As described above, according to the composition for lipstick according to the present invention, titanium mica is blended together with the water-repellent polymer, so that the secondary adhesion is low and the sticky feeling is not generated. Claims (5)

[Claims] 1. A volatile oil component, a water-repellent polymer dissolved in the volatile oil component, a powder, and a non-volatile oil component compatible with the volatile oil component, and at least one of the powders. A composition for lipsticks, wherein the part is mica titanium. 2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the volatile oil content is 10 to 50% by weight, the water repellent polymer is 10 to 35% by weight, the mica titanium is 1 to 10% by weight, and the nonvolatile oil content is 10 to 30% by weight. 40% by weight of a lipstick composition. 3. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the compounding ratio of titanium mica and the water repellent polymer is 1/3.
