Description
【0001】
【0030】
その硬化触媒の市販品としては、NoccelerTTFE(ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸第II鉄)(三新化学工業(株)製)やSancelerBZ(ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛)(三新化学工業(株)製)がある。
【0031】
【0037】
炭素繊維の市販品としては、例えば、東邦レーヨン社製のHTA−C9(繊維径7μm、長さ9mm/サイジング剤不使用)、HTA−C9−E(繊維径7μm、長さ9mm/サイジング剤使用により結束したタイプ)などを使用することができる。

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a modified polysulfide-based or modified silicone-based sealing material composition useful for construction, civil engineering, and the like, and particularly to joints formed between outer wall panels required to be conductive for purposes such as electromagnetic wave shielding. TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a conductive sealing material composition suitable for use as a material, an electromagnetic wave shielding method and an electromagnetic wave shielding structure for joints using the sealing material composition.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART In the fields of architecture, civil engineering, and the like, various types of sealing materials are used to fill and seal joints and voids for the purpose of watertightness, airtightness, and the like.
[0003]
On the other hand, in buildings handling computer equipment or digital electrical equipment, the problem of electromagnetic interference caused by external electromagnetic waves has been raised, and research on electromagnetic shielding buildings has been advanced in recent years. Electromagnetic wave shielding building materials such as conductive concrete have been developed (for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 4-219404).
[0004]
By the way, in order to apply electromagnetic wave shielding to a building, it is necessary to cover all building parts (floor, wall, ceiling, etc.) with an electromagnetic shielding material. For example, when electromagnetic wave shielding is performed on the outer wall, the outer wall panel is formed of an electromagnetic shielding material, and a
[0005]
However, such a method satisfies the purpose of electromagnetic shielding of the
[0006]
In response to these demands, the field of sealing materials to be filled between outer wall panels requires research on conductivity such as an electromagnetic wave shielding function. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-199057 discloses a silicone-based sealing containing conductive metal powder. A material composition is proposed, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-47663 proposes a silicone-based sealing material composition containing conductive carbon black.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as disclosed in JP-A-60-199057, when a metal powder is compounded in a sealing material composition, it is necessary to mix a large amount of metal powder in order to impart conductivity. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that the specific gravity of the composition increases and the composition becomes expensive, and the conductivity decreases due to oxidation.
[0008]
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-47663, in the case where carbon black is blended in the sealing material composition, it is necessary to blend a large amount of carbon black in order to improve the conductivity, and the fluidity is increased. , The workability is inferior, and only a black color is obtained.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to impart conductivity to a sealing material by adding a relatively small amount, thereby increasing the specific gravity of the composition. It is another object of the present invention to provide a sealing material composition which does not have a decrease in conductivity due to oxidation.
[0010]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a sealing material composition that does not greatly decrease the fluidity and is easily colored.
[0011]
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding method and an electromagnetic wave shielding structure for joints formed between outer wall panels using the sealing material composition.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The conductive sealing material composition of the present invention comprises a modified polysulfide polymer and a curing catalyst thereof, a modified silicone polymer and a sealing material composition containing at least one of the curing catalysts as main components . It is characterized in that it is contained in an amount of 0.8 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight in total , thereby achieving the above object.
[0013]
In the method for shielding electromagnetic waves of joints formed between outer wall panels according to the present invention, the joints formed between outer wall panels having an electromagnetic wave shielding function are filled with the sealing material composition and the sealing material composition is cured. The above object is achieved.
[0014]
The electromagnetic wave shielding structure of the joint formed between the outer wall panels of the present invention is such that the joint formed between the outer wall panels having an electromagnetic wave shielding function is filled with a sealing material made of the sealing material composition. Which achieves the above object. It is preferable that a backup material is provided in the joint and the sealing material composition is filled.
[0015]
As the modified polysulfide polymer used in the present invention, a modified polysulfide polymer conventionally used in a modified polysulfide-based sealing material composition can be used. For example, at least a cross-linkable mercapto group (-SH group) at a molecular terminal can be used. It has one or more and has a main chain mainly having a polyether urethane bond, and examples thereof include those represented by the following general formula (I).

