【0001】
S=REBTB_ch_st×KP×(Vo−KVRGE2) …(1)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a braking force control device that brakes an electric vehicle by hydraulic braking and regenerative braking.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, as a vehicle braking device, a hydraulic (hydraulic) braking device that transmits hydraulic pressure (generally, hydraulic pressure) generated in response to a brake operation of a vehicle operator to a wheel brake and activates the brake is used. Have been.
[0003]
On the other hand, in an electric vehicle, the vehicle can also be braked by regenerating electric power by a vehicle drive motor, so that not only hydraulic braking but also regenerative braking is used together.
[0004]
Any of these braking forces by hydraulic braking and regenerative braking can be controlled. That is, in the case of the hydraulic braking force, the braking force can be controlled by inserting a valve such as a solenoid valve into the fluid path and adjusting the opening of the valve. The braking force can be controlled by controlling the regeneration of the electric power of the driving motor. For this reason, an electric vehicle that uses both hydraulic braking and regenerative braking is equipped with a braking device that can control both the hydraulic braking force and the regenerative braking force. Such a braking device is described in, for example, JP-A-7-205800.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when both the hydraulic braking and the regenerative braking are used, the target braking force corresponding to the operation amount of the brake is obtained, and the regenerative braking force determined according to the state of the battery and the like is obtained. Is determined as the hydraulic braking force. Therefore, if the target braking force is constant, the hydraulic braking force must be changed according to the change in the regenerative braking force.
[0006]
However, the regenerative braking force may not be generated depending on the state of the battery. If the target regenerative braking force is increased in such a situation, the target regenerative braking force and the actual regenerative braking force deviate from each other. In this state, if a situation occurs in which an actual regenerative braking force can be generated, the actual regenerative braking force is greatly increased in a short time. In response to this, even if an attempt is made to change the hydraulic braking force, there is a problem that the hydraulic braking force does not follow, and as a result, the target braking force corresponding to the operation amount of the brake cannot be achieved. . That is, comparing the response speed of the regenerative braking force and the response speed of the hydraulic braking force, the latter is slower, and when the regenerative braking force is suddenly greatly changed, the difference between the target braking force and the regenerative braking force is calculated as follows: The actual hydraulic braking force did not follow, and the target braking force could not be achieved. For this reason, the brake feeling that the operation amount of the brake does not match the actual overall braking force is deteriorated.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a braking force control device capable of suppressing a deterioration in brake feeling due to the fact that an actual hydraulic braking force does not follow a change in regenerative braking force.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above conventional problems, the feature of the present invention is to use both hydraulic braking by a wheel brake that operates in response to hydraulic pressure and regenerative braking by a vehicle driving motor that regenerates electric power. In a braking force control device that obtains a target braking force from a hydraulic braking force and a regenerative braking force, a change in the regenerative braking force is controllable, and the change amount of the regenerative braking force is controlled according to a predetermined limit. The configuration is such that the regenerative braking force is changed and controlled.
[0009]
According to such a configuration, a limit is set in advance for the amount of change in the regenerative braking force, and the regenerative braking force is changed and controlled according to the limit. This limit is set, for example, so that the actual hydraulic braking force can sufficiently follow a change in the regenerative braking force. Therefore, when the regenerative braking force is controlled to be changed, the actual hydraulic braking force follows, and the target braking force including the hydraulic braking force and the regenerative braking force can be reliably realized.
[0010]
Further, another feature of the present invention is that, in the change amount of the regenerative braking force lowered by the change control, a limit that is less strict than the limit on the change amount of the regenerative braking force that is increased is preset. Or, the restriction is not set in advance.
[0011]
In this case, when lowering the regenerative braking force, the regenerative braking force immediately decreases. In other words, when the amount of brake operation becomes zero during braking and the braking is immediately interrupted, the target braking force should be immediately reduced to zero, regardless of whether the hydraulic braking force follows. Instead, the regenerative braking force is immediately reduced, and the target braking force is reduced as quickly as possible.
[0012]

Here, the first state has priority over the second state. Therefore, if the regenerative braking is being performed and the vehicle speed Vo is equal to or lower than the first vehicle speed KVRGE1, the first state is determined, and if the vehicle speed Vo exceeds the first vehicle speed KVRGE1, the second state is determined. . In addition, even if regenerative braking is not performed, the

