Description

【0001】

Then, after all the coins in the coin storage and dispensing section 32 are fed out and sent to the coin passage 41, the control section 201 transfers the received reject coin received by the transport conveyor 91 to the coin through the transport conveyor 91 and the recirculation transport section 111. The coin is sent to the depositing and dispensing section 32, and is sent from the coin depositing and dispensing section 32 to the coin passage 41 to re-identify the rejected coin. As a result of the re-identification, the coin identified as a deposited normal coin is sent to the type temporary holding section 74. The coins identified as deposit reject coins have a function of sending the coins to the conveyor 91 and discharging the coins to one of the left dispensing unit 15 and the right dispensing unit 16 through one of the left conveying unit 101 and the right conveying unit 105. ing. Further, when the number of deposit reject coins exceeds a set amount (for example, 5) during the operation of depositing remittance coins, the transport conveyor 91 re-identifies the deposit reject coins from the left conveyor 101 and the right transport. It has a function of discharging to one of the left dispensing section 15 and the right dispensing section 16 through one of the sections 105 1.
[0041]
In addition, the control unit 201 causes all the stored coins to be ejected for one of the coin storage / discharge units 61 for each type to be subjected to the close inspection processing, and sends the coins to the coin storage / delivery unit 32 through the transport conveyor 91 and the circulation transport unit 111. At the stage when all the coins of the coin storage and dispensing section 61 by type are sent to the coin storing and dispensing section 32, the coin is identified through the coin storing and dispensing section 32 and the coin passage 41 and the coin identified as a normal coin is returned to the original coin. It has a function of a scrutiny control unit that branches and collects the coin storage / discharge unit 61 by type.
[0042]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.
[0043]
First, an initial coin replenishment process will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0044]
The cassette 121 containing the refilled coins is transported to the machine body 11 by a teller or the like, and the initial replenishment processing of coins is instructed by operating the left operating unit 19 or the right operating unit 20 or the terminals 221 and 222 of the teller. The refilling process is started when the cassette opening 123 is inserted into the coin receiving opening 12 of the coin receiving opening 33 with the storage space 125 of the cassette 121 facing upward and the cassette opening 129 facing downward.
[0045]
When the replenishment process is started, the coin deposit opening shutter 34 of the coin deposit opening 12 is opened, and the cassette shutter 131 of the cassette 121 is opened, so that the replenished coins in the cassette 121 are passed from the cassette opening 129 through the coin receiving opening 12. The coin is discharged to the coin storage / delivery unit 32.
[0046]
As shown in FIG. 9A, the replenished coins flowing out to the coin storage and dispensing section 32 are fed by the rotation of the dispensing belt 36 at the bottom of the coin storage and dispensing section 32 and the reverse rotation of the reversing roller 37. The coins are fed out of the coin 32 one by one to the discrimination passage section 42 of the coin passage 41, and the discrimination section 49 discriminates authenticity, denomination and the like.
[0047]
The replenishment coin identified as normal by the identification unit 49 is conveyed to the type-specific branch passage unit 44 of the coin path 41, branched at the type-specific coin branch unit 52 of the corresponding denomination, and stored in the type-specific coin storage and ejection unit 61. It is fed onto the storage and ejection belt 63. At this time, the partitioning member 73 is opened, the temporary storage unit 74 for each type is communicated with the coin storage unit 75, and all the storage ejection belts 63 are rotated in the storage direction. The replenished coins sent onto the belt 63 are sent backward from a position below the coin branching unit 52 by type, and are stored in the coin storage unit 75 in a loose state (heaped state).
[0048]
When a predetermined number of replenishment coins are stored in the coin storage and dispensing unit 61 by type and the denomination is full, thereafter, the replenishment coins of the overflow denomination identified by the identification unit 49 are branched by type. The coins are branched at the overflow type-specific coin branching section 52a located at the uppermost stream of the passage section 44, and are stored in the overflow type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a. At this time, since the type-specific coin storage / ejection unit 61 a for overflow does not include the partition member 73, the overflow coins that have fallen on the storage / ejection belt 63 are stored in the coin storage unit 75 behind the type-specific temporary holding unit 74. Sent to and temporarily held.
[0049]
The rejected coin identified as abnormal by the identification unit 49 is branched off at the rejected coin branching unit 50 of the rejecting branch passage 43 of the coin passage 41, sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily reserved. The transport conveyor 91 is moved rightward by a predetermined amount each time reject coins are fed one by one.
[0050]
When the number of rejected coins temporarily held on the conveyor 91 exceeds a set amount, for example, five, the replenishment process is temporarily stopped, and the rejected coins on the conveyor 91 are conveyed leftward, for example, and the shutter is released. By opening 102, the paper is sent to the left side transport unit 101, and is returned to the left side dispensing box 17 by the left side transport unit 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11. Then, after the return of the rejected coin is completed, the replenishment process is restarted.
[0051]
After the feeding of the replenishment coins from the coin storage and dispensing part 32 is completed, the conveyance of the replenishment coins on the coin passage 41 is completed, and after the recognizing coins are no longer detected by the identification part 49 for a predetermined time, the feeding and the replenishment are performed. The transport is stopped.
