At this time, the two Vera knitting needles E, E are inserted inside the bulging portions B3, B3 of the Perelin knitting needle B and below the sinker loop C, and then shown in FIG. Thus, the Perelin knitting needle B is retracted, and the sinker loop C is dropped onto the Vera knitting needle E. Then, the sinker loop C is pulled out together with the newly guided yarn to form a new loop, thereby forming a watermark.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when two pererelin knitting needles B are used in piles, when the two perforin knitting needles B are mounted in one knitting needle mounting groove, the bulging portion B3 of the pererelin knitting needle B enters the range of the adjacent knitting needle mounting groove. since to cause, mounted and attached to the needle mounting groove adjacent to the two-ply perylene knitting needles B, it would be each other bulge portion B3 each other to interfere, the two-ply knitting needle mounting groove adjacent the perylene knitting needle B I couldn't do that.
[0009]
Therefore, in the conventional perelin knitting needle B, it is physically impossible to mount the perelin knitting needle B in all the knitting needle mounting grooves, and the maximum density of the perelin knitting needle B with respect to the vera knitting needle E of the dial D is two vera knitting needles E. On the other hand, there were only one Perelin knitting needle B, and there were places where knitting was not possible for all wales, and there was a limit to knitting of the opening.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a knitting machine for weft knitting tissue knitting capable of mounting a perelin knitting needle in an adjacent knitting needle mounting groove, and a watermark extending over 2 wales is applied to all wales. It is an object of the present invention to provide a knitted fabric knitted at a desired position.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides at least a pair of needle beds in a state in which the teeth are brought close to each other, and in each needle bed, a plurality of knitting needle mounting grooves are formed and the knitting needle mounting grooves are formed. Has a knitting needle mounted so as to be able to slide forward and backward, and knits a knitted fabric in cooperation with a knitting needle mounting groove of one of the needle beds and a knitting needle mounted in a knitting needle mounting groove of another needle bed. A weft knitting machine for weft knitting tissue knitting in which a perelin knitting needle having a bulging portion having a hooking portion for hooking a sinker loop is slidably attached and retracted, wherein the perelin knitting needle has a thin plate-like shape. A swelling portion having a tip portion that protrudes into the sinker loop, a swelling portion that is continuous with the tip portion and that swells toward one side in the thickness direction of the thin rod-shaped body; It has a shaft part wider than the protruding part, the tip part overlaps at the same position, and the Location is at the same position in the length direction of the sheet like body, the bulging portion is constituted by a first perylene needle and a second perylene knitting needle is formed so as not to overlap offset from the shaft portion in the width direction, adjacent A plurality of bulging portions having hooking portions are formed at different positions that do not overlap in the advancing and retreating direction of a knitting needle mounted on another needle bed so as not to interfere with each other when the knitting needles are mounted in matching knitting needle mounting grooves. It consisted of different types.

Further, the Perelin knitting needle may be mounted in all of the knitting needle mounting grooves of the cylinder, or the Perelin knitting needle and the spatula knitting needle may be knitted alternately with a desired knitted fabric pattern, for example, an open stitch pattern and a rubber knitted pattern. As in the case and the like, the Perelin knitting needle and the spatula knitting needle may be arranged in the cylinder.
[0043]
Further, in the knitting machine for weft knitting structure knitting of the present invention, it is possible to increase the density of the watermark on the knitted fabric. Can be knitted. Conventionally, knitting of a watermark can be performed even in a wale where a watermark could not be knitted. Since a watermark can be knitted on any wale, a watermark having a width of 2 wales can be formed. Knitting can be performed at a desired position for all wales, and diversification of patterns at the time of knitting becomes possible.
[0044]
Further, according to the present invention, since the density of the open stitches on the knitted fabric can be increased, knitting of a Russell-like mesh knitted fabric is also possible.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, at least a pair of needle beds are provided in a state in which the teeth are brought close to each other, a plurality of knitting needle mounting grooves are formed in each needle bed, and the knitting needles are respectively advanced and retracted in the knitting needle mounting grooves. It is slidably mounted, and knits the knitted fabric in the knitting needle mounting groove of one of the needle beds in cooperation with the knitting needle mounted in the knitting needle mounting groove of the other needle bed. In a knitting machine for weft knitting tissue knitting, in which a perelin knitting needle having a bulging portion having a stop portion for stopping is mounted slidably forward and backward, the perelin knitting needle is mounted in an adjacent knitting needle mounting groove. In order to prevent interference with each other, the bulging portion having the hooking portion is constituted by a plurality of types formed at different positions which do not overlap with each other in the advance / retreat direction of the knitting needle mounted on another needle bed. Even if the knitting needles are installed in adjacent knitting needle mounting grooves, Interference does not occur, and the perforin knitting needle can be mounted in the adjacent knitting needle mounting groove to knit the open stitch, and the density of the open stitch to the knitted fabric can be increased, and on any wale Since the watermarks can be knitted, the watermarks extending over two wales can be knitted at desired positions with respect to all the wales, and the patterns at the time of knitting can be diversified.
[0046]
In addition, knitting of Russell-like mesh knitted fabric is also possible, and while knitting machine for weft knitting structure, knitting of lace-like knitting time like knitting fabric knitted with warp knitting machine It is possible to do.
[0047]
Moreover, since the knitting is performed by the weft knitting structure, the open stitch can be knitted with a desired knitted fabric width, and the loss of the knitted fabric can be minimized.
[0048]
Further, a perforin knitting needle is formed by a thin plate-like body, a tip portion that protrudes into the sinker loop, a bulge portion that is continuous with the tip portion and has a hook portion that bulges in one thickness direction of the thin plate-like body, and a bulge portion. And the shaft portion is wider than the tip portion and the bulging portion. The tip portion overlaps at the same position, and the position of the hooking portion is the same at the same position in the length direction of the thin rod member. When the protruding portion is constituted by the first perelin knitting needle and the second perelin knitting needle which are formed so as to be shifted from the shaft portion in the width direction so as not to overlap with each other, the knitting needle mounting groove for adjoining the perelin knitting needle with a simple configuration.
