本発明は、塗布使用後において衣服等への二次付着が少なく、かつ化粧持ちに優れ、また使用感触にも優れる固型状非水系粉末化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パウダリータイプの固型状非水系粉末化粧料は、他の乳化系化粧料と比べると肌上で化粧膜の連続相を作りにくいため肌への密着性が悪く、塗布使用後において衣服等へ二次付着しやすかった。また、塗布した化粧料中に使用されている油分と分泌皮脂量の総和が化粧料中の粉末の一定吸油量を超えたときに、経時で顔面のテカリや化粧膜のトレ等の化粧くずれを起こしやすかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年、固型化粧料の塗布使用後における化粧持ち向上のために、シリコーン樹脂(特開昭61−18708号公報、特開平6−219925号公報)やポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサン(ポリエーテル変性シリコーン) (特開平6−219925号公報)を配合する技術が開発されている。しかしながら、粉末量が50重量%以上を占める固型状非水系粉末化粧料にシリコーン樹脂を10重量%より多く配合した場合、化粧持ちは良くなるものの、肌へ塗布した使用感触が非常に重くなってしまうという欠点を持っていた。また、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンも5重量%以上配合すると、化粧料の塗布前に使用する乳液や下地中の水により高粘度化し、使用感触が重くなったり、夏場スポンジを水に濡らして使用した場合にはスポンジ上やパクト表面上の化粧料が固化したり、撥水処理した粉末の撥水性が低下してしまい、好ましくなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、前記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究した結果、10重量%以下のシリコーン樹脂と5重量%未満のポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンに粘度が200cs(25℃)以下の低粘度シリコーンオイルを併せて配合すると、調製時に非粉末部の粘度が低い状態のため化粧料の伸び等において優れた使用感が得られると同時に、使用感の重さ等、上記したような問題点を解決することができることを見い出した。また、シリコーン樹脂の撥水性、肌への密着性の良さ、皮脂との相溶性の悪さ、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンの化粧料塗布前に使用する乳液や下地中の水による高粘度化に起因する肌ヘの密着牲の良さの相乗効果により、各々単独に配合した場合よりも衣服等への二次付着が少なく、かつ化粧持ちに優れることを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