[0052]
At this time, when the rejected coin is temporarily held on the transport conveyor 91, the re-identification process of the rejected coin is started as shown in FIGS. 9B and 9C. The rejected coins on the transport conveyor 91 are transported rightward by the transport conveyor 91 and sent to the right transport unit 105 by opening the shutter 106, and are transported forward by the right transport unit 105 and During the conveyance, the recirculating conveyance unit 111 re-enters the coin into the coin storing and feeding unit 32, and when all the rejected coins are sent to the coin storing and feeding unit 32, the coins are fed out one by one from the coin storing and feeding unit 32 to the coin passage 41 again. , Are re-identified by the identification unit 49.
[0053]
As a result of the re-identification, the replenished coin identified as normal is branched by the coin type-specific coin branching unit 52 and stored in the coin type-specific coin storage / ejection unit 61 or overflow type. The coins are branched at the separate coin branching section 52a and stored in the type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a for overflow.
[0054]
As a result of the re-identification, the reject coin identified as abnormal is branched by the reject coin branching unit 50, re-sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily held, and after the re-identification processing of all reject coins is completed, the transport conveyor is completed. The sheet is conveyed to the left at 91 and is fed into the left conveying section 101 by opening the shutter 102, and is returned to the left dispensing box 17 by the left conveying section 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11.
[0055]
When overflow coins are stored in the type-specific coin storage / discharge unit 61a for overflow, as shown in FIG. 9D, the overflow coins in the type-specific coin storage / discharge unit 61a are stored. Due to the rotation of the ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and the reverse rotation of the reversing roller 80, the coins are ejected one by one from the inside of the coin storage and ejection section 61 for each type onto the transport conveyor 91, and directed leftward by the transport conveyor 91. When the shutter 102 is opened, the sheet is sent to the left transfer section 101 and returned to the left dispensing box 17 by the left transfer section 101. The overflow coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are taken out by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11. When the cassette 121 is mounted on the cassette mounting section 120, the overflow coins thrown out on the transport conveyor 91 may be sent to the cassette 121 for storage. In this case, the overflow coins on the conveyor 91 are conveyed rightward by the conveyor 91, sent to the right conveying unit 105 by opening the shutter 106, and conveyed forward by the right conveying unit 105. At the same time, it is discharged to the chute 115 and sent to the cassette 121 through the distribution member 118 and the collection chute 117 to be stored.
[0056]
Further, when the cassette 121 is used for the initial replenishment, the coin receiving port 12 is closed by the cassette 121, so that even when the coin receiving port shutter 34 is opened, the coin is ejected by the feeding operation of the coin storing and feeding unit 32. There is no.
[0057]
When the replenishment process is completed, the cassette 121 is removed from the coin receiving port 12, the front door 21 of the machine body 11 is opened, and the cassette 121 used for the initial replenishment is collected for installation by mounting the cassette 121 on the cassette mounting portion 120. Can be used.
[0058]
Instead of using the cassette 121, a refill coin can be inserted into the coin receiving port 12 by a gold box or bag and refilled. In this case, after the refill coin is inserted into the coin deposit port 12, the refill processing is started after the coin deposit shutter 34 is closed.
[0059]
10 (a) to 10 (e), a description will be given of a case where the coin deposit processing is set without automatic scrutiny.
[0060]
When deposit processing is instructed by either the right or left teller on the left operating section 19 or right operating section 20 of the machine body 11 or the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller, the coin deposit opening shutter 34 of the coin deposit opening 12 is opened. . When a deposit coin is inserted into the coin deposit port 12 by the teller, and a deposit start command is issued by the left operation unit 19 or the right operation unit 20 of the machine body 11 or the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller, the coin deposit of the coin deposit port 12 is performed. The mouth shutter 34 is closed, and the deposit processing is started.
[0061]
As shown in FIG. 10A, the deposited coins inserted into the coin depositing port 12 are received and stored in the coin storage and dispensing section 32, and are rotated in reverse with the rotation of the dispensing belt 36 at the bottom of the coin storing and dispensing section 32. By the reverse rotation of the roller 37, the coins are fed out one by one from the coin storing and feeding section 32 to the discrimination passage section 42 of the coin passage 41, and the discrimination section 49 discriminates the authenticity or the denomination.
[0062]
The replenishment coin identified as normal by the identification unit 49 is conveyed to the type-specific branch passage unit 44 of the coin path 41, branched at the type-specific coin branch unit 52 of the corresponding denomination, and stored in the type-specific coin storage and ejection unit 61. It is fed onto the storage and ejection belt 63. At this time, the partitioning member 73 has been moved to the partitioning position, the type-specific temporary storage section 74 and the coin storage section 75 have been partitioned, and the storage and ejection belt 63 has been rotated in the storage direction. The replenished coins that have fallen on the output belt 63 are sent from the position below the type-specific coin branching section 52 to the rear in the type-specific temporary holding section 74 and are temporarily stored in a loose state.
[0063]
Even the deposited coins identified as normal by the identification unit 49 are filled with a predetermined number of coins stored in the type-specific temporary storage unit 74 and filled up, or filled with a predetermined number of coins stored in the coin storage unit 75. Are deemed as overflow coins, are branched at the overflow type coin branching section 52a located at the uppermost stream of the type branch passage section 44, and overflow type-specific coin storage and ejection sections. 61a.
[0064]
The rejected coin identified as abnormal by the identification unit 49 is branched off at the rejected coin branching unit 50 of the rejecting branch passage 43 of the coin passage 41, sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily reserved.
