Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a suspension device that suspends a guide rail that guides a transport train from an E-shaped cross-section beam member using an H-beam in order to bridge the guide rail at a predetermined height on a ceiling side.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. H5-222246, this type of a guide rail suspension device of the type described above uses an upper end of a hanging U-shaped yoke having a lower end coupled to a guide rail. The lower U-shaped yoke is connected to both ends of the lower horizontal overhang of the beam by connecting members, and the lower U-shaped yoke is connected to the lower side of the beam. That type is common. Further, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-40801, the upper end of the hanging U-shaped yoke is connected to a vertical plate portion by a connecting member between a pair of upper and lower horizontal protrusions projecting to one side of the beam member. There is also known a type in which a hanging U-shaped yoke to be connected is connected to a side surface of a beam material.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the hanging U-shaped yoke for hanging the guide rail in a cantilever manner requires a large bending strength, the upper end connected to the beam also needs to have a sufficient height. is there. However, in the suspension device of the type in which the former U-shaped yoke is connected to the lower side of the beam, the upper end of the larger U-shaped yoke for suspension is arranged below the beam. When trying to secure the trolley traveling space of the transport train between the guide rail coupled to the lower end of the hanging U-shaped yoke and the upper end of the hanging U-shaped yoke, The height of the ceiling is low, and the ceiling space cannot be used effectively. Also, in the latter type of suspension device in which the suspension U-shaped yoke is coupled to the side of the beam, it is necessary to form a connection hole in a vertical plate portion of the beam, and the suspension is formed in the length direction of the beam. The mounting position of the character yoke cannot be freely adjusted. In addition, since the entire load acting on the hanging U-shaped yoke is received by the bolts that connect the hanging U-shaped yoke and the vertical plate portion of the beam, a large number of large bolts must be used. And the burden on the mounting work increases.
[0004]

And a connector 22 for connecting the holding plate 21 to the abutment 18 between the contact portion 21a and the lower horizontal overhang 1a of the beam 1. .
[0005]
In carrying out the apparatus of the present invention having the above configuration, the backing member 18 is composed of a pair of parallel angle members 23 and 24, and the first coupling member 19 is provided on both the left and right sides of the hanging U-shaped yoke 6. A pair of L-shaped members 25 and 26 having vertical plate portions 25a and 26a fixed thereto, horizontal plate portions 25b and 26b of the L-shaped members 25 and 26, and horizontal plate portions 23b and 24b of the parallel angle members 23 and 24. The second connecting member 20 is placed on the lower horizontal overhang portion 1a of the beam member 1 and the lower end of the second connecting member 20 is provided on the lower side of the outer end. One holding plate 21 having an abutting portion 21a that abuts on the horizontal plate portions 23b, 24b of the parallel angle members 23, 24, and two right and left portions of the holding plate 21 inside the abutting portion 21a. Horizontal plate part 2 of parallel angle members 23 and 24 b, can be composed of two bolts and nuts 30, 31 Metropolitan that bind to 24b.
[0006]
In this case, each of the parallel angle members 23, 24 has a length that allows the U-shaped yoke 6 to be sandwiched between its vertical plate portions 23a, 24a. The plate portions 23a, 24a and the hanging U-shaped yoke 6 sandwiched between the vertical plate portions 23a, 24a can be connected by bolt nuts 32.
[0007]

Is fastened, the lower horizontal overhang portion 1a of the beam 1 is sandwiched and fixed between the sandwiching plate 21 and the other ends of the parallel angle members 23, 24 (horizontal plate portions 23b, 24b).
[0013]
One end of each of the parallel angle members 23 and 24 is loosely attached in advance to a pair of left and right L-shaped members 25 and 26 on the hanging U-shaped yoke 6 side by bolt nuts 28 and 29, or the holding plate 21 is provided. It is also possible to temporarily fix the beam member 1 at a predetermined position in advance with the bolts and nuts 30 and 31.
[0014]
Since the hanging U-shaped yoke 6 attached to the beam 1 as described above sandwiches the beam 1 between the L-shaped members 25 and 26 and the bolt nuts 30 and 31, the bolt nut 28 Even if the rods 31 to 31 are slightly loosened, they do not move in the width direction of the beam 1 and the lower side 9a of the upper end 9 of the U-shaped yoke for suspension is located on the horizontal overhang portion 1c of the beam 1 Therefore, even if the bolt nuts 28 to 31 are loosened to some extent, the hanging U-shaped yoke 6 is hardly inclined.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 5, the pair of parallel angle members 23, 24 have a length that can sandwich the vicinity of the center of the width of the U-shaped yoke 6 at the ends of the vertical plate portions 23a, 23b. The vertical plate portions 23a, 24a of the parallel angle members 23, 24 and the hanging U-shaped yoke 6 sandwiched between the vertical plate portions 23a, 24a are connected by bolt nuts 32. be able to. In this case, as shown in the figure, the length of the pair of left and right L-shaped members 25, 26 is also increased so that the horizontal plate portions 25a, 26a of the L-shaped members 25, 26 and the horizontal plate of the pair of parallel angle members 23, 24 are formed. It is desirable to increase the coupling area with the parts 23b and 24b.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the transport guide rail suspension device of the present invention that can be implemented as described above, the upper end of the suspension U-shaped yoke that requires a sufficient height from the strength side is disposed below the beam. Rather, on the lower side of the beam material, it is possible to form a relatively thin (small height) steel material or the like by simply fixing the hanging U-shaped yoke by frictional force with the beam material. The trolley of the transport train between the guide rail and the beam, compared to the conventional suspension device in which the U-shaped yoke for suspension is connected to the lower side of the beam. The guide rail can be arranged close to the beam while securing space. Therefore, it is possible to increase the height of the guide rail above the floor surface, and to effectively utilize the space on the ceiling side.
[0017]
Further, the entire load acting on the hanging U-shaped yoke can be applied directly from the upper end of the hanging U-shaped yoke to the lower horizontal overhanging portion of the beam member, and one end of the backing material is hung. A large load is not applied to the first connecting member connected to the lower U-shaped yoke or the second connecting member connecting the other end of the patch to the lower horizontal overhang of the beam. Therefore, as compared with the conventional suspension device in which the U-shaped suspension yoke is connected to the side surface of the beam member, it is not necessary to use many large bolts, and the burden on the mounting operation can be reduced.
[0018]
Furthermore, it is used as a first coupling member for coupling one end of the patch to a hanging U-shaped yoke or a second coupling member for coupling the other end of the patch to the lower horizontal overhang of the beam. Even if the fasteners such as bolts and nuts are loosened somewhat, the upper end of the hanging U-shaped yoke is placed on the lower horizontal overhang of the beam material, so that the hanging U-shaped The yoke is unlikely to tilt and the safety is high.
[0019]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, even if the hanging U-shaped yoke is formed of a single thick plate, the hanging U-shaped yoke hangs vertically to the longitudinal direction of the beam. It can be hung in a stable posture. In this case, according to the configuration of the third aspect, it is possible to prevent the pair of parallel angle members from spreading even in a situation where a high load is applied.
