Description
【0001】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional bezel, when fixing to the body by bonding, brazing, or the like, the body and the bezel are preferably made of the same metal, and the material is preferably limited. There was a problem that assembling was troublesome because it had to be incorporated.
[0005]
In addition, the bezel is usually made of a simple substance such as metal, and the surface of the bezel is engraved or plated to enhance the decorativeness. However, the shape and structure were standardized, so the design was further improved. It was difficult to plan.
[0006]
Furthermore, since the mounting structure of the fixed bezel fixed to the conventional barrel and the rotatable rotating bezel were completely different, the manufacturing and assembly were performed through separate manufacturing processes, respectively, and mass productivity was improved. Had to be reduced.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and has as its object the purpose of a timepiece in which assembly is easy, design can be improved, and a fixed bezel can be easily changed to a rotating bezel. It is to provide a bezel structure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A bezel structure of a timepiece according to the present invention has a body having an annular groove formed at an upper part of an outer periphery and having an upper part serving as an engagement edge, which is externally fitted in the annular groove and engages with the engagement edge on an inner peripheral surface. A bezel for a wristwatch, comprising: a first ring portion orbiting around the body, and projecting outward and upward from a part of an outer periphery of the first ring portion. A plurality of wall portions, wherein the second ring corresponds to a second ring portion orbiting the trunk, and a wall portion formed on the first ring from a part of an outer periphery of the second ring portion. An arm projecting outward at a position where the arm fits between the walls formed on the first ring. And said second ring portion on the first ring portion of the first ring, characterized in that it is integrated with fitted so as to cover the second ring portion.
Further, the first ring is formed of a synthetic resin, and the second ring is formed of a metal.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the bezel structure of the timepiece of the present invention, the bezel is composed of a first ring and a second ring, the first ring is fitted in the annular groove of the body, and the first ring is further fitted with the second ring. Is externally fitted. The first ring is retained by its inward protrusion engaging the engagement edge of the annular groove, and the second ring has its engagement portion connected to the outward protrusion of the first ring. The engagement is made integral with the first ring. Therefore, the first ring externally fitted to the body can be formed of synthetic resin, and the second ring externally fitted to the first ring can be formed of metal. In addition, the second ring can be directly and easily press-fitted without using packing or the like, and the bezel can be smoothly rotated by the first ring. In addition, by using the first and second rings made of different materials as described above, the design can be improved.
[0010]
Further, a concave portion and a convex portion are respectively formed in the annular groove and the first ring of the body, and when these are fitted together, a fixed bezel is formed. By removing the convex portion during assembly or the like, a rotating bezel can be formed. Therefore, the basic structure and the assembling process of the fixed bezel and the rotating bezel can be made almost the same, and mass productivity can be greatly improved.