[0065]
If the number of rejected coins temporarily held on the conveyor 91 exceeds a set amount, for example, five, the depositing process is temporarily stopped, and the rejected coins on the conveyor 91 are processed for depositing by the left teller, for example. Is conveyed toward the left side, is sent to the left side conveying section 101 by opening the shutter 102, and is returned to the left side dispensing box 17 by the left side conveying section 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11. Then, after the return of the rejected coin is completed, the deposit processing is restarted.
[0066]
Then, the feeding of the deposited coins from the coin storage and dispensing section 32 is completed, and the transport of the deposited coins on the coin path 41 is completed. The transport is stopped.
[0067]
At this time, if the rejected coin is temporarily held on the transport conveyor 91, the re-identification process of the rejected coin is started as shown in FIGS. The rejected coins on the transport conveyor 91 are transported rightward by the transport conveyor 91 and sent to the right transport unit 105 by opening the shutter 106, and are transported forward by the right transport unit 105 and During the transport, the recirculating transport unit 111 re-enters the coin into the coin storage and delivery unit 32, and when all the rejected coins are sent to the coin storage and delivery unit 32, the coins are again delivered one by one from the coin storage and delivery unit 32 to the coin passage 41 one by one. , Are re-identified by the identification unit 49.
[0068]
As a result of the re-identification, the deposited coins that are identified as normal are branched off by the coin type-specific coin branching unit 52 and temporarily stored in the corresponding denomination-type temporary holding unit 74, or by the overflow type. The coins are branched at the coin branching section 52a and temporarily stored in the type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a for overflow.
[0069]
As a result of the re-identification, the reject coin identified as abnormal is branched by the reject coin branching unit 50, re-sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily held, and after the re-identification processing of all reject coins is completed, the transport conveyor is completed. The sheet is conveyed to the left at 91 and is fed into the left conveying section 101 by opening the shutter 102, and is returned to the left dispensing box 17 by the left conveying section 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11.
[0070]
Then, after the temporary hold of the deposited coin including the re-identification is completed, and the return of the rejected coin after the re-identification is completed, the counting result of the deposited coin is displayed on the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller, and the teller approves the deposit. Or a payment rejection is ordered.
[0071]
When the teller gives a payment approval command, the coins temporarily stored in the type-specific temporary storage unit 74 of the type-specific coin storage / ejection unit 61 as shown in FIG. Is released and the storage and ejection belt 63 is rotated in the storage direction to be sent to the coin storage unit 75 at the rear and stored in a loose state. Thereafter, the partition member 73 is returned to the partition position, and when the overflow coin is temporarily held, the operation of storing the overflow coin is started. In other words, one overflow coin temporarily stored in the overflow type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a is transferred to the transport conveyor 91 by the rotation of the storage and ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and the reverse rotation of the reverse roller 80. Are transported to the right by the transport conveyor 91, fed into the right transport section 105 by opening the shutter 106, transported forward by the right transport section 105, and discharged to the chute 115. Then, it is fed into the cassette 121 through the distribution member 118 and the collection chute 117 and stored. The deposit processing is completed by storing these temporarily held coins. When the overflow coins are ejected from the overflow type coin storage and ejection section 61a, the storage and ejection belt 63 of the other coin type and coin storage and ejection section 61 is stopped, and the partition member is stopped. Since 73 is located at the partition position and regulates the forward movement of coins in the coin storage section 75, the stored coins of these denominations are not thrown out.
[0072]
Also, when the teller issues a payment rejection (return) command, as shown in FIG. 10 (e), the coins temporarily held in the type-specific temporary storage unit 74 of the type-specific coin storage / discharge unit 61 are displayed. The coins temporarily stored in the overflow type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a are rotated by the rotation of the storage and ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and the reverse rotation of the reversing roller 80, whereby the type of coin storage and ejection section. 61, one sheet at a time is ejected onto a conveyor 91, and for example, in the case of a depositing process by a left teller, the sheet is conveyed leftward by the conveyor 91 and opened to the left conveyor 101 by opening the shutter 102. The paper is sent and returned to the left payment box 17 by the left transport unit 101. The returned coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by pulling out the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11. In the case of the deposit processing by the right teller, the returned coin is returned to the right dispensing box 18. When the returned coin is returned, the deposit processing is completed.
[0073]
11 (a) to 11 (f), a description will be given of a case where the automatic depositing is set in the coin deposit processing.
[0074]
When a deposit process is instructed by either the left or right teller on the left operating unit 19 or the right operating unit 20 of the machine body 11 or the terminal device 221 or 222 of the teller, the coin deposit opening shutter 34 of the coin deposit opening 12 is opened. You.
[0075]
As shown in FIG. 11A, the deposited coins inserted into the coin depositing port 12 are received and stored in the coin storage and dispensing section 32, and are rotated in reverse with the rotation of the dispensing belt 36 at the bottom of the coin storing and dispensing section 32. By the reverse rotation of the roller 37, the coins are fed out one by one from the coin storing and feeding section 32 to the discrimination passage section 42 of the coin passage 41, and the discrimination section 49 discriminates the authenticity or the denomination.
