Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and a device for cleaning a filtration tank in a filtration / drying device capable of continuously filtering a slurry-like substance and drying a cake.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 shows an example of a conventional filtration / drying apparatus. In a filtration tank a for performing filtration and drying, a conical part c is integrally formed on one side (an upper side in the drawing) of a cylindrical body b. At the same time, a filter plate d is provided at the bottom of the body b, and the outer periphery of the body b has a double wall structure covered with a jacket e. A drive shaft f for rotation or reversal is projected on both sides of the body b, and the drive shaft f rotatably supported on the base g can be rotated or driven by a rotation drive mechanism such as a motor (not shown). It has become.
[0003]
In order to filter the slurry and dry the cake by the above-mentioned filtration tank a, the slurry is continuously supplied into the body b from the upper side of the conical part c. Then, if the filtration treatment is performed while the pressure in the filtration tank a is increased or decreased, the slurry is filtered by the filtration plate d, and a cake h is formed on the filtration plate d. The filtrate passes through a filter plate d and is discharged from a filtrate discharge pipe i provided below the body b.
[0004]
When the cake h layer having a predetermined thickness is formed, the supply of the slurry is stopped, and then the cake h is dried. In order to perform the drying treatment of the cake h, a heating medium such as steam or hot water is supplied from the outside into the jacket e, circulated and the entire body b is heated, and the filtration tank a is moved around the drive shaft f. The cake h may be gradually dried to finally produce crystals or granules. Then, the crystal and the granular material are discharged with the conical portion c facing downward from the state of FIG.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When a cake is formed after filtration as described above, the slurry-like substance is attached to the inner wall surface of the filtration tank a, and the cake contains impurities. For this reason, it is necessary to clean the inside of the filtration tank a. Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, an injection pipe j is inserted horizontally from the side of the filtration tank a into the inside, and the washing water is injected in a spray form from a nozzle k at the tip.
[0006]
However, since the washing water is only sprayed downward toward the cake h, the impurities contained in the cake h can be washed out, but the inner wall surface at the upper part of the filtration tank a cannot be washed. Met. In particular, in the case of FIG. 6, since the injection pipe j is fixed to the filtration tank a and is in a protruding state, the slurry-like substance adheres around the cleaning pipe j and cannot be removed after drying, and the nozzle k Caused the clogging with the slurry.
[0007]
In the case of FIG. 7, the injection pipe j can be moved in and out of the filtration tank a. For this reason, a cylindrical guide member m is formed by forming a projection to the outside on the side surface of the filtration tank a, but the slurry-like substance or the cake being dried enters the guide member m and is solidified. However, since the injection pipe j may not be able to be taken in and out, it is necessary to remove the solidified material from the guide member m. In the case of FIGS. 6 and 7, the liquid after washing is discharged through the filtrate discharge pipe i.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned various problems of the conventional washing technique in a filter tank, and has been made capable of allowing a jet nozzle for washing water to enter and exit the filter tank, and washing the upper inner wall surface of the filter tank, and simultaneously washing the cake. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for cleaning a filtration / drying apparatus, which can wash out impurities.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the cleaning method of the present invention is characterized in that, in the filtration of a filtration tank for filtering a slurry and drying a cake, the washing water is jetted toward the upper surface of the filtration tank, and the slurry adhering to the inner wall surface is washed. And the impurities in the cake are washed out by the washing liquid.
