Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a boat fishing rod receiver and a hanger for a rod that is compatible with the rod receiver.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There have been proposed various types of rod receivers fixed to a ship's side to extend a rod from a ship. The rod receiving device includes a rod receiving main body having a rod receiving concave portion for supporting the rod extending forward from a fixed portion attached to the boat's side, and a rod rotatably supported by a rear edge portion of the rod receiving main body. A mounting piece is provided, and a reciprocating tilting operation of the rod corresponding to the fish attack is enabled by tilting the rod mounting piece.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional configuration, the rod mounting piece cannot rotate with respect to the rod receiving body. As a high-end model, there is also provided a type in which a rod receiving main body can be rotated in a horizontal direction with respect to an upper surface of a mounting base fixed to a boat's side in order to adjust an extension angle of a rod from a ship. However, this device could only be changed and set to a predetermined angular position (about three positions on the left and right) within a narrow angle range.
[0004]
For this reason, in the conventional configuration, there was a problem that the selection of the extending direction of the rod could not be arbitrarily and flexibly set.
[0005]
Also, when moving the ship, it is necessary to retract the rod to the ship side so as not to hinder navigation, but in the conventional configuration, the rod is attached to the rod holder and Since the ship could not be evacuated, it was necessary to remove the rod from the rod holder every time the ship was moved to the fish school point, which was extremely complicated. In this case, it is conceivable to cope with the rod by bringing the rod into a substantially vertical state by tilting the rod mounting piece. However, there was a problem that the rod became unstable and the rod was eventually removed from the rod holder.
[0006]
The present invention provides a fishing rod holder that can freely set the extension angle of the rod and can cope with the movement of the ship without removing the rod from the rod receiver. It is an object to provide a hanger that can be stopped.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention
A fixed portion supported by the ship's side, a rod receiving main body including a rod receiving concave portion that supports a rod extending forward from the fixed portion,
A mounting base rotatably supported by a rear edge of the rod receiving main body, wherein a connecting protrusion formed around a fixed mounting groove is projected upward,
At the lower part of the rod mounting mechanism, a mounting cylinder portion that is fitted to the connection protrusion is provided, and a connecting hole having a diameter larger than the thickness of the small hole is formed in a small hole formed on the peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder portion. The operating cylinder is externally fitted to the mounting cylinder and urged downward by the inner wall surface of the operation cylinder at the lower urging position. A rod mounting piece that projects from the peripheral surface so that it can be fitted into the fixed mounting groove of the connection projection, and that when the operating cylinder is pulled up, the projection holding of the linking ball is released.
Further, a plurality of positioning grooves are formed on one of the upper peripheral edge of the connection protrusion and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder, and the linking ball is fitted into the fixed mounting groove on one of the other. A boat fishing rod receiver characterized in that one or more positioning projections selectively engaging with the positioning grooves are formed at the set positions.
[0008]
Furthermore, in such a configuration, an idle mounting groove is also formed above the fixed mounting groove formed in the connecting protrusion of the mounting base, and the linking sphere of the mounting cylinder portion of the rod mounting piece is connected to the connecting protrusion. The positioning groove and the positioning projection are disengaged from each other at a position where the linking ball is fitted into the idle mounting groove so that the rod mounting piece can be selectively fitted to the upper and lower mounting grooves. It is designed to be idle .
[0009]
In the fishing rod receiving device having the above-described configuration, a semicircular mounting surface that is surrounded by the locking rim and that opens to the side is formed on the upper surface of the mounting base that is fixed to the stern. A shaft support hole is formed at the center of the arc of the mounting surface, and a connecting piece inserted from the insertion opening is provided on the lower surface of the fixed portion of the rod receiving main body. On one of the back surfaces, a plurality of engagement grooves are provided circumferentially, and on the other side, an engagement protrusion that selectively fits into any one of the engagement grooves is formed, and the center of the connecting piece is further penetrated. The lower end of the lifting rod can be attached to and detached from the shaft support hole while the connecting piece is mounted on the semicircular mounting surface of the mounting base with the lifting rod inserted through the formed vertical operation hole so that it can be pulled up. A configuration adapted to be inserted can also be proposed.