If the required regenerative braking torque REBTB exceeds the sum of the actual regenerative braking torque DEBT and the limit value 20Nm (REBTB> DEBT + 20Nm), the required regenerative braking torque REBTB is corrected to be equal to the sum (REBTB = DEBT + 20Nm). The
[0033]
Therefore, in the second state, the required regenerative braking torque REBTB corresponding to the M / C pressure is determined, and the actual regenerative braking torque DEBT based on the current battery state and the like is determined. The required regenerative braking torque REBTB is limited so as not to exceed the sum of the braking torque DEBT and the limit value 20Nm.
[0034]
When the regenerative braking is performed in the second state and the hydraulic braking is also performed in the second state, the vehicle speed Vo gradually decreases, and the vehicle speed Vo reaches the first vehicle speed KVRGE1, and at this time, the second state To the first state.
[0035]
In the first state, similar to the second state, the required regenerative braking torque REBTB is limited so that the required regenerative braking torque REBTB does not exceed the sum of the actual regenerative braking torque DEBT and the limit value 20Nm. I have.
[0036]
When the vehicle speed Vo reaches the first vehicle speed KVRGE1, the
S = RETBB_ch_st × KP × (Vo−KVRGE2) (1)
Here, KP is a coefficient obtained from KP = 1 / (KVRGE1−KVRGE2), KVRGE2 is a predetermined second vehicle speed, and KVRGE2 <KVRGE1. For example, the first vehicle speed KVRGE1 is set to 20 km / h, the second vehicle speed KVRGE2 is set to 10 km / h, and KP is set to 0.1.
[0037]
As is clear from the graph of FIG. 3, as the vehicle speed Vo decreases from the first vehicle speed KVRGE1 to the second vehicle speed KVRGE2, the limiting characteristic S of the required regenerative braking torque REBTB gradually decreases to zero. This is because the actual regenerative braking torque DEBT becomes 0 and the regenerative braking force does not act at the second vehicle speed KVRGE2 or lower, and during the period until the vehicle speed Vo gradually decreases and reaches the second vehicle speed KVRGE2, the required regeneration is performed. By limiting the braking torque REBTB with the limiting characteristic S, the regenerative braking force is intentionally reduced, and accordingly, the valve opening value Po of the M / C pressure is gradually decreased, so that the regenerative braking and the hydraulic braking are coordinated. This is because the control is gradually shifted from the control to the control using only the hydraulic braking.
[0038]
Here, when the vehicle speed Vo is gradually decreasing from the first vehicle speed KVRGE1 to the second vehicle speed KVRGE2, whether the

[0042]
The following table (1) summarizes the limitations on the required regenerative braking torque REBTB so far.
[0043]
[Table 1]
[0044]
As is apparent from Table 1, the required regenerative braking torque REBTB is limited so as not to exceed at least the sum of the actual regenerative braking torque DEBT and the limit value 20Nm. When the vehicle speed Vo gradually decreases and becomes equal to or lower than the first vehicle speed KVRGE1, the required regenerative braking torque REBTB is determined so as not to exceed the limiting characteristic S based on the above equation (1).
[0045]
If the fluctuation of the required regenerative braking torque REBTB is limited based on such a condition, and the realization of the required regenerative braking torque REBTB is targeted, the fluctuation of the regenerative braking force is limited. The hydraulic braking force follows reliably. That is, in response to the change in the required regenerative braking torque REBTB, the valve opening value Po of the M / C pressure is changed, and the hydraulic braking force is changed so as to follow the change in the regenerative braking force. Thus, even if the required regenerative braking torque REBTB fluctuates, the target braking force corresponding to the depression force of the
[0046]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be variously modified. For example, when the required regenerative braking torque REBTB decreases, the restriction on the required regenerative braking torque REBTB may be relaxed, and the required regenerative braking torque REBTB may be rapidly reduced. That is, when the depression force of the
[0047]
[Table 2]
[0048]
When Table 2 is compared with Table 1, the limitation of the required regenerative braking torque REBTB in the second state is different (lower right column of Table 2), and the required regenerative braking torque REBTB is increased when the required regenerative braking torque REBTB increases. The limit is set so as not to exceed at least the sum of the actual regenerative braking torque DEBT and the limit value 20Nm. When the required regenerative braking torque REBTB falls, the actual regenerative braking torque DEBT and the limit value 50Nm or more are set.
[0049]
Alternatively, when the required regenerative braking torque REBTB falls, there may be no need to provide any restriction on the required regenerative braking torque REBTB.
[0050]
Further, the history characteristic of the required regenerative braking torque REBTB may be obtained, and the required regenerative braking torque REBTB may be limited so that the differential value of the history characteristic does not exceed a certain value. Alternatively, a plurality of types of restriction conditions may be determined, and these restrictions may be applied repeatedly.
[0051]
Here, an electric vehicle that drives each front wheel is illustrated, but the present invention can be applied to a case where any of the front wheels and each of the rear wheels is driven and any of them is hydraulically braked.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the amount of change in the regenerative braking force is set in advance, and the regenerative braking force is changed and controlled according to this limit. Therefore , a favorable brake feeling corresponding to the brake operation can be maintained.
[0053]
In addition, for the amount of change in the regenerative braking force lowered by the change control, a limit that is looser than the limit for the amount of change in the regenerative braking force that is increased is set in advance , or the limit is set in advance. not so when immediately interrupt the braking, immediately reduces the regenerative braking force, as far as possible the target braking force can be quickly reduced.
