Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
It was necessary to integrally connect the buried pile and the footing to be constructed above the pile. For this reason, conventionally, in the case of ready-made concrete piles, the hooks installed on the rotating rod are connected to the hooks on the pile head, and the pile is rotated and installed in the pile holes. The rebar was exposed by breaking it by a predetermined length, and the exposed rebar and footing rebar were connected. In the case of a steel pipe pile, similarly, after being installed in a pile hole, a connecting reinforcing bar is welded to the pile head, and the reinforcing bar and the footing reinforcing bar are connected.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional technique, there is a problem that it takes time to break concrete at the pile head after the pile is buried or to weld a reinforcing bar for connection, which is one of factors of delay in construction.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
However, the present invention has solved the above-mentioned problem because the connecting rebar is projected from the pile head.

Subsequently, assembling a base reinforcing bar, connecting and fixing the base reinforcing bar and the connecting reinforcing bar, installing a formwork, and then casting concrete, thereby integrally constructing the foundation and the ready-made concrete pile. This is a method for building a foundation characterized by the following .
[0008]
[Action]
Since the connecting rebar is projected from the pile head, the pile is buried in this state, and when connecting to the foundation, work to destroy the pile head or work to weld the reinforcing bar for connection to the pile head. Can be omitted. In addition, since the hook having a support portion having a length equal to or longer than the length of the connecting rebar is used, the rotating force and the pushing force of the rotating rod can be transmitted to the ready-made pile. In addition, if the protective cover is covered on the pile head, there is no danger of bending the connecting rebar during use and soiling.
[0009]
Embodiment 1
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0010]
The base ends 3 of the connecting rebars 2 and 2 are welded to the inner surface of the pile main body 1 made of a steel pipe, and the upper portion of the connecting rebar 2 is positioned within the thickness of the pile and protrudes upward. The end plate 4 is mounted and fixed to the pile main body 1, and after a predetermined reinforcing arrangement (not shown), concrete 5 is cast and formed, cured, and concrete is solidified. The projections 6 are connected to form a ready-made pile 7 (FIGS. 1A and 1B). In the above description, the length L of the connecting rebar 2 projecting above the end plate 4 is variously selected depending on the shape of the foundation to be constructed above the pile. In the drawing, reference numeral 8 denotes a packing fitted between the connecting reinforcing bar 2 and the through hole of the end plate to prevent the cement paste from leaking from the portion during molding.
[0011]
Next, the connecting portion 12 for connecting to the rotating rod is fixed on the upper part of the base plate 9, and can be fitted to the ready-made stake 7 on the lower surface of the base plate 9 and can be engaged with the locking projection 6 of the ready-made stake 7. The support 13 having the claws 10 is protruded to form the hook 13 (FIG. 2A). The connecting portion 12 of the hook 13 is attached to the lower end of the rotating rod 14, the hook 13 is approached from above the ready-made pile 7 (FIG. 2A), and fitted to the pile head 7a. By rotating the rotating rod 14, the hooks 10, 10 of the hook 13 are hooked on the hooks 6, 6 (FIG. 1 (a)).
[0012]
In this state, the ready-made pile 7 is inserted into the pile hole 15, and the ready-made pile 7 is installed at a predetermined position while rotating the rotating rod 14. Thereafter, the rotating rod 14 is rotated in the reverse direction to disengage the engaging claws 10, 10 from the engaging projections 6, 6, and the rotating rod 14 and the engaging member 13 are pulled up. Here, if necessary, the hooking projections 6, 6 are removed.
[0013]
Next, in order to construct a predetermined foundation, if necessary, the ground 16 is cut off at a predetermined depth, and predetermined foundation rebars 17 and 18 are assembled, and the connection rebars 2 of the foundation rebars 17 and 18 and the ready-made pile 7 are formed. 2 is fixed by welding or other method (FIG. 1 (c)). Next, concrete is cast after setting a predetermined formwork, and a foundation is constructed integrally with the ready-made pile 7 (not shown).
[0014]
In the above embodiment, four connecting reinforcing bars 2 are provided, but three or less or five or more can be used according to the diameter of the ready-made pile 7 and a desired strength.
[0015]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the hanging projection 6 is formed to protrude to the outside of the end plate 4 to form the ready-made pile 7. However, the hanging projection 6 is provided so as to protrude toward the hollow 19 side of the end plate 4. The pile 20 can also be comprised (FIG. 2B). In this case, the hook 23 is provided on the base plate 9 with the support portion 22 having a hook 21 which can be inserted into the hollow 19 of the end plate 4 of the ready-made stake 20 and can be engaged with the hook projection of the ready-made stake 20. It is protruded (FIG. 2B).
[0016]
In the above embodiment, when a reinforced concrete pile is used as the pile body, the base end portion 29 of the connecting reinforcing bar 28 is fixed to the reinforcing bars 26 and 27 of the pile body 25, and concrete is poured, formed, and cured. After the concrete is solidified, the hooking projections 31 are connected to the end plate 30 to form the ready-made pile 32 (FIGS. 3A and 3B). Also in this case, the hooking projection 31 can be projected toward the hollow portion 33 of the end plate 30 (not shown).