[0010]
The rod mounting piece detached from the boat fishing rod receiver having the above-described configuration includes a hooking projection on which the mounting cylinder portion is fitted. The mounting projection is provided on the peripheral surface of the hooking projection. There can also be proposed a hanger for a rod in which a locking peripheral groove into which a linking ball protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the rod is fitted is formed.
[0011]
[Action]
In the boat fishing rod receiver, when the operating cylinder body of the rod mounting piece is pulled up and floated, the linking sphere of the mounting cylinder part is not projected and held, and the rod mounting piece is movable with respect to the connection projection. Become. Therefore, the linking ball is engaged with the fixed mounting groove, rather than releasing the lifting operation by positioning the operating cylinder while holding the operating cylinder at the floating position. Here, when the linking ball is positioned in the fixed mounting groove, the linking tooth engages with the positioning groove and is fixed at a predetermined angle. For this angle adjustment, while raising the operating cylinder, select the angle as the position where the rod mounting piece is slightly raised where the linking teeth and the positioning groove do not engage, and then lower it to fit the linking teeth into the positioning grooves. I do. By this floating operation of the operating cylinder, the rod attachment piece can be removed from the connecting projection.
[0012]
When the idle mounting groove is formed in the connecting projection, the linking ball can be selectively engaged with either the upper or lower idle mounting groove or the fixed mounting groove. Here, when the linking ball is mounted in the upper free-rotation mounting groove, full rotation is possible freely, and the rod can be freely swung with respect to the sea surface.
[0013]
By such an operation, the rod fixed to the rod mounting piece by the rod mounting mechanism can be held at a predetermined angle or can swing at will, and therefore, the extending direction of the rod can be arbitrarily determined. In addition, when the boat moves a relatively short distance between the school points, the rod mounting piece can be rotated to position the rod along the boat's side, without having to remove the rod.
[0014]
On the other hand, in a configuration in which a semi-circular mounting surface is formed on the mounting base fixed to the hull and the connecting piece is provided on the lower surface of the fixed portion of the rod receiving body, the lifting rod is pulled up to connect the connecting piece. Is retracted, the engagement between the engagement groove and the engagement protrusion is released, and then the rod receiving body is rotated at a predetermined angle. Thereafter, the connecting piece is pushed in to re-engage the engagement groove and the engagement protrusion. The rod receiving body is fixed to the mounting base at an arbitrary angle by engaging the upper and lower parts, stopping the lifting operation of the elevating rod, and inserting the lower end into the shaft support hole.
[0015]
Thus, in the case where the ship sails for a long time, the rod is fixed to the rod mounting piece and supported by the rod receiving recess by positioning the rod receiving body along the hull. It can be evacuated from the sea while being supported stably.
[0016]
If the above-mentioned hanger is fixed to the wall of the ship in advance, the rod attachment piece is removed from the rod holder together with the rod, and the operating cylinder of the rod attachment piece is pulled up to protrude the linking ball of the attachment cylinder part. After the release, the mounting tube is fitted over the hooking projection, the linking ball is fitted into the hooking circumferential groove, and the floating operation of the operating tube is released, so that the rod mounting piece is easily fixed to the hanger Will be done.
[0017]
【Example】
The configuration of the boat fishing rod receiver 1 will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the rod receiving body 2 has a fixed portion 10 supported by a mounting base 60 fixed to a stern e, and a main rod having a rod receiving concave portion 5 formed at a tip thereof. The fork portion 6 formed at the rear end of the main rod portion 3 is externally fitted to the fixed portion 10, and the main rod portion 3 is connected by a support shaft 7 so as to be tiltable in the vertical direction. The position of the main rod portion 3 projecting in the horizontal direction is defined by a receiving portion 11 projecting from the fixing portion 10, and the main rod portion 3 can be tilted upward from the position. As shown in FIG. 1, a positioning screw 9 is screwed into the rear portion of the main rod portion 3 from below, and the degree of screwing is adjusted so that the lower end contacts the upper surface of the receiving portion 11. Thus, the inclination angle of the main rod 3 can be set arbitrarily.
