本発明は、二つの導体を重ねて接続する接続端子に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種の接続端子A′としては、図16に示すように1枚のバネ性のある板材を屈曲して一体に形成したものがある。つまり、縦片aと横片bと斜片cを有するように略直角三角形状に曲げてあり、縦片aに設けた角孔dに横片bの先端の突片eを摺動自在に挿通してある。角孔dの下縁は鎖錠部fとなっており、突片eと鎖錠部fとの間に導体を挟持するようになっている。つまり、図17に示す矢印のように押圧して変形させると、突片eと鎖錠部fとが離れて入線スペースSが確保され、突片eと鎖錠部fとの間に一対の導体を差し込んで離すと、バネ性にて一対の導体が挟持されて接続されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記構造の接続端子A′では図18(a)のように向けた状態で矢印のようにドライバーで押したときには横片bを支えなければ突片eと鎖錠部fとの間に隙間ができるように変形させることができないが、図18(a)の符号gに示す部分には導体が入るためにこの部分で横片bを支えることができない。このため横片bを支えるためには特別なハウジングが必要になり、接続端子A′単体では接続することができず、接続装置が大型になるという問題がある。また接続端子A′の向きを変えて図18(b)に示すように斜片cを机や台等の基台hに載せ、突片eをドライバー等で矢印の方向に押して突片eと鎖錠部fとの間に間隔をあけて入線スペースSを確保した場合、導体の差し込まれる箇所とドライバーで押す箇所が重なるために結線の邪魔になって結線作業がしにくいという問題がある。また上記の接続端子A′では図18(c)のように導体1を挟持して保持する箇所が1箇所しかなく、可撓性を有する導体1を接続する場合は導体接触部が一直線上のみになることがあって接続の信頼性が低いという問題がある。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、本発明は簡単な操作で入線スペースを確保し、導体の入線も容易にし、接続作業を容易にすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明接続端子Aは、1枚のバネ性のある板材を屈曲して一体に形成される接続端子であって、対向する固定片2と可動片3の一端を自由端とすると共に固定片2と可動片3の他端間を円弧状の連結バネ部4で一体に繋ぎ、固定片2の自由端の幅方向の両側から可動片3を跨ぐように一対の連出片5を連出し、連出片5の先端同士を連結部6で一体に連結し、連結部6に可動片3と対向する鎖錠部7を設けると共に可動片3と鎖錠部7との間を導体挟持部とし、固定片2及び可動片3の自由端側の連出片5より自由端方向に突出する部分をラジオペンチの掴み代とし、可動片3の両側から固定片2と反対側に突出する押圧片17を連出して成ることを特徴とする。このように構成された接続端子Aは、固定片2や可動片3の自由端側の掴み代をラジオペンチ8で掴んで可動片3を固定片2側に撓み変形させることで可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に間隔をあけて入線スペースSを確保し、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に導体1を挿入してラジオペンチ8を離すことにより、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に導体1を挟持して導体1を接続できる。また机や台等の基台33の上に固定片2を載せるように接続端子Aを配置し、専用工具30の両側片を押圧片17に当接し、専用工具30にて押圧片17を押して可動片3を撓ませて鎖錠部7と可動片2との間に隙間をあけて入線スペースSを確保し、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に導体1を挿入して専用工具30を離すことにより可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に導体1を挟持して導体1を接続できる。これにより接続端子A単体で導体1の接続ができて接続装置が大型になったりしなく、また入線スペースSをあけて接続するときラジオペンチ8や専用工具30のような工具が導体1の入線の邪魔になることがなく、接続作業が容易にできる。

