``Prior art'' and ``Problems that the invention attempts to solve'' Knock-down containers, which are formed into individual unit parts such as ceiling members and side panel members, and can be easily assembled on-site using lock bolts, are expensive to transport. However, conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a frame member B is provided at the edge of the attached unit member A. In the case of a structure, when the frame member B is assembled, the mounting side unit is attached to the mounting portion C, which is provided vertically in a position where the tip of the locking bolt E described later and the outer surface of the frame member B substantially coincide with each other. The attachment ends of member D are overlapped, and the attachment holes (not shown) are drilled at a predetermined pitch in a matching positional relationship in both this attachment end and attachment part C, so that the cargo will not be damaged. In order to do this, both unit members A and D are fixed by a locking bolt E inserted from the inside, and a mounting part C' is formed by bending the edge of the unit member A' to be attached. In this case, a protective part F' for covering the exposed tip of the lock bolt E is erected on both sides of the outer surface of the joint where the mounting part C' and the mounting end of the mounting unit member D overlap. It is an assembly structure in which both unit members A' and D are fixed by a locking bolt E inserted from the inside into a mounting hole provided in a matching positional relationship in each member. Ta.
Therefore, a convex portion is formed on the outer surface of the assembled part between the unit members, which causes damage during transportation, loading onto an aircraft, etc.
Other containers are easily damaged by these protrusions, and in the event of an impact, only these protrusions receive the impact load, so the attachment part is likely to be damaged. In addition, aviation containers have a disadvantage in that the internal volume of the container is small because the external dimensions are determined.

and on the entire outer surface of the mounting part, the mounting part has a protective piece provided at the edge of the unit member on the mounted side, which is bent inward to cover the exposed end of the lock bolt; It is formed by overlapping the ends of the unit members on the attachment side. In addition, the unit member on the side to be attached and the unit member on the attachment side are assembled by the lock bolt inserted from the outside into the attachment hole drilled in the end of the unit member on the attachment side and the attachment side. It becomes.

``Function'' First, when this aviation knock-down container is not in use, the entire container is disassembled into unit members by removing the locking bolts, and the entire container is compacted into individual unit members. This also significantly reduces transportation costs to the destination. Second, when used at the destination, each unit member can be easily assembled as a container as a whole using lock bolts.

That is, thirdly, the lock bolt that realizes each of the above points is inserted from the outside. In this way, each unit member is assembled so that no protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the container assembly.
Even if containers collide with each other during transportation, loading, etc., damage to the containers rarely occurs. In addition, in the event of an impact, the impact load is prevented from being applied only to the mounting portion, and damage to the mounting portion is almost never caused.

Fourthly, although the outer dimensions of an aviation container are determined, as described above, the inner volume of the container can be increased by the amount of the convex portion on the outer surface of the assembly portion in the conventional example.

Fifthly, on the inner surface of the attachment part, the exposed tip of the lock bolt is covered by the protective piece provided on the attachment part, so that the cargo inside the container will not be damaged. Furthermore, sixthly, the protective piece of the mounting part is bent inward to cover the exposed tip of the lock bolt and reinforce the entire mounting part, increasing the strength of the assembly part of the assembly structure. Significantly strengthened.

Thirdly, since each unit member is assembled so that no convex parts are formed on the outer surface of the container assembly, even if containers collide with each other during transportation, loading, etc., there will be almost no damage to the container. It doesn't happen often. In addition, there is almost no chance of damage to the mounting part in the event of an impact. Fourthly, the internal volume of the container can be increased by the amount of the convex portion on the outer surface of the assembly portion in the conventional example. Fifth, on the other hand, on the inner surface of the attachment part, the exposed tip of the lock bolt is covered by a protective piece provided on the attachment part, so that the cargo will not be damaged.
Sixth, the protective piece of the mounting part is bent inward to cover the exposed tip of the lock bolt and reinforce the entire mounting part, significantly increasing the strength of the assembly part of the assembly structure. It has been strengthened.