[0076]
[0077]
Even the deposited coins identified as normal by the identification unit 49 are filled with a predetermined number of coins stored in the type-specific temporary storage unit 74 and filled up, or filled with a predetermined number of coins stored in the coin storage unit 75. Are deemed as overflow coins, are branched at the overflow type coin branching section 52a located at the uppermost stream of the type branch passage section 44, and overflow type-specific coin storage and ejection sections. 61a.
[0078]
The rejected coin identified as abnormal by the identification unit 49 is branched off at the rejected coin branching unit 50 of the rejecting branch passage 43 of the coin passage 41, sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily reserved.
[0079]
[0080]
Then, the feeding of the deposited coins from the coin storage and dispensing section 32 is completed, and the transport of the deposited coins on the coin path 41 is completed. The transport is stopped.
[0081]
At this time, when the rejected coin is temporarily held on the transport conveyor 91, the re-identification process of the rejected coin is started as shown in FIGS. 11B and 11C.
[0082]
As a result of the re-identification, the deposited coins that are identified as normal are branched off by the coin type-specific coin branching unit 52 and temporarily stored in the corresponding denomination-type temporary holding unit 74, or by the overflow type. The coins are branched at the coin branching section 52a and temporarily stored in the type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a for overflow.
[0083]
As a result of the re-identification, the reject coin identified as abnormal is branched by the reject coin branching unit 50, re-sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily held, and after the re-identification processing of all reject coins is completed, the transport conveyor is completed. The sheet is conveyed to the left at 91 and is fed into the left conveying section 101 by opening the shutter 102, and is returned to the left dispensing box 17 by the left conveying section 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11.
[0084]
Then, after the temporary hold of the deposited coin including the re-identification is completed, and the return of the rejected coin after the re-identification is completed, the counting result of the deposited coin is displayed on the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller, and the teller approves the deposit. Or a payment rejection is ordered.
[0085]
When the payment approval is instructed by the teller, as shown in FIG. 11D, the coins temporarily stored in the type-specific temporary storage section 74 of the type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61 are separated from the partition member 73. In other words, the overflow coins temporarily held in the overflow type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a are rotated by the rotation of the storage and ejection belt 63 in the feeding direction and the reverse rotation of the reversing roller 80, so that the type of coin storage and ejection section. 61a, the sheets are thrown out one by one onto a conveyor 91, conveyed rightward by the conveyor 91, fed into the right conveyor 105 by opening the shutter 106, and directed forward by the right conveyor 105. The coin is fed back into the coin storing and feeding section 32 by the recirculating transfer section 111 during the transfer. When the overflow coins are ejected from the overflow type-specific coin storage / ejection unit 61a, the storage / ejection belt 63 of the other coin type / type coin storage / ejection unit 61 is also rotated in the ejection direction. However, since the partitioning member 73 is located at the partitioning position and regulates the forward movement of coins in the coin storage unit 75, the stored coins of these denominations are not thrown out.
[0086]
After all the overflow coins have been re-introduced into the coin storage and dispensing section 32, as shown in FIG. 11 (e), the overflow coins are again dispensed one by one from the coin storage and dispensing section 32 into the coin passage 41, and are identified by the identification section. Re-identified at 49.
[0087]
As a result of the re-identification of the overflow coins, coins that have been identified as normal and whose coin storage unit 75 is not full at the time of the above-mentioned deposit processing but whose type-specific temporary holding unit 74 is full are classified by type of the corresponding denomination. The coins are branched by the coin branching unit 52 and temporarily stored in the type-specific temporary storage unit 74 of the corresponding denomination. The other coins that have been identified as normal are temporarily stored on the conveyor 91.
[0088]
As a result of re-identification of the overflow coins, the rejected coins identified as abnormal are branched off by the reject coin branching unit 50, sent to the transport conveyor 91, temporarily suspended, and the processing is terminated as abnormal.
[0089]
After recognizing all overflow coins, if there are no reject coins, the coins temporarily held in the type temporary holding unit 74 are opened and the partition member 73 is opened and the storage and ejection belt 63 is rotated in the storage direction. Thus, the coin is sent to and stored in the coin storage unit 75 at the rear. Other coins are sent from the conveyor 91 to the cassette 121 via the right-hand conveying section 105, the chute 115, the sorting member 118 and the collecting chute 117 (see FIG. 11E).
[0090]
When the teller issues a payment rejection (return) command, as shown in FIG. 11 (f), the coins temporarily held in the type-specific temporary storage unit 74 of the type-specific coin storage / discharge unit 61 are depressed.
[0091]
Next, the coin dispensing process will be described with reference to FIG.
[0092]
When a withdrawal process is instructed by one of the right and left tellers at the terminals 221 and 222 and a withdrawal amount, a desired withdrawal denomination and the number of coins are input, the withdrawal process is started.
[0093]
When the dispensing process is started, the partition member 73 is opened, and the coin in the coin storage unit 75 is moved forward by the rotation of the storage and discharge belt 63 in the discharge direction. Dispensed coins of a denomination corresponding to the dispensing denomination are ejected one by one to a conveyor 91 through a coin ejection path 81 by rotating the storage ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and reversing the reverse roller 80. It is. At this time, when the coin passes, the two sensors 84 and 85 in the coin ejection path 81 detect the coin diameter, confirm the denomination, and count the number of coins ejected. In addition, coins of a denomination that does not correspond to a withdrawal denomination, and coins of a denomination that has finished dispensing a predetermined number of coins even with a denomination that corresponds to the withdrawal denomination are ejected by the stopper means of the coin ejection path 81. Be regulated. After all the coins have been ejected, the coins are returned to the coin storage unit 75 by the reverse rotation of the storage and ejection belt 63 and the stop of the reverse rotation roller 80.
