According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ac/dc selection circuit 13 includes: two controllable double-throw switches which are communicated with the detection control circuit 14 and the direct current power supply circuit 11 before the detection control circuit 14 detects the resistance value or the current value of the detachable object to be heated; and after the detection control circuit 14 determines that the detachable object to be heated is the detachable heating plate, the two controllable double-throw switches are disconnected from the detection control circuit 14 and the direct-current power supply circuit 11 and are respectively communicated with two poles of the alternating-current power supply circuit 12, so that the detachable heating plate is normally heated by the alternating current provided by the alternating-current power supply circuit 12.
The ac/dc selection circuit 13 includes: two controllable double-throw switches, the normally closed ends of which are connected with a direct current supply circuit 11, and the normally open ends of which are connected with an alternating current supply circuit 12, specifically, because before a detection control circuit 14 detects the resistance value or the current value of an object to be heated, whether the object to be heated is a detachable heating plate is not determined, in order to ensure the safety of users, the normally closed ends of the two controllable double-throw switches are controlled to be respectively communicated with the detection control circuit 14 and the direct current supply circuit 11, because the direct current is provided by the direct current supply circuit 11, and the voltage of the direct current is low, namely, the normally closed ends of the two controllable double-throw switches are connected with the direct current supply circuit 11, therefore, even if the users contact with two terminals of the direct current supply circuit 11 which is exposed, the personal safety of the users cannot be threatened, when the object to be detachable heating plate is determined, the two controllable double-throw switches are respectively communicated with two poles of the alternating current supply circuit 12, that is, the normally open ends of the two controllable double-throw switches are connected with the alternating current supply circuit 12, so that the alternating current supplied by the alternating current supply circuit 12 is used for ensuring the normal heating of the detachable heating plate, and the normal heating of the food in the detachable heating plate is realized.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: the detachable heating plate is a detachable infrared heating plate; and one ends of the two movable contact electrodes 15 are connected with the detachable infrared heating plate, and the other ends of the two movable contact electrodes 15 are respectively connected with the two controllable double-throw switches.
Two terminals of two controllable double-throw switches can connect a movable contact electrode respectively to make movable contact electrode and can dismantle heating plate in close contact with, avoid two terminals of two controllable double-throw switches directly to contact with can dismantle the heating plate and lead to contact failure, like this, when two controllable double-throw switches communicate with the both poles of AC supply circuit 12 respectively, then can use the AC power that AC supply circuit 12 provided to normally heat can be dismantled the heating plate, thereby cooking utensil's normal work has been guaranteed.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: a state detection circuit 16, connected in parallel to the detection control circuit 14, configured to detect whether the state of the detachable heating plate changes, and when detecting that the state of the detachable heating plate changes, the voltage at two ends of the state detection circuit 16 changes, so that the voltage at two ends of the detection control circuit 14 changes and outputs a state change prompt signal, where the state detection circuit 16 includes: a state detection switch, and the state detection switch contacts with the detachable heating plate.

According to the heating control method provided by the invention, when a cooking appliance is powered on, namely is communicated with an alternating current power supply circuit, and the cooking appliance is prepared to heat an object to be heated, whether the object to be heated is a detachable heating plate can be accurately determined by detecting the resistance value and/or the current value of the object to be heated, so that objects except the detachable heating plate, such as fingers of a user, are prevented from mistakenly touching two terminals of an alternating current-direct current selection circuit and are mistakenly communicated with the alternating current-direct current selection circuit, and the direct current-direct current selection circuit directly selects the alternating current power supply circuit to heat the fingers, so that the safety of the user is thre: when the object to be heated is determined to be the detachable heating plate, the alternating current/direct current selection circuit is controlled to be disconnected from the direct current supply circuit, and the alternating current/direct current selection circuit is controlled to be communicated with the alternating current supply circuit, so that the alternating current (the voltage of the alternating current) provided by the alternating current supply circuit can ensure the normal work of the detachable heating plate, and when the object to be heated is determined not to be the detachable heating plate, the alternating current/direct current selection circuit is controlled to be continuously communicated with the direct current supply circuit but not communicated with the alternating current supply circuit, so that when the detachable heating plate is separated from the cooking appliance, because the direct current provided by the direct current supply circuit is low in voltage at the moment, even if fingers of a user (namely the object to be heated is the fingers of the user) touch two electrode terminals of the exposed alternating current/direct current selection circuit carelessly, no danger can be caused to the user, and, the user experience is improved.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the determining whether the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating pan according to the detection result specifically includes: controlling the detection control circuit to determine that the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating plate when the detection result is that the resistance value is greater than or equal to a first resistance value and less than or equal to a second resistance value and/or the current value is greater than or equal to a first current value and less than or equal to a second current value; otherwise, it is determined that the detachable object to be heated is not a detachable heating pan.
