposing walls 21 and protrudes from both ends of the cross beam 2. The joint strip 20 is provided by a set ridge, and a partial break in the joint strip 20 is performed so that the broken connecting wall 22 remains and forms a tongue piece from the non-ruptured portion, and the remaining opposing wall portion 23 The tongue piece 24 crosses and abuts the remaining opposing wall portion 23 at the break tongue piece receiving portion 15 which forms a widened portion where the break tongue piece 24 is widened in the direction opposite to the notch groove 13. The holding portion is sandwiched by the opposed wall 21 having an intermediate width located outside the connecting wall 22, and the remaining standing portion 11 is sandwiched by the facing wall 21 over the entire width of the remaining opposed wall portion 23. And the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15 There as comprising also serves to retaining projection receiving portion of the retaining means 30 by projecting the opposing walls 21 one or both located inside the wall 22 partially.
[0009]
That is, in this example, the base bar 1 and the cross bar 2 are made of a thin aluminum plate of JISA-3004H36 which has improved mechanical strength as compared with JISA-6063T5 used for the extruded aluminum material. A 5 mm-thick aluminum sheet material is roll-formed so as to bend and join the edges at the upright fins 10 to form a bar material made of a roll-forming material suitable for use as a horizontal rail. A roll forming material suitable for use as a vertical panel having a wide panel shape by performing roll forming by using a thick aluminum sheet material so as to bend and join the edges at the joining strips 20 at one side end. In each case, urethane foam resin is injected from the remaining opening of the joint just before joining the edges in the final stage of roll forming. And, to fill the hollow portion by roll forming material inner surface and entirely bonded aluminum sheet material, there as was foam filling, for example 18 times.
[0010]
At this time, the standing fin 10 in the base 1 has the above-mentioned aluminum thin plate material having a thickness of 1.5 mm, for example, three times superposed and folded, thereby ensuring its own rigidity is improved, At the center position of the base wall of the base 1, the base 1 is vertically protruded at a height of, for example, 12 mm.
[0011]
A pair of cutout grooves 13 in the upright fin 10 are widened eccentrically in a direction facing the pair of notch grooves 13 on one side in the longitudinal direction of the upright fin 10 following the notch groove opening 14 and the notch groove opening 14. The tongue piece receiving portion 15 forming a widened portion is provided so as to have, for example, a quarter note shape, and the protruding pieces 12 are sectioned between all the notch grooves 13. With respect to the height of 12 mm, the crossing bar 2 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the upright fin 10 by notch processing with a press so as to form a residual upright portion 11 having a height of 2 mm at a depth end at an intermediate position, for example, at a depth of 10 mm. The notch groove 13 which has a number of logarithms corresponding to the number thereof and has a quarter note shape is inclined from the end of the notch groove opening 14 to an inside or outside of 10 °, for example, 9.7 °. Cut off A tongue guide 17 is provided at the notch edge 16 and in succession to the notch edge 16, which is disposed in the cut-off tongue piece receiving portion 15, and has an inclined notch edge (notch edge) crossing the notch groove opening 14. Following 17, a winding guide 18 having a radius of 1.4 mm, an opposite other side edge of the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15 being vertical, and a locking edge 19 facing the cutout groove opening 14 toward the notch groove opening 14 at the upper end thereof. In this example, the dimensions are set such that the distance from the notch groove opening 14 to the locking edge 19 is 3 mm, and the width of the winding guide 18 and the width of the locking edge 19 are 2 mm. .
[0012]
The joining strips 20 on both sides of the cross bar 2 are double-folded and folded at the front end side of the aluminum sheet material to a thickness of 0.6 mm to secure the rigidity and to secure the rigidity at the rear end side. A pair of opposing walls 21 having a distance of 1.5 mm, corresponding to the thickness of the upright fin 10, and having the same height as the standing fin 10 and having the same rigidity as a single urethane foam resin. A thin bridge-like connecting wall 22 of 0.3 mm connecting them at a widthwise intermediate position between the opposing walls 21 at the rear end of the heavy part, and projecting with a projecting width of 5 mm each so as to exhibit an H shape. It is assumed that it is disposed integrally with the crossing 2.
[0013]
At this time, the joining streak 20 is left facing at the longitudinal end of the cross bar 2 by partially breaking the connecting wall 22 by a length of 2 mm in accordance with the height of the remaining standing portion 11 in this example. It has a wall portion 23 and a tongue piece 24 arranged on the wall portion 23.
[0014]
In this example, the partial breakage of the connecting wall 22 is the same as or conforms to the shape of the cutout groove 13 of the upright fin 10, particularly from the cutout groove opening 14 in the cutout groove 13 to the lower end of the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15. A narrow groove along one side edge, in this example, a notch groove opening 14, an inclined notch edge 16, a tongue piece guide 17, and a notch groove opening 14 along one side edge extending to a winding guide 18 having a narrow groove width. This is performed by using a steel breaking mold 26 having the same thickness as the upright fin 10 having the pair of grooved cutter grooves 27 and pressing the breaking mold into the tip of the cross bar 2. As a result, the connecting wall 22 is inserted into the cutter groove 27, and is forcibly broken by the breaking force of the edge of the connecting wall 22 with the end of the opposing wall 21 to become a broken tongue piece 24.
[0015]
At this time, since the cutter groove in the mold 26 of the present example is formed in an inwardly curved shape curved in the facing direction, the fractured tongue piece 24 is slightly restored after the fracture is completed, but is deformed into a curl shape. The cutter groove 27 is provided with a bent portion 28 for correcting the broken tongue piece 24 at an intermediate position in the depth direction of the cutter groove 27 so as to return it almost completely to the position before the break, that is, the position of the connecting wall 22 in the joint strip 20. This allows the curl-like deformation of the fractured tongue piece 24 to be corrected, and the tip of the fractured tongue piece 24 can be inserted into the notch groove 13 when the joining strip 20 is pressed into the pair of notch grooves 13 of the upright fin 10. It is made to become.