[0094]
For example, in the case of a withdrawal process by a left teller, the dispensed coins ejected to the transport conveyor 91 are transported leftward by the transport conveyor 91 and sent to the left transport unit 101 by the opening of the shutter 102. The money is paid out to the left payment box 17 by the left conveyance unit 101. The dispensed coins dispensed in the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the machine body 11. In the case of the deposit processing by the right teller, a dispensed coin is dispensed to the right dispensing box 18.
[0095]
Next, in FIGS. 13A to 13D, a description will be given of the coin replenishment process in the case where the amount of coins stored in the coin storage and dispensing unit 61 by type is reduced due to, for example, continuous payment processing. I do.
[0096]
In this midway replenishment, as in the case of the initial replenishment described above, replenished coins can be inserted into the coin receiving port 12 and replenished by the cassette 121 or by a gold box or bag without using the cassette 121.
[0097]
As shown in FIG. 13 (a), the replenished coins inserted into the coin storage and dispensing section 32 are fed by the rotation of the dispensing belt 36 at the bottom of the coin storage and dispensing section 32 and the reverse rotation of the reverse rotation roller 37. The coins are fed out of the coin 32 one by one to the discrimination passage section 42 of the coin passage 41, and the discrimination section 49 discriminates authenticity, denomination and the like.
[0098]
[0099]
[0100]
The rejected coin identified as abnormal by the identification unit 49 is branched off at the rejected coin branching unit 50 of the rejecting branch passage 43 of the coin passage 41, sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily reserved.
[0101]
[0102]
After the feeding of the replenishment coins from the coin storage and dispensing part 32 is completed, the conveyance of the replenishment coins on the coin passage 41 is completed, and after the recognizing coins are no longer detected by the identification part 49 for a predetermined time, the feeding and the replenishment are performed. The transport is stopped.
[0103]
At this time, when the rejected coins are temporarily held on the transport conveyor 91, the re-identification process of the rejected coins is started as shown in FIGS. The rejected coins on the transport conveyor 91 are transported rightward by the transport conveyor 91 and sent to the right transport unit 105 by opening the shutter 106, and are transported forward by the right transport unit 105 and During the conveyance, the coins are re-introduced into the coin storing and dispensing section 32 by the recirculating conveying section 111, and are then re-discharged one by one from the coin storing and dispensing section 32 to the coin passage 41, and are re-identified by the identification section 49.
[0104]
As a result of the re-identification, the replenished coins identified as normal are branched at the coin type-specific coin branching unit 52 and temporarily stored in the corresponding denomination-type temporary holding unit 74, or overflow type-specific. The coins are branched at the coin branching section 52a and stored in the type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a for overflow.
[0105]
As a result of the re-identification, the reject coin identified as abnormal is branched by the reject coin branching unit 50, re-sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily held, and after the re-identification processing of all reject coins is completed, the transport conveyor is completed. The sheet is conveyed to the left at 91 and is fed into the left conveying section 101 by opening the shutter 102, and is returned to the left dispensing box 17 by the left conveying section 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11.
[0106]
Further, when there is no rejected coin or after re-identification of the rejected coin, as shown in FIG. 13 (d), the coin is temporarily held in the type-specific temporary holding unit 74 of the type-specific coin storage / ejection unit 61. The coins are sent to the coin storage unit 75 at the rear by opening the partition member 73 and rotating the storage and ejection belt 63 in the storage direction, and stored in a loose state. Thereafter, the partition member 73 is returned to the partition position, and when the overflow coin is temporarily held, the operation of storing the overflow coin is started. In other words, the overflow coins temporarily stored in the overflow type-specific coin storage / ejection unit 61a are stored in the type-specific coin storage / ejection unit by the rotation of the storage / ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and the reverse rotation of the reverse rotation roller 80. Each sheet is ejected one by one from the inside of the section 61a to the transport conveyor 91, transported rightward by the transport conveyor 91, fed into the right transport section 105 by opening the shutter 106, and forwardly moved by the right transport section 105. The paper is conveyed toward and discharged to the chute 115, and is sent to and stored in the cassette 121 through the distribution member 118 and the collection chute 117. The replenishment process is completed by storing these temporarily stored coins.
[0107]
When return of the overflow coins is set, the overflow coins thrown out onto the conveyor 91 are conveyed leftward by the conveyor 91, and the left conveying unit 101 is opened by opening the shutter 102. , And is returned to the left dispensing box 17 by the left transport unit 101. The overflow coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are taken out by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11.
[0108]
Next, a simple counting process of coins will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0109]
When a simple counting process is instructed by either the left or right teller on the left operating unit 19 or the right operating unit 20 of the machine body 11 or the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller, the coin deposit opening shutter 34 of the coin deposit opening 12 is opened. You. When the teller counts coins to be counted into the coin receiving port 12 and instructs the left operating section 19 or the right operating section 20 of the machine body 11 or the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller to start counting, the coin receiving slot is started. The twelfth coin slot shutter 34 is closed, and the simple counting process is started.