【発明の実施の形態】
まず図1に示す接続端子Aの例から述べる。接続端子Aはバネ性のある1枚の金属板を一体に折曲して形成してある。固定片2と可動片3とは対向するように配置してあり、固定片2と可動片3の一端は自由端となり、固定片2と可動片3の他端間は円弧状の連結バネ部4にて一体に繋いである。固定片2の自由端側の両側から可動片3を跨ぐように夫々連出片5を連出してあり、連出片5の先端同士を連結部6で一体に連結してある。連結部6から断面略し字状の突片部14を突設してあり、突片部14の先端に鎖錠部7を設けてある。また突片部14の基部側には導体1に接触する曲げ部9を設けてある。固定片2や可動片3の連出片5より突出する部分はラジオペンチ8の掴み代となっている、可動片3の掴み代の先端には固定片2側に向けて傾斜せる傾斜部15を設けてあり、傾斜部15の先端には滑り止め屈曲部16を設けてある。また可動片3の両側から夫々固定片2と反対側に突出する押圧片17を突設してある。また可動片3が連結バネ部4のバネ性で鎖錠部7に当接している状態で、可動片3の長手方向と平行な線に対して固定片2が広がるようにαの角度傾斜している。

次に上記のように構成せる接続端子Aを用いて1対の導体1を接続する仕方を説明する。工具としてラジオペンチ8を用いて操作する例から述べる。図2(a)に示すように固定片2や可動片3の自由端側の掴み代をラジオペンチ8で掴んで、可動片3が固定片2に近接するように撓み変形させ、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に間隔をあけて入線スペースSを確保する。そして一対の導体1を可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に差し込んでラジオペンチ8を離す。すると、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に図2(b)に示すようにバネ性にて一対の導体1が挟持されて一対の導体1が接続される。このとき鎖錠部7と可動片3との間に導体1が挟持されるだけでなく、曲げ部9が導体1に当接されて、曲げ部9と可動片3との間でも導体1が挟持されて接続の信頼性が向上する。またラジオペンチ8で掴むとき、可動片3の先端に傾斜部15を設けてあるために、ラジオペンチ8が導体1の入線の邪魔にならない。また傾斜部15が設けてあっても、傾斜部15の先端に滑り止め屈曲部16を設けてあるためにラジオペンチ8が滑って外れるという弊害を生じない。また固定片2がαの角度傾斜しているためにラジオペンチ8で撓ませるとき変位をかせぐことでき、導体1の板厚が薄くても強い挟み力を得ることができる。また工具としてコ字状の専用工具30を用いる場合について説明する。この場合、机や台等の基台33の上に固定片2を載せるように接続端子Aを配置し、専用工具30の両側片を図3(a)のように押圧片17に当接し、専用工具30にて押圧片17を押して可動片2を撓ませて鎖錠部7と可動片3との間に隙間をあけて入線スペースSをあけ、鎖錠部7と可動片3との間に一対の導体1を挿入して専用工具30による押圧を解除し、可動片3と鎖錠部7や曲げ部9との間に導体1を挟持する。

次に上記のように構成せる接続端子Aを用いて1対の導体1を接続する仕方を説明する。工具としてマイナスドライバー32を用いて操作する例から述べる。図9(a)に示すように机や台等の基台33に固定片2を載せるように接続端子Aを配置し、マイナスドライバー32の先端を可動片3の自由端に当接し、マイナスドライバー32で可動片3を押して可動片3が固定片2に近接するように撓み変形させ、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に間隔をあけて図9(b)に示すように入線スペースSを確保する。マイナスドライバー32で可動片3を押すとき突片12があるために突片12にてマイナスドライバー32の先端をガイドでき、マイナスドライバー32による操作が安定して作業しやすい。入線スペースSを確保した後、一対の導体1を可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に差し込んでマイナスドライバー32による押圧を解除する。すると、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に図9(c)に示すようにバネ性にて一対の導体1が挟持されて一対の導体1が接続される。このとき両側の鎖錠部7と可動片3との間に導体1が挟持されるので、2箇所で導体1が挟持されて接続の信頼性が向上する。また固定片2がαの角度傾斜しているためにマイナスドライバー32で撓ませるとき変位をかせぐことでき、導体1の板厚が薄くても強い挟み力を得ることができる。また工具としてラジオペンチ8を用いる場合について説明する。固定片2の自由端側と可動片3の突片12との間をラジオペンチ8で挟持し、可動片3を撓ませて鎖錠部7と可動片3との間に隙間をあけて図10に示すように入線スペースSをあけ、鎖錠部7と可動片3との間に一対の導体1を挿入してラジオペンチ8による挟持を解除し、可動片3と鎖錠部7との間に導体1を挟持する。

【発明の効果】
