しかしながら上記構成では、不用意に点火スイッチをさわるであるとか、この調理器に寄り掛かった場合などに臀部の一部が触れてしまうといった場合でも電磁弁が開き火がついてしまい危ないといった問題があった。

このような課題を解決するため、従来の機器では2つのスイッチを押さなければ電磁弁が開かないとか、点火スイッチを操作面から奥に引っ込んだ構成としているものとかがあった。しかしこの場合操作部の汚れがふき取りにくいとか、操作がわずらわしいとかいう問題があった。

本発明は上記課題を解決するもので、安全で操作しやすく掃除のしやすいガス調理器を提供することを目的としたものである。

本発明は上記課題を解決するために、制御部と接続した人体接触検知手段と、調節レバーと着火スイッチを兼ねる構成とし、調節レバーの操作部の表面に前記人体接触検知手段と接続した検知部を設けた構成とした。