[0110]
As shown in FIG. 14 (a), the counted coins inserted into the coin receiving port 12 are received and stored in the coin storing and dispensing section 32, and rotate counter to the rotation of the dispensing belt 36 at the bottom of the coin storing and dispensing section 32. By the reverse rotation of the roller 37, the coins are fed out one by one from the coin storing and feeding section 32 to the discrimination passage section 42 of the coin passage 41, and the discrimination section 49 discriminates the authenticity or the denomination.
[0111]
The replenishment coin identified as normal by the identification section 49 is conveyed to the type-specific branch passage section 44 of the coin path 41 and branched at the overflow type-specific coin branch section 52a located at the uppermost stream of the type branch path section 44. The coins are temporarily stored in the overflow type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a.
[0112]
The rejected coin identified as abnormal by the identification unit 49 is branched off at the rejected coin branching unit 50 of the rejecting branch passage 43 of the coin passage 41, sent to the transport conveyor 91 and temporarily reserved.
[0113]
When the number of rejected coins temporarily held on the conveyor 91 exceeds a set amount, for example, five, the counting process is temporarily stopped, and when the rejected coins on the conveyor 91 are counted by the left teller, for example, Is conveyed toward the left side, is sent to the left side conveying section 101 by opening the shutter 102, and is returned to the left side dispensing box 17 by the left side conveying section 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11. Then, after the return of the rejected coin is completed, the counting process is restarted.
[0114]
Then, while the feeding of the counted coins from the coin storing and feeding unit 32 is completed, the conveyance of the counted coins on the coin passage 41 is completed, and the counting unit no longer detects the counted coins for a predetermined time, The conveyance is stopped, and the counting result is displayed on the terminal devices 221 and 222 of the teller.
[0115]
When the return of the counted coins is instructed by the teller terminals 221 and 222, if there are rejected coins, the rejected coins on the conveyor 91 are conveyed to the left in the case of the counting process by the left teller, for example. When the shutter 102 is opened, the sheet is sent to the left transfer section 101 and returned to the left payment box 17 by the left transfer section 101. The rejected coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11.
[0116]
As shown in FIG. 14B, when the rejected coins are not present and the rejected coins are present and the return is completed, the counted coins in the coin storage and dispensing section 61a are discarded by the storage and ejection belt 63 as shown in FIG. The coins are ejected one by one from the type of coin storage and ejection section 61a onto the conveyor 91 by the rotation in the ejecting direction and the reverse rotation of the reverse roller 80, and the coins are conveyed leftward by the conveyor 91 and shuttered. By opening 102, the paper is sent to the left side transport unit 101, and is returned to the left side dispensing box 17 by the left side transport unit 101. The counted coins returned to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by removing the left dispensing box 17 from the body 11.
[0117]
Next, referring to FIGS. 15A and 15B, an automatic inspection process for coins will be described.
[0118]
When the teller instructs the terminals 221 and 222 to perform the automatic inspection process, the automatic inspection process for the coins stored in the coin storage and ejection unit 61 for each type is started.
[0119]
First, in the automatic scrutiny process, processing is sequentially performed in accordance with denominations. For example, a coin storage / discharge unit 61 for a type of 500 yen on the right side and a coin storage / discharge unit for a type of 5 yen on the left side. 61 are performed in this order. Then, after the coins in the coin storing and dispensing section 61 for any one of the denominations are paid out and emptied, the coins are stored in the coin storing and dispensing section 61 for each kind again.
[0120]
As shown in FIG. 15A, when the automatic inspection process is started, the partition member 73 is opened, and the coins in the coin storage unit 75 are moved forward by the rotation of the storage and ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction. Be moved. The denomination coins to be inspected are ejected one by one to the conveyor 91 through the coin ejection path 81 by the rotation of the storage and ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and the reverse rotation of the reversing roller 80, and are not to be inspected. The ejection of coins of the denomination is regulated by the stopper means of the coin ejection path 81.
[0121]
The coins thrown out on the conveyor 91 are conveyed rightward by the conveyor 91, sent to the right conveyor 105 by opening the shutter 106, and conveyed forward by the right conveyor 105. The coins are fed into the coin storage / delivery unit 32 by the recirculation conveyance unit 111 during the conveyance. Then, the coins are fed out one by one from the coin storing and feeding section 32 to the coin path 41 again, and are re-identified by the identification section 49.
[0122]
After all the coins of the denomination to be inspected have been inserted into the coin storage and dispensing section 32, the coins are dispensed one by one from the coin storage and dispensing section 32 to the coin passage 41 as shown in FIG. The coins are identified by the unit 49, are branched by the coin type-specific coin branching unit 52 of the corresponding denomination, and are fed onto the storage / ejection belt 63 of the original type-type coin storage / ejection unit 61. At this time, the partitioning member 73 is open, the temporary storage unit 74 by type is communicated with the coin storage unit 75, and the storage and ejection belt 63 is rotated in the storage direction. The coin sent upward is sent backward from a position below the coin branching unit 52 by type and is stored in the coin storage unit 75.
[0123]
When the inspection of one denomination is completed in this way, the inspection of the next denomination is sequentially performed, and the inspection of the last denomination (5 yen coin) is completed, thereby completing the automatic inspection processing.
[0124]
Next, with reference to FIGS. 16A to 16C, a coin collecting process will be described.