[0010]
Further, in the cleaning device of the present invention, in cleaning the filtration tank for filtering the slurry and drying the cake, the guide member 2 is extended and installed on the fixing member 1 fixed to the outer wall surface of the filtration tank A, and the inside of the fixing member 1 is fixed. The washing pipe 5 is provided at the tip of the spray pipe 3 which is provided at the tip of the spray pipe 3 which reciprocates and which is provided with a washing water supply pipe 7 connected to the base of the spray pipe 3. The lid 6 can be tightly fitted into the fixing member 1, and the direction of spraying the washing water is upward.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the cleaning method and the cleaning apparatus of the present invention. The cleaning apparatus used in the present invention includes a fixing member 1 to a filtration tank and a horizontal member with respect to the fixing member 1. A cylindrical guide member 2 extending in the direction, an injection pipe 3 that penetrates and slides through the inside of the fixed member 1 densely through packing, and a cylinder 4 that reciprocates the injection pipe 3 in the horizontal direction. Consists of
[0012]
A nozzle 5 capable of injecting washing water upward is protrudingly provided at a tip end of the injection pipe 3 and a sealing disk-shaped lid 6 is fixed at the tip, and the lid 6 is fixed. It fits tightly in the tip of the member 1 via a packing. For this reason, a space for accommodating the protruding nozzle 5 is formed in the fixing member 1.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a supply pipe 7 for cleaning water that projects upward from the guide member 2 is connected to the base of the injection pipe 3. For this reason, a guide groove 8 is formed on the upper surface of the guide member 2 so that the supply pipe 7 can reciprocate. On both sides of the guide groove 8, a guide plate 9 for stably guiding the supply pipe 7 is provided. Is fixed.
[0014]
The above-mentioned washing device is fixed horizontally to the outer wall surface of the filtration tank A of the above-mentioned conventionally known filtration / drying apparatus via the fixing member 1, and its height position is at least the cake formed in the filtration tank. It is installed above the upper surface of. In addition, a plurality of cleaning devices may be installed in one filtration tank. When a plurality of cleaning devices are installed, the height position of each cleaning device and the direction of the injection nozzle 5 may be different.
[0015]
The cleaning device of the present invention has the above-described configuration. Next, a use state will be described.
During the filtration of the slurry and the drying of the cake, as shown in FIG. 2, the lid 6 is located inside the fixing member 1 so that the slurry, powder and the like do not leak to the outside.
When the filtration is completed and the cake is confirmed to have been formed, the injection pipe 3 is advanced (to the right in FIG. 2) by the cylinder 4, and the nozzle 5 is moved to a predetermined position in the filtration tank A as shown in FIG. Stop when it reaches.
[0016]
Then, if cleaning water is fed through a pipe from a cleaning water supply device (not shown) to the supply pipe 7 which advances and moves simultaneously with the injection pipe 3, the cleaning water passes through the injection pipe 3 from the nozzle 5 to the filtration tank. A is sprayed toward the inner wall surface of A.
In the drawings, the nozzle 5 is inclined toward the forward direction of the injection pipe 3, but the inclination angle can be freely selected, or may simply be directed vertically upward.
[0017]
The slurry adhering to the inner wall surface of the filtration tank A is washed away by the injected liquid, and falls on the upper surface of the cake to be filtered. The washing liquid soaked into the cake and the washing liquid dropped from the inner wall surface pass through the cake and the filter plate, and are discharged from a filtrate outlet provided on the lower surface of the filtration tank A, but pass through the cake. Sometimes has the effect of washing out impurities in the cake.
[0018]
When the lid 6 enters the filtration tank A, the inside of the fixing member 1 is released, but since the fixing member 1 and the injection pipe 3 are in a tightly fitted state, they contain a cleaning liquid or a cleaning liquid. The slurry does not enter the guide member 2.
[0019]
When the washing is completed, the injection pipe 3 is pulled back by the cylinder 4 and the cover 6 may be fitted into the fixing member 1, and the cover 6 and the inner wall surface of the filtration tank A are flush with each other. Slurry and powder do not enter the fixing member 1 therein.
By increasing the lengths of the guide member 2 and the injection pipe 3, the injection position of the nozzle 4 can be freely selected, and a wide range of cleaning can be performed.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, the cleaning device installed on the outer wall surface of the filtration tank A allows the lid 6 at the tip of the injection pipe 3 to be tightly packed in the tip of the fixing member 1 during the filtering operation or the drying of the cake. Since it is fitted, no slurry or powder is released to the outside.
When the filtration is completed, the injection pipe 3 is extended into the filtration tank A, and washing water is injected from the nozzle 5 at the tip to wash off the slurry attached to the inner wall surface of the filtration tank A. It falls down and is filtered. The washing liquid passing through the cake removes impurities in the cake, so that after drying, crystals or powders containing no impurities or very few impurities are obtained.