[0017]
Embodiment 2
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment is an embodiment in which a structural reinforcing bar in the axial direction of a reinforced concrete pile is used as a connecting reinforcing bar, or a protective cover is used.
[0018]
The pile head side of the structural reinforcing bars (deformed reinforcing bars) 36, 36 in the axial direction constituting the pile main body 35 is projected upward by a predetermined length, and the protruding portions of the structural reinforcing bars 36, 36 are used as connecting reinforcing bars 37, 37. . As in the first embodiment, the hooking projections 6 and 6 are continuously provided on the end plate 38 of the pile main body 35 to form a ready-made pile 39 (FIG. 4A).
[0019]
Next, a method of installing the ready-made pile 39 will be described.
[0020]
The pipes 40, 40 that can be fitted to the connecting rebars 37, 37 of the ready-made pile 39 are arranged in accordance with the positions of the connecting rebars 37, 37, and the protection cylinder 41 that can connect the pipes is placed outside the pipes 40, 40. And the pipes 40, 40 are fixed to the inner surface 41a of the protective cylinder 41 to form the protective cover 42 (FIGS. 5A and 5B). The protection cover 42 is put on the pile head of the ready-made pile 39 so that the pipes 40, 40 are fitted to the connecting reinforcing bars 37, 37 (FIG. 4B).
[0021]
A hook 13 similar to that of the first embodiment is attached to a rotating rod 14, and the rotating rod 14 is rotated to hook the hooks 10, 10 of the hook 13 on the hook projections 6, 6. Then, it is inserted into the pile hole 15 (FIG. 7A).
[0022]
When the ready-made pile 39 is installed at a predetermined depth, the rotating rod 14 is rotated in the reverse direction, and the rotating rod 14 and the hook 13 are pulled up as in the first embodiment. Then, the protective cover 42 is removed (FIG. 7B). Next, similarly to the first embodiment, if necessary, the hooking projections 6, 6 are removed, and the base reinforcing bars 17, 18 are assembled, and the base reinforcing bars 17, 18 and the connecting reinforcing bars 37, 37 of the ready-made pile 39 are connected. It is connected and fixed by welding or other methods (FIG. 7 (c)). Next, concrete is cast after setting a predetermined formwork, and a foundation is constructed integrally with the ready-made pile 39 (not shown).
[0023]
In the above, since the protective cover is covered on the ready-made pile 39, it is possible to prevent dirt such as earth and sand from adhering to the connecting reinforcing bars 37, 37 and to be deformed by external force during transportation and construction. In the above description, it is desirable that the material of the pipe 40 and the protective cylinder 41 constituting the protective cover 42 be a steel pipe, but other metals, paper, resin, and the like, as long as they have appropriate rigidity and can protect the connecting reinforcing bar 37. It is also possible.
[0024]
In the above-described embodiment, the ready-made pile 39a may be used in a state where the protective cover 42 is previously covered with the ready-made pile 39 (FIG. 4B). At this time, the ready-made pile 39 and the protective cover 42 can be temporarily fixed.
[0025]
In the above embodiment, other embodiments of the hook 13 and the hook protrusion 6 are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0026]
Further, in the above embodiment, the protective cover 42 has been constituted pipes 40, 40 from the protective tube 41, may be composed of only pipes 40, 40 (not shown).
[0027]
Further, the protective cover 42 may have another configuration as long as it can protect the connecting reinforcing bars 37, 37. For example, a small-diameter portion 46 having the same diameter as the hollow portion 45 of the ready-made stake 39 is provided at the lower end portion of the cylindrical body 43 having the same diameter as the protective cylinder 41 via the step portion 44. A collar portion 47 is formed at the lower end of 46. Through holes 48 and 49 through which the connecting reinforcing bar 37 of the ready-made pile 39 can be inserted are respectively formed in the step portion 44 and the flange portion 47 (FIG. 6B), and the end plate of the ready-made pile 39 is provided in the flange portion 47. The protective cover 51 may be formed by forming a through-hole 50 communicating with the screw hole (FIG. 6A) (FIGS. 6A and 6B). The protective cover 51 is fixed to the ready-made pile 39 by screwing a bolt 52 inserted into the through hole 50 into a screw hole of the end plate.
[0028]
Further, the protective covers 42, 52 can be similarly covered when the ready-made piles 7, 20, 32 of the first embodiment are installed (shown by chain lines in FIGS. 1 (a) and 3 (a)). 42), each of the ready-made piles 7, 20, 32 in which the protective cover 42 is covered in advance can be used as the ready-made pile (not shown).
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
Since the tip of the connecting bar protrudes upward from the pile head of the pile body by a predetermined length, the work of destroying the pile head at the construction site after installing the pile is omitted, or the reinforcing bar for connection is welded to the pile head. Since the work can be omitted, there is an effect that the construction period can be shortened. In addition, since a ready-made stake with a connecting rebar was installed using a hook with a support part with a length equal to or longer than the length of the connecting rebar, the connecting rebar hits the pile hole without disturbing it and efficiently There is an effect that a pile can be installed.
