Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a road curb installed along a lane of a road to separate the center of the road or the lane.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a road curb, a concrete block with a reinforcing bar is generally used most often, but since the weight of the concrete road curb is 30 kg or more, transportation and construction require a great deal of labor, There was a heavy burden on the construction workers, and it was difficult to reuse them at the time of removal, and there was a problem as industrial waste. In particular, when these concrete road curbs are used to divide provisional two lanes in the construction of highways, etc., since one construction section usually extends for several tens of kilometers, the amount of road curbs used for them is also large, Was extremely burdensome for the people.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in recent years, a road curb obtained by molding a synthetic resin such as polyethylene has been used. In this resin curb, through holes are formed at both ends of the curb body, anchor bolts are inserted from the through holes, and screwed to anchor nuts on the road surface to fix the curb on the road surface. However, the synthetic resin used for this road curb is not a resin that can be used, and considering the appearance of the road from the viewpoint of the improvement of the road landscape, it is difficult to obtain clear colors and good surface conditions. ) Raw materials could not be used, and virgin (unused) raw materials had to be used, so that the cost was higher than that of concrete. Also, resin road curb has a large thermal expansion due to cold and warm, and may be warped, so when replacing another road curb, the pitch of the through hole at both ends and the corresponding anchor nut on the road surface will be shifted. In some cases, the anchor bolts could not be screwed into the anchor nuts because they did not fit, which could hinder replacement work.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and a method for constructing a road curb that can be used as a recycled material and that prevents thermal warpage by absorbing thermal expansion due to cold and warm and that does not hinder even during replacement work. Is to be provided.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
That method of constructing a road curb according to the present invention comprises a curb body made longer in one direction to be placed along the lane of the road, the road curb for chromatic and through hole formed in at least both end portions The curb body is composed of a core portion and a skin portion covering the surface thereof, the through-hole is formed as a long hole in the longitudinal direction, and the curb body is fixed from the through-hole previously formed as the elongate hole. An anchor bolt is inserted and an anchor nut is screwed on the back surface . On the other hand, a fixing hole into which the anchor nut is inserted is previously opened on the road surface to be constructed, and the anchor nut is screwed. in the curb body by fixing the insert to anchor nut anchor nut a rear surface of the curb body is screwed into the anchor bolt is brought into contact with the road surface into the fixing hole which is opened in the road surface to the road surface It is characterized in that installed in the plane.
[0006]
[Action]
According to the method for constructing a road curb according to the present invention, the curb main body is composed of the core portion and the skin portion covering the surface thereof, and the core portion is not exposed to the exterior, and the skin portion is exposed to the exterior. If a recycled material is used for the part and a virgin material is used for the skin portion, the recycled material can be used, and a clear color and a good surface state can be obtained without deteriorating the external appearance.
[0007]
In addition, since the through holes formed at both ends of the curb body are elongated holes in the longitudinal direction, even if the pitch is shifted due to thermal expansion or the like due to cold or warm, it is within the play of the elongated holes. For example, warpage is prevented by absorbing the thermal expansion and the like, and the anchor bolt cannot be screwed into the anchor nut even at the time of replacement work, so that the replacement work is not hindered.
[0008]
【Example】
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
Figure 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a road curb according to the present invention, FIG 2 is a perspective view thereof, FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a state in which the embodiment is installed in the road surface in FIG.
[0010]
In FIGS. 1 to 3, the curb of the present embodiment has a curb main body 1 having a trapezoidal cross section elongated in one direction so as to be installed along the lane of the road, and at least both ends of the curb main body 1. And a through-hole 2 formed.
[0011]
The curb main body 1 includes a core portion 11 and a skin portion 12 covering the surface thereof. The material of the curb main body 1 is not particularly limited, but considering that the core portion 11 is not exposed to the exterior and the skin portion 12 is exposed to the exterior, the core portion 11 may be made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like. Although it is preferable in terms of cost to use a synthetic resin recycled material and use a virgin material of these synthetic resins for the skin portion 12, different or similar virgin materials are used for both the core portion 11 and the skin portion 12. Raw materials may be used.
[0012]
When using a virgin material for both the core portion 11 and the skin portion 12, it is preferable to use a material as inexpensive as possible for the core portion 11 in order to reduce costs. Further, a material other than synthetic resin, for example, concrete may be used for the core portion 11, and the skin portion 12 made of synthetic resin may be covered on the concrete surface. Further, an elastic material such as rubber may be used for the core portion 11.
[0013]
In the present embodiment, the cross section of the curb main body 1 is trapezoidal in consideration of the riding of the vehicle. However, the curb main body 1 may have another shape such as a rectangular shape, may be solid, or may have a thin wall from the back surface. May be performed. In this embodiment, the size of the curb body 1 is about 1000 mm in length, 80 mm in height, and about 200 mm in width. Further, a retroreflective material or road stud, which irradiates and reflects the headlight of the vehicle, may be attached to the upper surface of the curb main body 1 appropriately. Therefore, in this embodiment, the mounting hole 13 for the road stud is provided on the upper surface. It is perforated, but need not be.
[0014]
The through-holes 2 formed at both ends of the curb main body 1 are elongated in the longitudinal direction to absorb thermal expansion due to cold and warmth and a pitch shift in a manufacturing stage, and are inserted from the through-holes 2 of the elongated holes. The anchor bolt 3 is screwed to an anchor nut 5 attached to a road surface 4. Considering the strength, the anchor bolts 3 are preferably around M24, and the anchor nuts 5 are formed of die-cast easily.
[0015]
Next, the construction method of the road curbstone of the present invention will be described.
First, when newly attaching a road curb, anchor bolts 3 are inserted in advance from the through holes 2 at both ends of the curb main body 1, and an anchor nut 5 is screwed on the back surface. On the other hand, a fixing hole 41 into which the anchor nut 5 is inserted is previously formed in the road surface 4 to be constructed. Next, the curb body 1 is brought into contact with the road surface 4 and the anchor nuts 5 are inserted into the fixing holes 41 thereof, and the anchor nuts 5 may be fixed to the road surface 4 with an adhesive, cement, or the like.
[0016]
When replacing an existing road curb due to aging or the like, loosen the anchor bolt 3 to remove the deteriorated road curb, and then contact the new road curb with the road surface 4 and insert the anchor bolt 3 into a through hole. The screw 2 may be screwed to the anchor nut 5 of the road surface 4. In this case, since the through-hole 2 is elongated in the longitudinal direction, even if the pitch of the through-hole 2 and the pitch of the anchor nut 5 are deviated within the range of the play of the elongated hole, the through-hole 2 may be displaced due to cold and warm. Even if the pitch is shifted, the anchor bolt 3 cannot be screwed to the anchor nut 5 on the road surface 4.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the method for constructing a road curb according to the present invention, the curb main body is composed of the core portion and the skin portion covering the surface thereof, and the core portion is not exposed to the exterior, and the skin portion is exposed to the exterior. If a recycled material is used for the part and a virgin material is used for the skin portion, the recycled material can be used, and a clear color and a good surface state can be obtained without deteriorating appearance.
[0018]
Also, since the through-holes formed at both ends of the curb body are elongated in the longitudinal direction, even if the pitch is shifted due to thermal expansion or the like due to cold or warm, it is within the play of the elongated hole. If the displacement is absorbed, the warp or the like is prevented, and the anchor bolt cannot be screwed into the anchor nut even during the replacement work, so that the replacement work is not hindered.
