Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A storage furniture having a storage shelf, for example, a book shelf or the like in which a storage unit has a double front and rear structure in order to enhance storage efficiency is known. As a conventional technology, a double structure has been proposed in which the front shelf has a half of the opening width and is slidable in the width direction. In the bookshelf having the double structure, a desired portion of the rear shelf is opened by appropriately sliding the front half-width shelf, and is stored or taken out from the opening.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
With conventional storage furniture that slides in the width direction, when storing or removing articles such as books from the back shelf, an opening that allows access to the back shelf by appropriately moving the front shelf of half width is appropriate. Had to be formed. For this reason, the front shelf can use only half the width of the storage furniture, and the storage efficiency is not good, and the opening when the front shelf is moved allows the storage and removal of articles to and from the rear shelf. In some cases, the operability was not always good.

And the upright wall 94 is bent into a semicircular shape at the free end 94 '. Free edges of the revolving doors 12A and 12B are applied to corners of the bottom wall 92 and the upright wall 94 on the side away from the bent portion 94 'having a semicircular cross section, and the handle 90 is turned by a wood screw (not shown). , 12B are performed. The rotating doors 12A and 12B can be opened by putting a finger on the bent portion 94 'having a semicircular cross section of the handle 90 and pulling it out.
[0026]
FIG. 9 shows the storage furniture according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Also in this embodiment, the sliding storage unit 13A is moved back and forth in conjunction with opening and closing of the revolving door 12A. For the sake of simplicity, only the right side doors 12A and 13A are shown for the revolving door and the sliding type storage unit, and the left side revolving door and the sliding type storage unit are not shown. This embodiment is slightly different from the first embodiment in the structure of a hinge 26A that allows the storage rack 22A to be rotatable with respect to the hinge shaft and an interlocking lever 74 that connects the rotating door to the slide storage portion 13A. First, the difference of the hinge 26A will be described. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the hinge 26A is an extruded product of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Instead of the simple hole in the first embodiment for inserting the screw 28, a pair of spaced one-end open slots 26-1 is provided. 26-2 is an insertion hole of the hinge shaft. The slot 26-1 widens at the entrance in a somewhat tapered shape. In the assembled state to the hinge shaft shown in FIG. 9, the upper end of the slot 26-1 is open, while the screw 28 is mounted on the side wall of the storage shelf 22A. As shown in FIG. 12, the head 28-1 of the screw 28 is provided with some gap, in other words, the head 28-1 of the screw 28 is in a floating state. In this state, by guiding the shaft portion of the screw 28 in the gap to the upper end opening slot 26-1 of the hinge 26A, the storage shelf 22A can be assembled so as to be dropped. Thereafter, by fastening the screw 28, the hinge-type mounting of the storage shelf (in other words, the revolving door) is completed. By forming the screw hole 26-1 in the hinge in the shape of an open slot at one end in this manner, the process of assembling the storage shelf can be simplified.
[0027]

This second embodiment also has a boomerang shape as shown in FIG. 13 and has a circular opening 74B for inserting the pin 82 at one end. I have. Unlike the first embodiment, two slots for inserting the pins 76 are provided like 74A and 74A '. This embodiment intends to use the interlocking lever 74 of the same shape for storage shelves having different depths. In this case, the movement amount of the slide storage shelves 13A and 13B (in other words, the size of the lost motion) is reduced. To change the size, two types of slots 74A and 74A 'are provided so that the interlocking lever 74 can be shared by storage shelves of any depth. The slots 74A and 74A 'are different from the slots of the first embodiment in that the cutouts 74-1 and 74-1' are provided in the middle, so that the slots 74A and 74A 'have external It has an open structure. The slots 74A, 74A 'have an open-to-the-out structure with cutouts 74-1, 74-1' in the middle thereof, so that the mounting of the lever 74 to the slide-type storage shelves 13A, 13B is easy when assembling the storage shelves. Become. That is, the pins 76 are previously attached to the bottom surfaces of the sliding storage shelves 13A and 13B (see FIG. 4), and the cutouts 74- The pin 76 can be inserted laterally into the slots 74A, 74A 'via the first and the first 74-1'. With the slots 74A and 74A 'having the side edge open structure, there is an effect that the process of assembling the interlocking lever 74 to the sliding storage shelves 13A and 13B can be simplified.