[0019]
A forked portion 12 is also formed at the rear end of the fixed portion 10, and a mounting base 20 is rotatably fitted inside the forked portion 12 by a support shaft 13. As shown in FIG. 3, a coil 14 is wound around the support shaft 13, and biases the mounting base 20 to the steady position in FIG. By pivoting the mounting base 20 rearward with respect to the support shaft 13 as shown by a chain line in FIG. 1, the rod x supported by the mounting base 20 via the rod mounting piece 30 as described later is raised. In this way, it is possible to take in fish and feed the needle.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a connecting protrusion 21 is formed on the upper surface of the mounting base 20 so as to protrude upward. On the peripheral surface of the connecting projection 21, two upper and lower peripheral grooves are formed between the circumferential flanges, the lower peripheral groove is a fixed mounting groove 22a, and the upper peripheral groove is a free mounting groove 22b. Further, at the upper end of the connecting projection 21, eight positioning grooves 23 are formed at equal angular intervals in a gear shape. Further, a notch 24 is formed in the circumferential flange. The notches 24 allow the insides of the mounting grooves 22a and 22b to communicate with the outside air, thereby preventing pressure from being trapped, and a linking ball 42 described later is lightly locked by the notches 24 so that the rod mounting piece 30 can rotate. A moderation effect will occur.
[0021]
A rod mounting piece 30 is detachably fitted to the connecting projection 21. The configuration of the rod mounting piece 30 will be described in detail.
[0022]
The rod mounting piece 30 includes a base piece 31, an arc-shaped lid piece 34 held on the base piece 31, and an operation cylinder 45 fitted into the mounting cylinder 40 of the base piece 31. is there.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 4, a rod receiving portion 32 having a semicircular cross section is formed on a base piece 31 of the rod mounting piece 30, and a screw stopper groove 33 that opens laterally on both sides of the rod receiving portion 32. , 33 are formed, screw rods 35, 35 are inserted into the screw stopper grooves 33, 33, and the lower ends thereof are supported by pins 38 in the screw stopper grooves 33, 33. And the upper ends of the screw rods 35 are inserted into the through holes 36a formed on both sides of the lid piece 34 and the groove holes 36b opened laterally. The nut 37 is screwed. Thus, the rod receiving portion 32, the cover piece 34, and the screw rod 35 constitute a rod x mounting mechanism.
[0024]
Then, the rod x is supported by the rod receiving portion 32, a cover piece 34 is attached on the rod x, and one of the screw rods 35 is fitted into the slot 36b from the side. The rod x is fixed to the rod mounting piece 30 by tightening the thumb nuts 37, 37, respectively, which are lightly screwed on the rod.
[0025]
The mounting cylinder portion 40 is coupled to a lower portion of the rod receiving portion 32 and externally fits on the connecting protrusion 21 of the mounting base 20. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, four small holes 41 are formed at equal angular intervals on the lower edge of the mounting cylinder 40, and a link having a diameter larger than the hole thickness is formed in the small holes 41. A ball 42 is fitted and movably supported inward and outward. Further, the operating cylinder 45 is externally fitted to the mounting cylinder 40 and urged downward by the ridges 46, and the linking sphere 42 is attached to the mounting cylinder 40 by the inner wall surface 47 of the operation cylinder 45 at the lower urging position. It is made to protrude and hold from the inner peripheral surface (position in FIG. 6). The operating cylinder 45 is irreversibly held downward by a locking ring 43 wound around the lower edge of the mounting cylinder 40. At this position, the linking ball 42 projects inward as described above. Therefore, this becomes the steady position. The operation cylinder 45 has operation protrusions 48 formed on the sides thereof, and as shown in FIG. In this floating position, the inner wall surface 47 and the linking ball 42 come out of contact with each other, so that the linking ball 42 can move inward and outward, and its protruding holding is released. I have.
[0026]
On the other hand, as shown clearly in FIG. 7, the number of positioning projections 49 that engage with the positioning grooves 23 is the same as the number of the positioning grooves 23 on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder 40, and is formed in an internal gear shape. It is installed around. The positioning projection 49 is arranged and set so as to engage with the positioning groove 23 when the linking ball 42 is located in the fixed mounting groove 22a.
[0027]
In such a configuration, in a state where the operation cylinder 45 is pulled by using the operation protrusions 48, the mounting cylinder 40 is externally fitted to the connection protrusion 21, and is linked to the upper idling mounting groove 22 b. When the ball 42 is positioned and the operation cylinder 45 is released from tension, the mounting cylinder portion 40 is held in the idle mounting groove 22b, and the rod x supported by the rod mounting piece 30 rotates freely around the mounting base 20. It becomes possible. At this time, the linking ball 42 is lightly locked in the notch 24 formed in the circumferential flange, and a moderating action is generated.