In the formula (V), R 10 represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and M 2 represents a group Ia, group Ib, group IIa, group IIb, group IIIa, group IVa, group VIa of the periodic table. Or, a group VIb metal, y represents an integer of 1 to 4.
[0028]
It is preferable to use one or more curing catalysts represented by the formulas (II) and (III), and one or more curing catalysts represented by the formulas (IV) and (V). In particular, an equivalent mixture of ferric dimethyldithiocarbamate and zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate is preferred.
[0029]
When the amount of the curing catalyst is small, the curing speed is slow, and when the amount is large, there is a possibility that the cured physical properties are deteriorated. Therefore, the amount is preferably 0.01 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the modified polysulfide polymer.
[0030]
Commercial products of the curing catalyst include NocellerTTFE (ferric dimethyldithiocarbamate) (manufactured by Sanshin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) and SancelerBZ (zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate) (manufactured by Sanshin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.).
[0031]
As the modified silicone polymer used in the present invention, those conventionally used in a modified silicone-based sealing material composition can be used. For example, the modified silicone polymer bonded to a silicon atom represented by the following general formula (VI) can be used. An oxyalkylene polymer having a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group and having at least one silicon-containing group that can be crosslinked by forming a siloxane bond is exemplified.
[0032]

[0033]
As a commercial product of the modified silicone polymer represented by the general formula (VI), for example, “ESS 2410” (molecular weight: 17000) manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. can be mentioned.
[0034]
As the curing catalyst for the modified silicone polymer, those conventionally used as a curing catalyst for curing the modified silicone polymer are suitable, and as the catalyst, a tin compound such as bis (dibutyltin lauric acid) oxide (for example, SB-65), a silane compound or an amine compound as a co-catalyst, for example, amino-substituted alkoxysilanes such as ketoxime silane, alkoxysilane, aminoxysilane, amidosilane, laurylamine or derivatives thereof And so on.
[0035]
The fiber length of the carbon fiber used in the present invention is too short, the conductive effect is not obtained, or the physical properties after curing is deteriorated because a large amount of addition is required. It adversely affects workability. Therefore, the fiber length is preferably 1 to 30 mm, more preferably 5 to 15 mm.
If the average diameter of the carbon fibers is too small, fiber cutting is likely to occur during kneading, and if the average diameter is too large, kneading properties and workability are adversely affected. Therefore, the average diameter is preferably 1 to 20 μm, and more preferably 5 to 10 μm.
[0036]
If the amount of carbon fiber added is too small, a sufficient conductive effect cannot be obtained, and if it is too large, the workability is adversely affected. Therefore, based on the total amount 100 parts by weight of the sealant composition is limited to the formulation of 0.8 to 2 parts by weight.
[0037]
Examples of commercially available carbon fibers include HTA-C9 (fiber diameter 7 μm, length 9 mm / no sizing agent) and HTA-C9-E (fiber diameter 7 μm, length 9 mm / sizing agent) manufactured by Toho Rayon Co., Ltd. Can be used. The latter is a product obtained by binding the former using a sizing agent for the purpose of preventing fiber scattering at the time of introduction.
[0038]
Carbon black or metal powder may be blended in the sealing material composition of the present invention. Further, the composition may contain a plasticizer, a solvent, a glass balloon and other fillers, and may further contain an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a fragrance and the like, if necessary. The plasticizer is used to obtain a sealing material having good elasticity, and examples thereof include polypropylene glycol (for example, product name: Diol-3000, manufactured by Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals, Inc.), dioctyl phthalate, diisodecyl phthalate, and the like.
[0039]
The sealing material composition of the present invention is obtained by mixing at least one of the above-mentioned modified polysulfide polymer, its curing catalyst, modified silicone polymer and its curing catalyst, and carbon fibers. Mixing can be performed using an ordinary mixer except for those that are likely to cause cutting of the carbon fiber in the mixing step.
[0040]
Since the sealing material composition of the present invention cures when it comes into contact with oxygen or moisture in the air, it is filled in a cartridge or the like, and is stored while being shielded from oxygen or moisture in the air.