[0125]
First, FIG. 16 (a) shows an automatic collection process. When a predetermined number of coins are stored in the coin storage and dispensing unit 61 for a certain denomination and the coins are full, the collection process of the denomination is performed by the control unit 201. It runs automatically. When the automatic collection process is started, the partition member 73 is opened, and the coins in the coin storage unit 75 are moved forward by the rotation of the storage and discharge belt 63 in the discharge direction. The denomination coins to be collected are ejected one by one to the conveyor 91 through the coin ejection path 81 by the rotation of the storage and ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and the reverse rotation of the reversing roller 80, and are not collected. The ejection of coins of the denomination is regulated by the stopper means of the coin ejection path 81.
[0126]
The coins thrown out on the conveyor 91 are conveyed rightward by the conveyor 91, sent to the right conveyor 105 by opening the shutter 106, and conveyed forward by the right conveyor 105. At the same time, it is discharged to the chute 115 and sent to the cassette 121 through the distribution member 118 and the collection chute 117 to be collected and stored.
[0127]
FIG. 16 (b) shows an intermediate collection process, in which the teller instructs the closing collection process on the left operation unit 19 or the right operation unit 20 of the machine body 11 or the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller, And numberEntersWhen pressed, the midway collection process is started. When the midway collection processing is started, the partition member 73 is opened, and the coins in the coin storage unit 75 are moved forward by the rotation of the storage and discharge belt 63 in the discharge direction. The coins moved forward are ejected one by one to the conveyor 91 by the rotation of the storage ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and the reverse rotation of the reversing roller 80. For example, in the case of the middle collection processing by the left teller Is transported to the left side by the transport conveyor 91 and sent to the left side transport unit 101 by the opening of the shutter 102, and is paid out to the left dispensing box 17 by the left side transport unit 101. The collected coins paid out to the left dispensing box 17 are removed by pulling out the left dispensing box 17 from the machine body 11. In the case of the midway collection processing by the right teller, collected coins are paid out to the right dispensing box 18.
[0128]
FIG. 16 (c) shows the tightening collection process. When the teller instructs the collecting process on the left operation unit 19 or the right operation unit 20 of the machine body 11 or the terminal 221 or 222 of the teller, all of the processing is performed. The collection processing for coins in the coin storage / discharge unit 61 for each type is started. When the tightening collection process is started, the partition member 73 is opened, and the coins in the coin storage unit 75 are moved forward by the rotation of the storage and discharge belt 63 in the discharge direction. The coins moved forward are ejected one by one to the conveyor 91 by turning the storage and ejection belt 63 in the ejection direction and by reverse rotation of the reversing roller 80, and the coins are directed rightward by the conveyor 91. While being conveyed, it is fed into the right conveying section 105 by opening the shutter 106, is conveyed forward by the right conveying section 105, is discharged to the chute 115, and is transferred to the cassette 121 through the distribution member 118 and the collection chute section 117. It is sent and collected and stored.
[0129]
Then, when coins are collected in the cassette 121, the front door 21 is unlocked and opened, and the cassette 121 is taken out of the body 11.
[0130]
As described above, coins fed from the coin storage / delivery unit 32 are transferred to the coin passage 41.TransportIdentify and branch while sending,In particular, coin aisles 41 Deposit reject coin branch 50 And multiple coin branching units 52 The passage area in which coins are transported in a substantially horizontal direction and coin branch sections 52 The passage area where is provided is the aircraft 11 Formed in the width direction ofFurther, a plurality of type-specific temporary storage sections 74 are arranged in the width direction of the body 11 and a plurality of type-coin storage and ejection sections 61 are arranged in the width direction of the body 11 behind the type temporary storage sections 74. A transport conveyor 91 is stretched in the width direction of the body 11 in front of the type-specific temporary holding section 74, and coins are transferred from both end regions of the transport conveyor 91 to the front left-side dispensing section 15 and the right-side dispensing section 16 in front. A left-hand transport unit 101 and a right-hand transport unit 105 for feeding are provided, respectively, and the flow of coins is mainly processed in the width direction and the front-back direction of the body 11, so that the coins can be installed between two tellers and easily used from either teller. Despite the structure, the height direction can be kept low and the size can be reduced.
[0131]
In addition, since the deposited coins are temporarily reserved in the temporary storage unit 74 by type, the temporarily stored coins can be immediately stored in the coin storage and ejection unit 61 by type at the time of payment approval, and the processing can be speeded up.
[0132]
Further, the partitioning member 73 is moved to the partitioning position to partition into a temporary storage space and a storage space on the storage and ejection belt 63, and the coins branched by the type-specific coin branching section 52 are temporarily stored in the temporary storage space. When storing the reserved coins, the partitioning member 73 can be stored in the storage space by moving it to the communicating position, and when returning the temporarily stored coins, only the temporarily stored coins are ejected by driving the storage and ejection belt 63. It is possible to temporarily hold coins by using a part of the storage and ejection belt 63 for storing and ejecting coins, and it is possible to reduce the height direction to a smaller size.
