Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a free access floor of a groove construction method in which a space between floor panels is a wiring groove.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are two types of groove construction methods: a method in which wiring grooves are formed on the floor panel itself, and a method in which the floor panels are laid with a predetermined space therebetween and the space between them is used as a wiring groove. Must be covered with Therefore, the floor member used in this method has at least two types, a floor panel and a groove cover.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among them, the former one has an advantage that the wiring groove can be secured only by laying the floor panel since the floor panel and the groove cover can be integrated. However, since the wiring groove is formed in the floor panel, the size of the floor panel is inevitably increased, so that the packing cost and the transportation cost are high, and the handling property is poor. To improve this, there is a problem that a large space for the wiring groove cannot be obtained.
[0004]
On the other hand, in the latter case, since the floor panel and the groove cover are configured separately, there is an advantage that each unit can be reduced in size and weight, and a sufficient wiring space can be obtained. However, since they are separate members, they must be packed and transported separately, and the construction is troublesome and the cost is unavoidable.
[0005]
The present invention addresses such a problem, and provides a free access floor that can be formed as an integral structure that can be packaged in the same manner while being a separate member, and that is easy to construct.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a free access floor in which floor panels are laid on a foundation floor with a predetermined distance therebetween, and a space between floor panels is covered with a groove cover to form a wiring groove. In contrast, a reduced state in which all or most of the wiring is locked and placed on the upper surface of the floor panel, and a state in which the wiring is drawn out and the end is locked and mounted on the end of the floor panel and the wiring An object of the present invention is to provide a free access floor which is in an expanded state in which a groove is closed.
[0007]
[Action]
By taking the above-mentioned means, that is, when the groove cover is in the contracted state, all or most of the groove cover is placed and stored on the upper surface of the floor panel, so that the packing etc. You can do it as it is. In addition, the occupied space in the reduced state may be small. Further, since the wiring groove can be closed by taking the expanded state, the construction work is also easy. In this case, in both the contracted state and the expanded state, since the groove lid is locked to the floor panel, both states are stable and do not separate.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the present invention has been described above, the following effects can be expected.
a) The same packing as the floor panel can be performed by reducing the groove lid with respect to the floor panel. Therefore, the cost of packing and the cost of transportation based on this can be reduced.
b) The appearance of the package in the reduced state is almost the same as that of the floor panel alone. Therefore, the packaging cost can be reduced from this aspect as well.
c) Since the groove lid is locked to the floor panel in the contracted state, the stability is increased even in the packed state, and the portable device is safe for carrying and the like.
d) At the time of laying, it can be constructed by placing the reduced state on the foundation floor surface and pulling out the groove cover to expand the state. Therefore, the laying operation is easy and the construction cost can be reduced.