[0016]
The base bar 1 and the cross bar 2 configured as described above are erected on the base bar 1 such that the leading ends of the joining strips 20 are straddled in the notched grooves 13 of the erected fins 10 so as to straddle the remaining erected portions 11 and receive the projecting pieces 12. The edge of the non-opposite side of the notch groove 13 is formed by the intermediate width opposing wall 21 located outside the connecting wall 22 at the tip of the joint strip 20 by being pressed into the base wall of the fin 10 protrudingly. The remaining upright portion 11 is sandwiched between the front and rear surfaces of the remaining upright portion 23 by the entire width of the opposing wall 21 of the remaining opposing wall portion 23, and the broken tongue piece 14 is inserted into the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15. It is introduced and arranged by the one-side guide 17, and cross-contacts the remaining opposing wall 23, particularly the opposing wall 21, at the broken tongue receiving portion 15.
[0017]
At this time, the broken tongue piece 24 enters the notch groove 13 in the state of remaining broken by the press-fitting, crosses the above-mentioned tongue piece guide 17 in an abutting manner, and moves toward the inside of the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15 widened in the opposite direction. While being jumped out in a bent shape, the tip is guided by the winding guide 18 so as to make the above-mentioned cross-contact in the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15 along the lower end edge thereof. In addition to clamping the edge of the notch groove 13 and the remaining upright portion 11 respectively, the joining strip 20 is prevented from falling.
[0018]
In this way, the edge of the notch groove 13 and the remaining upright portion 11 are clamped, and the tongue 24 is used to prevent slipping, so that the cross beam 2 which is firmly joined to the base beam 1 and has rigidity itself is further press-fitted. In this state, the above-mentioned retaining means 30 is applied to further improve the joining strength and constitute the fence A.
[0019]
In this example, the retaining means 30 is adapted to partially project both of the opposing walls 21 located inside the connecting wall 22 of the joining strip 20 to the fracture tongue piece receiving portion 15 which also serves as the retaining projection receiving portion. By applying punching, the space between the breaking tongue piece 24 and the locking edge 19 for preventing the punching projection from falling along its lower edge is filled, and the joining strip 20 is fixed to the notch groove 13 to prevent it from coming off. There is something to do.
[0020]
In the drawing, reference numeral 25 denotes a projecting piece 12 which is provided so that the tip of the cross bar 2 is removed in a rectangular shape, a semi-circular shape, or the like by using, for example, a vibration cutter or a circular cutter, so that the projecting piece 12 can be easily received without any resistance. This is a slit-shaped resin removing portion for receiving the slab and along the thickness of the protruding piece 18.
[0021]
10 and 11 show another example, and FIGS. 10 and 11 show that the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15 in the notch groove 13 is positioned so as to widen to one side in the longitudinal direction of the upright fin 10, and particularly a pair of notch grooves. 13 in a non-opposite direction, a quarter note shape or an ax shape in which the installation of the winding guide 18 is omitted, and the broken tongue piece 24 is received in the broken tongue piece receiving portion 15 in a curved shape by the tongue piece guide 17. Further, the notch projection is partially projected into the break tongue piece receiving portion 15 by making the notch means 30 outside the connecting wall 22 of the joining streak 20 by making a break notch by pressing both of the opposing walls located outside the connecting wall 22. FIG. 12 shows an example in which the breaking tongue piece 24 of the breaking tongue piece receiving portion 15 is arranged such that the winding guide 18 has a C-shape, and a winding end 18 'is provided at the end thereof. The notch 13 has a shape similar to a quarter note For example, FIG. 13 shows that the tongue piece guide 17 has a curved shape with a large diameter, and the fractured tongue piece receiving portion 15 has a groove shape having the tongue piece guide 17 in the vicinity. This is an example in which the receiving portion 17 'is used, and the other portions are configured in the same manner as in the above-described example.
[0022]
The joining of the cross bar 2 to the base bar 1 according to the above example can be performed with a relatively small press-fitting pressure of, for example, about 10 kg to 20 kg per one joint. The joint strength of the cross bar 2 with respect to the base bar 1 is also strong enough to withstand withdrawal of, for example, 60 kg / piece per one place. There was no good appearance.
[0023]
Although the illustrated example is as described above, in the practice of the present invention, the crossing bar is joined to the base bar by press-fitting with or without the locking device provided with the locking device. That the connecting strip is formed in a U-shape, that the connecting strip is partially protruded at both ends of the crossing bar, or that it is recessed at both ends, and that the connecting wall is partially broken To form the remaining opposing wall by breaking off at the longitudinal end of the cross bar, making the notched groove a crescent-shaped or other narrow groove, and swelling the tip when installing the broken tongue piece receiving part. The base and / or the cross bar are formed of a hollow aluminum extruded material, the retaining means is provided on one of the opposing walls, and the frame is joined by joining the cross bar to the base bar. Composed and gates other than fence , Surface grids, handrails, etc., it is possible to use the base bar as a vertical bar, the cross bar as a horizontal bar or a horizontal bar, etc. Is the specific material and shape of the base bar, standing fins, notched grooves, remaining standing portions, cross bars, joining strips, remaining opposing walls, break tongue pieces to be installed as necessary, break tongue piece receiving portions, retaining means, etc. , Structure, dimensions, numbers, their relationships, and additions to them can be variously changed without departing from the gist of the invention.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, a first aspect of the present invention is to provide a remaining upright portion by leaving an upright fin upright end portion on the deep end side of the notch groove to prevent the upright fin from being divided.
