従前知られているこの種のポンプの回転軸に対するインペラーの取付構造は、上記のような溝も仕切用背板も有していないもの(図5および図6参照)であった。

このような構造をもつポンプで高温の牛乳等の流体を送液するときには、流体がインペラーと軸との嵌め合い部に入り込んで停滞し、そして排出されないまま焦げ付くことがあり、このために、次回の使用に備えて洗浄する場合には時間がかかったり、ときには洗浄できなかったりする等のような、サニタリー性を維持する上で好ましくない問題点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明に係るポンプは、上記したような問題点を解消しようとして開発されたものであって、本発明はポンプの回転軸に対する新規なインペラーの取付構造を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明に係るポンプの回転軸に対するインペラーの取付構造は、ケースの中に突出した回転軸の先端部に対してインペラーのハブの中心の軸孔を嵌め付け止めることによりインペラーを取り付けたポンプであって、軸孔の回転軸への接触面に、一方端がハブの正面に他方端が背面に開口する溝を設けると共にインペラーの背面に仕切用背板を、またケースの背面壁の内側において仕切用背板と対向する個所に同仕切用背板の外径よりも一回り小さい径の凹窩を設けたものであり、そして適宜に、上記のインペラーのハブの軸孔に設けた溝を、螺旋状、直線状、または曲線状を呈する形状とするようにしたものである。

本発明は、嵌め合い部のインペラー側に両端開放の螺旋状等の溝を設けると共にインペラーの背面に仕切用背板を設けることによってインペラーの背面側の方に高い圧力を発生させてその排出性を促進させ、これによって流体の焦げ付きを防ぐと同時に洗浄性を向上させるようにしたものである。

本発明に係る回転軸に対するインペラーの取付構造は、上記したように螺旋状等の溝と仕切用背板を設けることで排出性および洗浄性を良くするようにしたものであって、所期の目的を完全に達成することができる著効を奏するものである。

図に示す実施例は、ポンプケース1の中に突出した回転軸2の先端部3に対してハブ4の中心の軸孔5を嵌め付け止めることによってインペラー6を取り付けたブースターポンプであって、軸孔5の回転軸2への接触面に、一方端がハブ4の正面に他方端が背面に開口する螺旋状溝7を設けると共にインペラー6の背面に仕切用背板8を設け、ケース1の背面壁14の内側において仕切用背板8と対向する個所に同仕切用背板8の外径よりも一回り小さい径の凹窩9を形成し、よって上記のような著効を得るようにしたものである。

インペラー6は、ピン10により抜け外れないようにされ、且つばね11により抜け外れ方向に押出されて、仕切用背板8の周辺部と凹窩9の開口縁部とのクリアランス12を適度に保つようにされ、またポンプケース1と回転軸2は、正圧のシール構造部13により密封されている。
