ガラス板を建物の外壁等として取り付ける構法はサッシで保持するものから、方形のガラス板の各辺を枠と構造用シーリング材で線支持するフレームレス構造の接着方式(SSG構法、Structural Sealant Glazing)、さらに金属の点支持金具によるシステム(DPG構法、Dot Point Glazing)等各種開示され、近年その取付はフレームレスで行われることが多い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ガラス板をSSG構法によって建物の外壁に用いる場合、シーリング材で支持する辺数により1辺から4辺のSSGがあり、このうち2辺支持のSSGは上下か左右のサッシ部材が室外側から見えないので横連窓や縦連窓が可能となるが、サッシが一部露出する。また4辺支持のSSGはすべてのサッシ枠が室外側から見えなくなるが、接着が剥がれてガラス板が脱落するおそれがあり、また脱落防止用としてガラス板の上下辺に爪を設けたりする必要がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記問題の解決を図り、建物の外壁仕上げとしてサッシ枠等が露出しないフレームレスのガラススクリーンとし、各階毎の耐火区画も満足できるパネル板を目的とするものである。
すなわち、本発明は、建物等の構造躯体に固着したパネル材に取付固定した取付部材にガラス板用点支持金具のボルトの一端側を取付固定し、ガラス板の隅部に穿設した穿孔部内に挿通した点支持金具の他端側で穿孔部を締付支持させ、パネル材とその外側の対向位置に化粧材としてのガラス板を点支持金具により狭小な間隔を設けて連結し、さらに、パネル材の室外面と、室内面あるいは中空部とをボルトとナットとで挟持締付して取付部材を取付固定し、該取付部材の中央に垂設するボルト、あるいは中央に垂設かつ内面側を螺刻の筒状取付部に螺合固定のボルトに鍔付筒状体で先端部に凹溝部を備えた位置調整用部材を螺合させ、鍔付筒状のガラスホルダーとナットでガラス板の穿孔部を締付螺合し、ガラスホルダー内に前記ボルトを挿通し、パッキンを介して鍔付ナットで締付固定するようにした支持金具によりガラス板とパネル材とを連結するようにしたことを特徴とする外壁用複合パネルである。