Because the resistance or the current of the detachable heating disk is in a certain range when the detachable heating disk is used for normal heating, the resistance and/or the current of an object to be heated can be detected, whether the object to be heated is the detachable heating disk or not can be judged according to the detection result, when the resistance value of the object to be heated detected by the detection control circuit is larger than or equal to a first resistance value and smaller than or equal to a second resistance value, and/or the current value is larger than or equal to the first current value and smaller than or equal to the second current value, the object to be heated is determined to be the detachable heating disk, otherwise, the object to be heated is determined not to be the detachable heating disk, so that the alternating current and direct current selection circuit can be accurately controlled to be communicated with the direct current supply circuit or the alternating current supply circuit, and the alternating current and direct current selection circuit is prevented from being mistakenly selected by the alternating current, and poses a threat to the life safety of the user.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ac/dc selection circuit includes: the two controllable double-throw switches are controlled to be communicated with the detection control circuit and the direct current power supply circuit before the detection control circuit detects the resistance value or the current value of the detachable object to be heated; and after the detection control circuit determines that the detachable object to be heated is the detachable heating disc, the two controllable double-throw switches are controlled to be disconnected with the detection control circuit and the direct current power supply circuit and are respectively communicated with two poles of the alternating current power supply circuit, so that the alternating current power supplied by the alternating current power supply circuit is used for normally heating the detachable heating disc.
The AC/DC selection circuit comprises: the two controllable double-throw switches are connected with a direct current power supply circuit at the normally closed ends, and are connected with an alternating current power supply circuit at the normally open ends, particularly, before the detection control circuit detects the resistance value or the current value of the object to be heated, whether the object to be heated is a detachable heating disc is not determined, therefore, in order to ensure the safety of users, the normally closed ends of the two controllable double-throw switches are controlled to be respectively communicated with the detection control circuit and the direct current power supply circuit, because the direct current power supply circuit provides direct current and the voltage of the direct current is low, namely, the normally closed ends of the two controllable double-throw switches are connected with the direct current power supply circuit, even if the users contact two terminals of the direct current power supply circuit exposed outside, the personal safety of the users cannot be threatened, when the object to be heated is determined to be a detachable heating disc, the two controllable double-throw switches are respectively communicated with two poles of the alternating current power supply circuit, the normally open end of two controllable double throw switches is connected with the alternating current supply circuit, so that the alternating current provided by the alternating current supply circuit is used for ensuring the normal heating of the detachable heating plate, and the food in the detachable heating plate is normally heated.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the removable hotplate is a removable infrared hotplate; and the heating control method further includes: and one ends of the two movable contact electrodes are connected with the detachable infrared heating plate, and the other ends of the two movable contact electrodes are respectively connected with the two controllable double-throw switches.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: using with the state detection circuit that detection control circuit is parallelly connected detects whether the state of dismantling the heating plate changes to when detecting the state of dismantling the heating plate changes, the voltage at state detection circuit both ends changes, so that the voltage at detection control circuit both ends changes and output state change cue signal, wherein, state detection circuit includes: a state detection switch, and the state detection switch contacts with the detachable heating plate.

In summary, in the present invention, when the cooking appliance is communicated with the ac power supply circuit, the ac/dc selection circuit is respectively communicated with the dc power supply circuit and the detection control circuit, so that the detection control circuit detects the resistance value and/or the current value of the detachable object to be heated, determines whether the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating plate according to the detection result, and sends an ac heating signal after determining that the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating plate according to the detection result, controls the ac/dc selection circuit to be disconnected from the dc power supply circuit, controls the ac/dc selection circuit to continue to be communicated with the dc power supply circuit, and cannot normally heat the detachable heating plate by using the ac power provided by the ac power supply circuit, thereby preventing an object outside the detachable heating plate, such as a finger of a user, from mistakenly touching two terminals of the ac/dc selection circuit and mistakenly, and the alternating current and direct current selection circuit directly selects the alternating current power supply circuit to heat the finger, so that the safety of the user is threatened.

1. A heating control device, comprising:
the direct current power supply circuit is connected with the alternating current-direct current selection circuit;
the alternating current power supply circuit is connected with the alternating current-direct current selection circuit;
the alternating current and direct current selection circuit is used for selecting the direct current power supply circuit or the alternating current power supply circuit to supply power to the detachable object to be heated, and is respectively communicated with the direct current power supply circuit and the detection control circuit when the cooking appliance is communicated with the alternating current power supply circuit;
the detection control circuit is connected with the alternating current and direct current selection circuit, when the alternating current and direct current selection circuit is respectively communicated with the direct current supply circuit and the detection control circuit, the detection control circuit detects the resistance value and/or the current value of the detachable object to be heated, determines whether the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating plate according to the detection result, sends an alternating current heating signal after determining that the detachable object to be heated is the detachable heating plate according to the detection result, controls the alternating current and direct current selection circuit to be disconnected with the direct current supply circuit and communicated with the alternating current supply circuit so as to normally heat the detachable heating plate by using alternating current provided by the alternating current supply circuit, and controls the alternating current and direct current selection circuit to be continuously communicated with the direct current supply circuit when the detection result is that the detachable object to be heated is not the detachable heating plate, the alternating current provided by the alternating current power supply circuit can not be used for normally heating the detachable heating plate;
state detection circuit, with detection control circuit is parallelly connected for detect whether the state of dismantling the heating plate changes, and when detecting the state of dismantling the heating plate changes, the voltage at state detection circuit both ends changes, so that the voltage at detection control circuit both ends changes and output state change cue signal, wherein, state detection circuit includes: a state detection switch, and the state detection switch contacts with the detachable heating plate.