[0028]
When the direction of the rod x is determined in a state where the operating cylinder 45 is pulled, and the linking ball 42 is positioned in the fixed mounting groove 22a as shown in FIG. 6, the positioning projection 49 and the positioning groove 23 are engaged. Then, it is held in such a position so as not to rotate. For this reason, the rod x is held at a desired angle with respect to the rod receiving body 2.
[0029]
Note that only the fixed mounting groove 22a may be formed in the operation cylinder.
[0030]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a connecting piece 50 having a truncated conical shape is formed on the lower surface of the fixing portion 10, and a plurality of engaging grooves 51 are formed on the outer periphery of the lower end at equal angular intervals. . A vertical operation hole 52 is formed in the fixed portion 10 through the center of the connecting piece 50, and a lifting rod 53 is inserted into the operation hole 52. The lifting rod 53 is urged downward by the ridge 54 (see FIG. 1), and has its lower end protruding downward from the lower surface of the connecting piece 50 at the lowest position. An operation ring 56 is mounted on the upper end of the elevating rod 53 to facilitate the pulling operation. The lower end of the lifting rod 53 may be protruded downward by its own weight.
[0031]
The connecting piece 50 is fixed to the mounting base 60. The mounting base 60 is fixed to a stern e or the like, and the configuration thereof will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0032]
At four corners of the mounting base 60, mounting holes 61 for screw fixing to the stern e are formed. At the center thereof, a fitting groove 62 having an insertion opening 65 formed inward is formed, and the inner part of the fitting groove 62 is formed into a semicircle having a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the bottom surface of the connecting piece 50. The mounting surface 63 is formed in a shape. The fitting groove 62 is formed with a locking peripheral edge 66 whose peripheral edge is an inner side surface having an angle equal to the side surface angle of the connecting piece 50, and the locking peripheral edge 66 is formed in a semicircular portion around the semicircular mounting surface 63. , Extending inward in parallel with the tangential direction, thereby producing the insertion opening 65 into which the connecting piece 50 can be inserted.
[0033]
An engagement protrusion 67 that can be fitted into the engagement groove 51 is formed on the inner peripheral edge 66 around the semicircular mounting surface 63 on the inner surface. Further, a shaft support hole 68 into which the lower end of the elevating rod 53 can be inserted is formed at the center of the arc of the semicircular mounting surface 63.
[0034]
In this configuration, the lifting base 53 provided on the fixed part 10 of the rod receiving body 2 is pulled by using the operation ring 56 against the ridge 54, and the mounting base 60 fixed to the boat e is fixed. The connecting piece 50 is inserted from the insertion opening 65, the rod receiver 1 is set at an appropriate angle with respect to the mounting base 60, and further inserted up to the semicircular mounting surface 63, and is inserted into any of the engaging grooves 51. The engaging projection 67 is fitted, the pulling operation of the lifting rod 53 is released, and the lower end is inserted into the shaft support hole 68.
[0035]
As a result, the connecting piece 50 is positioned at a predetermined angle, cannot be slid by the elevating rod 53, cannot be disengaged upward by the locking peripheral edge 66, and is held on the semicircular mounting surface 63.
[0036]
In the rod receiving device 1 having such a configuration, the rod mounting piece 30 is configured such that the linking ball 42 of the mounting cylinder 40 is positioned in the idle mounting groove 22 b with respect to the connecting projection 21 of the mounting base 20, and x can be swingably supported on the sea surface. The rod x can be held at a predetermined angle with respect to the rod receiving body 2 by positioning the linking ball 42 in the fixed mounting groove 22a and engaging the positioning protrusion 49 with the positioning groove 23. For this reason, the extending direction of the rod x fixed to the rod mounting piece 30 can be determined not only in the steady position held in the rod receiving recess 5 but also in any direction separated from the rod receiving concave 5. . In addition, when the boat moves a relatively short distance between the school points, the rod mounting piece 30 can be rotated to position the rod x along the stern e, and there is no need to remove the rod x. .