[0133]
Further, the deposit reject coin received by the transport conveyor 91 is sent to the coin storage and dispensing section 32 through the transport conveyor 91 and the recirculation transport section 111, and is sent from the coin storage and dispensing section 32 to the coin passage 41 to re-identify the deposit reject coin. Then, as a result of the re-identification, the coins identified as the deposited regular coins are sent to the temporary storage unit 74 by type, and the coins identified as the deposited rejected coins are returned. Therefore, the deposit acceptance rate of the deposited coins is improved, and the rejected deposits are improved. It is possible to save labor such as re-insertion operation for re-identification of coins.
[0134]
In addition, if the number of deposit reject coins is too large, the re-identification process takes time, but if the number of deposit reject coins exceeds a set amount during the operation of deposit remittance coins, the deposit reject coins are re-identified. Since it is returned without being used, the time required for the re-identification process can be shortened.
[0135]
In the above-described embodiment, at the time of deposit processing, when coins are temporarily held, the coins are branched by type in the coin branching unit 52 and temporarily stored in the type temporary holding unit 74. The type-specific coin branching section 52a for overflow coins is configured as a temporary storage branching section, and the type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61a for overflow coins is configured as a collective temporary holding section, and the deposited coins after identification are classified as type-specific coin branching sections. The coins may be branched at the branching section 52a (temporary holding branching section) and temporarily held collectively in the coin storage / discharge section 61a (collective temporary holding section).
[0136]
In this case, after the payment is approved, the coins temporarily stored temporarily in the type-specific coin storage / ejection unit 61a are ejected onto the conveyor 91, and the right-hand conveying unit 105, the recirculating conveying unit 111, the coin storing / dispensing unit 32, and the coin passage. Through 41, the coins are branched by type at the type-specific coin branching section 52 and stored in the type-specific coin storage and ejection section 61.
[0137]
In this way, by providing the collective temporary holding unit for temporarily storing the deposited regular coins, the structure can be simplified as compared with the case where the deposited regular coins are temporarily retained for each type, and the coin storage and dispensing unit 61 for each type is provided. Can be reduced by reducing the space of the temporary storage unit 74 for each type, or the amount of coins stored in the coin storage and ejection unit 61 can be increased by utilizing the space. Can be shortened by receiving the payment approval and the payment rejection.
[0138]
Also, the reject coin branching section 50 may be used as the temporary holding branching section, and the transport conveyor 91 may be used as the collective temporary holding section, and the same operation and effect can be obtained.
[0139]
In addition, the type-specific branch passage portion 44 of the coin passage 41 is provided in the width direction of the body 11, but may be parallel to the width direction of the body 11 or may have a slight inclination angle instead of being parallel. Good. Similarly, the coin storage / discharge unit 61 for each type is also provided toward the width direction of the body 11, but may be parallel to the width direction of the body 11, or may have a slight inclination angle instead of being parallel. Good.
[0140]
Each of the dispensing units 15 and 16 may be configured to receive coins to be dispensed from the inside of the machine body 11 to each of the dispensing boxes 17 and 18 detachable from the machine body 11, or may be configured to have a dispensing port through which coins are directly dispensed. Good.
[0141]
Each of the transport units 101 and 105 may be a conveyor or a chute.
[0142]
Further, the recirculating transport section 111 may have a configuration in which a part of the right transport section 105 is shared, or a configuration independent of them.
[0143]
When coins are sent from the conveyor 91 to the cassette 121, a part of the right conveyor 105 may be used, or coins may be sent directly.
[0144]
In addition, any of the following three processes may be used for the processing of the deposit reject coin during the deposit processing. As a first process, the deposit reject coin is sent from the conveyor 91 to the left dispensing section 15 or the right dispensing section 16 through the left conveying section 101 or the right conveying section 105. In the second process, the rejected coins are temporarily stored on the conveyor 91 regardless of the number of the coins, and then circulated from the conveyor 91 to the coin storage / delivery unit 32 so as to be re-identified. As a third process, the deposit reject coin is temporarily held on the transport conveyor 91, and if the number does not exceed a set value (for example, 5), it is re-identified. The sheet is sent to the left dispensing section 15 or the right dispensing section 16 through the section 101 or the right transport section 105.
[0145]
【The invention's effect】
According to the circulation type coin depositing and dispensing machine according to claim 1, coins fed from the coin storage and dispensing section are passed through a coin passage.TransportIdentify and branch while sending,In particular, the passage area in which the coin reject coin branch portion of the coin passage and the plurality of type-specific coin branch portions are provided conveys coins in a substantially horizontal direction, and the passage region in which the type-specific coin branch portion is provided extends in the width direction of the machine body. FormingFurther, a plurality of coin storage and dispensing units for each type are arranged side by side in the width direction of the fuselage, and a transport conveyor is stretched in the width direction of the fuselage in front of the coin storage and dispensing unit for each type, and at least one end of the transport conveyor. Each of the transport units for feeding coins from the area to the front dispensing unit is provided, and the flow of coins is mainly processed in the width direction and the front-back direction of the body, so that the height direction can be suppressed to be small and the size can be reduced. In addition, all the stored coins are ejected for one of the coin storage / ejection units for each type to be inspected and sent to the coin storage / ejection unit via the transport conveyor and the recirculation transport unit. After sending all the coins to the coin storage and dispensing unit, the coins are identified through the coin storage and dispensing unit and the coin passage, and the coins identified as normal coins are branched and stored in the original type coin storage and dispensing unit. In addition, coins stored in the coin storage and dispensing section for each type can be circulated in the machine body and automatically inspected.