2. The heating control device according to claim 1,
the detection control circuit is specifically configured to: when the detection result is that the resistance value is greater than or equal to a first resistance value and less than or equal to a second resistance value, and/or the current value is greater than or equal to a first current value and less than or equal to a second current value, determining that the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating plate; otherwise, it is determined that the detachable object to be heated is not a detachable heating pan.
3. The heating control device according to claim 1,
the alternating current-direct current selection circuit comprises: two controllable double-throw switches are arranged on the base,
the two controllable double-throw switches are communicated with the detection control circuit and the direct current power supply circuit before the detection control circuit detects the resistance value or the current value of the detachable object to be heated; and
and after the detection control circuit determines that the detachable object to be heated is the detachable heating plate, the two controllable double-throw switches are disconnected with the detection control circuit and the direct current power supply circuit and are respectively communicated with two poles of the alternating current power supply circuit so as to normally heat the detachable heating plate by using alternating current provided by the alternating current power supply circuit.
4. The heating control device according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising:
the detachable heating plate is a detachable infrared heating plate;
and one ends of the two movable contact electrodes are connected with the detachable infrared heating plate, and the other ends of the two movable contact electrodes are respectively connected with the two controllable double-throw switches.
5. A heating control method of the heating control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising:
when the cooking appliance is communicated with the alternating current power supply circuit, the alternating current/direct current selection circuit is controlled to be respectively communicated with the direct current power supply circuit and the detection control circuit, so that the detection control circuit detects the resistance value and/or the current value of the detachable object to be heated connected with the alternating current/direct current selection circuit, and whether the detachable object to be heated is the detachable heating plate is determined according to the detection result;
after the detachable object to be heated is determined to be the detachable heating plate according to the detection result, the detection control circuit is controlled to send an alternating current heating signal, the alternating current and direct current selection circuit is controlled to be disconnected from the direct current power supply circuit and communicated with the alternating current power supply circuit, so that the detachable heating plate is normally heated by using alternating current provided by the alternating current power supply circuit, and when the detection result is that the detachable object to be heated is not the detachable heating plate, the alternating current and direct current selection circuit is controlled to continue to be communicated with the direct current power supply circuit, so that the detachable heating plate cannot be normally heated by using the alternating current provided by the alternating current power supply circuit;
using with the state detection circuit that detection control circuit is parallelly connected detects whether the state of dismantling the heating plate changes to when detecting the state of dismantling the heating plate changes, the voltage at state detection circuit both ends changes, so that the voltage at detection control circuit both ends changes and output state change cue signal, wherein, state detection circuit includes: a state detection switch, and the state detection switch contacts with the detachable heating plate.
6. The heating control method according to claim 5,
the determining whether the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating plate according to the detection result specifically includes:
controlling the detection control circuit to determine that the detachable object to be heated is a detachable heating plate when the detection result is that the resistance value is greater than or equal to a first resistance value and less than or equal to a second resistance value and/or the current value is greater than or equal to a first current value and less than or equal to a second current value; otherwise, it is determined that the detachable object to be heated is not a detachable heating pan.
7. The heating control method according to claim 5,
the alternating current-direct current selection circuit comprises: two controllable double-throw switches, and
before the detection control circuit detects the resistance value or the current value of the detachable object to be heated, the two controllable double-throw switches are controlled to be communicated with the detection control circuit and the direct current power supply circuit; and
after the detection control circuit determines that the detachable object to be heated is the detachable heating plate, the two controllable double-throw switches are controlled to be disconnected with the detection control circuit and the direct current power supply circuit and are respectively communicated with two poles of the alternating current power supply circuit, so that the detachable heating plate is normally heated by alternating current provided by the alternating current power supply circuit.
8. The heating control method according to claim 7,
the detachable heating plate is a detachable infrared heating plate; and
the heating control method further includes:
and one ends of the two movable contact electrodes are connected with the detachable infrared heating plate, and the other ends of the two movable contact electrodes are respectively connected with the two controllable double-throw switches.
9. A cooking appliance, comprising: the heating control device according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