[0037]
On the other hand, the rod receiving main body 2 can be positioned at a desired angle by the positioning operation of the connecting piece 50 with respect to the mounting base 60 fixed to the boat e. For this reason, when the ship sails for a long time, the rod x is fixed to the rod mounting piece 30 and is supported by the rod receiving recess 5 by positioning the rod receiving body 2 along the boat e. Then, it can be evacuated from the sea while being stably supported.
[0038]
Thus, in the above-described rod receiver 1, the rod mounting piece 30 is rotated with respect to the rod receiving body 2 for the rod operation to be performed while always adjusting the angle of the rod x. In the case where the rod x is held at a fixed position for a long time, the rod receiving body 2 is rotated with respect to the mounting base 60 to hold the rod x in the rod receiving recess 5 or the like. It is possible to cope with various operations of the rod x.
[0039]
11 and 12 show the hanger 70 of the rod x.
The hanger 70 has a locking projection 71 as a base body, and has a two-level upper and lower peripheral groove formed on the peripheral surface of the locking projection 71, and the lower peripheral groove is used for fixing. The circumferential groove at the upper stage is a circumferential groove 72a for idle rotation. Further, eight positioning grooves 73 are formed at the upper end of the engaging projection 71 at equal angular intervals in a gear shape.
[0040]
At the center thereof, an insertion hole 75 for a fixing bolt for fixing to a wall surface of a ship or the like is formed, and a locking projection 76 for stopping rotation is formed on the lower surface thereof. Then, the locking projection 76 is fitted into the wall surface of the ship or a mounting plate piece fixed to the wall surface, and a fixing bolt is screwed into the insertion hole 75, so that the hanger 70 is fixed to an appropriate wall surface w.
[0041]
The rod mounting piece 30 mounted on the rod x is detachably fitted to the locking projection 71. In other words, when the linking ball 42 is positioned in the fixing locking peripheral groove 72a in a state where the operation cylinder 45 externally fitted to the mounting cylinder 40 is pulled by using the operation protrusions 48, 48, the positioning protrusion The 49 and the positioning groove 73 are engaged with each other, and are non-rotatably held at this position. Therefore, the rod x is held at a desired angle with respect to the hanger 70.
[0042]
Further, in a state where the operation cylinder 45 is pulled, the mounting cylinder 40 is externally fitted to the hanging projection 71, and the linking ball 42 is positioned in the upper idle rotation peripheral groove 72 b, and When the tension is released, the mounting cylindrical portion 40 is held in the locking peripheral groove 72b, and the rod x supported by the rod mounting piece 30 can rotate around the mounting base 20.
[0043]
Thus, in order to fix the rod x applied to the rod receiver 1 at a predetermined position on the ship, it is not necessary to remove the rod mounting piece 30, and the rod mounting piece 30 is used to hang the hanger 70. The connection can be performed quickly and easily. Further, re-attachment to the rod receiver 1 can be performed very easily.
[0044]
Since the hanger 70 fixes the rod x, a single hooking circumferential groove may be provided around the hooking projection 71.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the rod mounting piece 30 for holding the rod x with respect to the rod receiving main body 2 can be easily held at a predetermined angle on the connecting projection 21 of the mounting base 20 fixed to the rod receiving main body 2, The direction in which the rod x extends from the ship can be adjusted at will, making it possible to easily perform various rod operations corresponding to various situations such as tide flow, and to easily respond to short-distance movements of the ship, etc. it can. Further, when the rod mounting piece 30 can be held so as to be freely rotatable on the connecting projection 21, further various rod operations can be performed.
[0046]
Further, in the configuration in which the rod receiving main body 2 is rotatable with respect to the mounting base 60, the angle of support by the rod receiving concave portion 5 can be changed arbitrarily, so that the rod can be stably held in a predetermined direction with respect to the ship. This makes it possible to cope with the ship x without removing the rod x from the rod holder 1 when the ship is navigating.
[0047]
Further, a hanger 70 having locking peripheral grooves 72a, 72b fixed to the wall of the ship or the like is provided, the mounting cylinder portion 40 of the rod mounting piece 30 is fitted over the hanger 70, and the linking ball 42 is hung around. In the configuration in which the rod x can be released from the rod receiver 1, the rod mounting piece 30 does not need to be removed, and the rod mounting piece 30 is used. Thereby, there is an excellent effect that the rod x can be held simply and quickly.