[0041]
The obtained sealing material composition is curable at room temperature, and is filled into joints formed between outer wall panels having an electromagnetic wave shielding function to form a sealing material having elasticity and conductivity. The sealing material follows and seals the joint portion in a watertight manner, and electrically connects both outer wall panels.
[0042]
Next, an electromagnetic wave shielding method and an electromagnetic wave shielding structure of the joint part of the outer wall panel of the present invention using the above sealing material composition will be described.

[0046]
The volume resistance of the carbon fiber is preferably from 5 × 10 −4 to 7 × 10 −3 Ω · cm, because when the resistance becomes low, the formed carbon fiber sheet easily breaks when the work is unraveled. Examples of the carbon fiber constituting the carbon fiber sheet include a PAN type, a pitch type, a rayon type, a carbon whisker type and the like. The weight of the carbon fiber sheet in the exposed portion is preferably 20 to 500 g / m2. If the weight of the exposed portion of the carbon fiber falls below this range, connection with other members becomes difficult. If the weight exceeds this range, when a load is applied to the connection portion after the connection with other members, the inside of the exposed portion of the carbon fiber sheet will There is a risk that fiber peeling will occur and electromagnetic waves will leak from the gap between the raised carbon fiber sheets.
[0047]
The material of the backup material is not particularly limited as long as it has elasticity, such as rubber, polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, and the like, and has a performance having a restoring force. The size of a round bar, an elliptical bar, a square bar, or the like is determined by the width of the joint, but it is sufficient that the rod can be fixed by its restoring force when pushed into the joint. The pushing depth of the backup material may be the thickness of the sealing material that can satisfy the required electromagnetic wave shielding value at the joint.
[0048]
[Action]
The sealing material composition of the present invention contains carbon fibers in an amount of 0.8 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the sealing material composition. Since it is generated in the direction and is electrically integrated, conductivity can be imparted to the entire cured product. In addition, carbon fibers can provide sufficient conductivity with a relatively small amount of compounding compared to conventionally used carbon black and metal powder.
[0049]
Furthermore, in the method for shielding an electromagnetic wave of an outer wall panel or the shielding structure of the present invention, a joint formed between a pair of outer wall panels having an electromagnetic wave shielding function is filled with a sealing material made of the conductive sealing material composition. Accordingly, the joints can be made watertight with the sealing material, and at the same time, the joints between the outer wall panels can be provided with conductivity. Therefore, a durable electromagnetic wave shield can be maintained without the sealing material being peeled off from the joint and without generation of rust or the like.
[0050]
In particular, when the backup material is provided in the joint portion and subsequently the sealing material composition is filled, the workability is good and an appropriate amount of the sealing material composition can be filled in the joint portion.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the modified polysulfide or modified silicone sealing material composition is blended with 0.8 to 2 parts by weight of carbon fiber based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the sealing material composition, so that the sealing material is provided with conductivity. It can be particularly suitably used in fields such as building materials such as antistatic materials and electromagnetic wave shielding materials, ground electrodes, and ground resistance reducing materials.
[0075]
In addition, since the use of carbon fibers can impart conductivity to the sealing material by adding a relatively small amount, the specific gravity of the composition does not increase significantly, and the conductivity decreases due to oxidation. Absent. Furthermore, unlike the conventional case where a large amount of carbon black is blended, it is possible to provide a sealing material composition that does not greatly decrease the fluidity and is easily colored.
[0076]
Furthermore, since the outer wall panel joint joint of the electromagnetic wave shielding is filled with an elastic and conductive sealing material, it is tightly integrated with the outer wall panel after the sealing material composition is cured, and the elongation rate is large, so the movement at the joint is less. Even if it occurs, the sealing material can be maintained in close contact with the outer wall panel for a long time without coming off the adhesive surface of the outer wall panel. As described above, in the conventional shielding materials such as wire mesh and copper foil, long-term reliability of shielding performance due to metal corrosion is concerned, whereas in the present invention, there is no generation of rust and the like, and durability is high. Electromagnetic shielding can be maintained.
