Description
【0001】

[0001]
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dentifrice containing vitamin C or its sodium salt stably for a long period of time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Vitamin C is known to be effective for gingivitis and bleeding due to gingivitis and the like. However, water-soluble ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate are very reactive substances, and are usually used in bases such as dentifrices (for example, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, carrageenan and sodium polyacrylate as adhesives). When water-soluble polymer is gelled with water and kneaded with abrasive such as calcium carbonate, foaming agent, flavoring agent, etc.), it is dissolved and stored in the toothpaste tube for both dissociated and non-dissociated types. The decomposition reaction proceeds easily during the reaction, and the content decreases and coloring occurs.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a dentifrice in which the quality of vitamin C is maintained over time even when stored in a dentifrice container for a long time.
[0004]
[Means to solve the problem]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies on various bases in order to achieve the above object, and as a result, one or more selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol and concentrated glycerin. It has been found that the object can be achieved by using the dentifrice base constituted, and the present invention has been completed. That is, the present invention relates to a dentifrice base comprising ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate comprising one or more selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol and concentrated glycerin. It is a dispersed dentifrice.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate remains solid in the dentifrice of the present invention, and when an appropriate amount is applied to the oral cavity using a toothbrush, the dentifrice quickly disintegrates and diffuses in the oral cavity with water and saliva. In a dentifrice, solid ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate immediately dissolves in the oral cavity and exerts its medicinal effect.
[0006]
The dentifrice of the present invention is a dentifrice base comprising ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate, one or more selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol and concentrated glycerin. In addition, the mixture is mixed with other ingredients so as to be uniformly dispersed (if necessary, mixed by heating), followed by vacuum defoaming. Other compounding agents include blowing agents (sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosine, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, etc.), abrasives (aluminum hydroxide, heavy calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, hydroxyapatite, silicic anhydride) And other ingredients used in normal dentifrices other than those with high solubility in water and ascorbic acids such as wetting agents, binders (polyvinyl alcohol, carboxyvinyl polymer, etc.), flavoring agents, preservatives, etc. can do. Further, if necessary, an anti-inflammatory agent, a bactericide, a hemostatic agent, and the like can be added.
[0007]
An appropriate amount of ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate to be added to the dentifrice is 0.01 to 10 W / W%.
The dentifrice base may be liquid, but is preferably a paste-like semisolid. In addition, it is preferable that a container (for example, a tube) for storing the dentifrice is hardly permeable to moisture.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it has become possible to provide a dentifrice in which vitamin C is stable for a long time.
