Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a watt hour meter mounting base for disposing a watt hour meter on a construction surface such as a wall surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to dispose a watt-hour meter on a construction surface such as a wall surface, a watt-hour meter storage box as described in JP-A-10-145913 is used. In this storage box, the box body to which the watt hour meter is attached is formed in a substantially U-shape, and knockout holes are provided on the back and upper and lower surfaces of the box body. Connected to the meter.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional example, by providing a knockout hole in the box body, an electric wire conductor wired in the wall surface of the building can be inserted into the knockout hole and connected to the watt hour meter. However, if the thickness of the construction material such as a wall material is small and the diameter of the wire conductor such as a cable is large compared to the thickness of the construction material, the wire conductor may be bent when being pulled out from the hole of the construction material. It was difficult to insert the wire conductor into the knockout hole of the box body. Therefore, in such a case, a spacer is provided between the box body and the construction surface to supplement the thickness of the construction material, but in such a configuration, a spare spacer must be created one by one, and a dedicated spacer for the spacer is required. There is a problem that a mold is required and the manufacturing cost is increased.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a watt-hour mounting base that can cope with a small construction surface without increasing the cost. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a base having an electric power meter attached to a front surface and having an electric wire insertion hole for inserting an electric wire conductor connected to the electric energy meter from the back side to the front side. A main body, a peripheral wall portion vertically extending from the peripheral edge of the base main body to the rear side, and a screw insertion hole through which a mounting screw for mounting the base main body to the construction surface is inserted. A boss protruding to the same position, and forming a stepped portion on the front peripheral edge of the base main body that is receded to the rear side , and at the front surface of the base main body , at least a step size not smaller than an outer dimension of a front end of the bossed part. It is retracted to the rear side by substantially the same dimension as the above , and a fitting portion into which the tip portion of the boss portion of the other base body fits is formed , and a screw insertion hole is opened in the bottom surface of the fitting portion. Features and on the front of the base body When the base bodies are overlapped, the peripheral wall of the other base body engages with the step of one base body, and the tip of the boss of the other base body fits into the fitting part of one base body. In this state, the electric wire conductor can be inserted into the electric wire insertion hole of each base main body, and the electric wire conductor can be connected to the watt hour meter attached to the front surface of the other base main body. Even if the diameter of the wire is larger than the thickness of the building material, the wire conductor can be easily bent by overlapping the base bodies, and it is not necessary to use another member such as a spacer as in the conventional example. As a result, it is possible to cope with a small construction surface without increasing the cost.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a knockout hole for leading out the wire conductor is formed, and a wire insertion hole cover for closing the wire insertion hole of the base body is provided. By closing the gap with the electric wire conductor, dust and dust can be prevented from entering the inside.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that, in the invention according to claim 2, a plurality of knockout holes having different diameters are formed in the electric wire insertion hole cover, and only the knockout hole corresponding to the diameter of the electric wire conductor is used. Often, a single wire insertion hole cover can handle a plurality of types of wire conductors having different diameters.
[0008]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the second or third aspect, a concealing member detachably fitted to the fitting portion is provided, and a head of the mounting screw inserted into the screw insertion hole is provided. It can no longer be seen from the front of the base body, so that the appearance can be improved.
[0009]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the fourth aspect of the present invention, positioning means for positioning the concealing member with respect to the fitting portion is provided. can do.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
The watt-hour meter mounting base (hereinafter simply referred to as “base”) 1 of the present embodiment, together with the cover 20, constitutes a watt-hour meter storage panel.
[0012]
The base 1 is made of an insulating synthetic resin, and has a power meter 60 attached to the front surface and an electric wire insertion hole 4 for inserting the electric wire 40 connected to the power meter 60 from the rear side to the front side. A base body 2 having a rectangular plate shape, a peripheral wall portion 3 having a plate shape vertically suspended from the periphery of the base body 2 to the rear side, and mounting screws (not shown) for mounting the base body 2 to a construction surface such as a wall surface. And a substantially cylindrical boss portion 6 having a screw insertion hole 5 through which the base member 2 is inserted and projecting from the back surface of the four corners of the base body 2 to a position substantially the same as the tip of the peripheral wall portion 3. In addition, a stepped portion 7 that retreats to the rear side is formed on the entire periphery of the front surface of the base body 2, and at least the outer dimensions of the tip of the boss portion 6 are formed on the periphery of the screw insertion hole 5 on the front surface of the base body 2. A substantially circular fitting portion 8 having a not-so-small inner diameter and having a substantially same size as the step portion 7 and being retracted to the rear side is formed. Further, a ball hole 2a is provided in the center upper portion of the base body 2, and the head of a screw (not shown) attached to the construction surface can be locked to the ball hole 2a to temporarily fix the base 1. it can. Then, mounting screws are respectively inserted into the four screw insertion holes 5 of the temporarily fixed base 1, and the base 1 is fixed to the construction surface by these four mounting screws.
[0013]
Here, the substantially cylindrical concealing members 13 as shown in FIG. 9 are detachably fitted to the fitting portions 8, respectively. A projection 13a protrudes from an upper peripheral edge of the hidden member 13, and a positioning mark 13b is formed on a lower front surface. An escape portion 8a for allowing the projection 13a to escape is recessed in the upper peripheral surface of the fitting portion 8, and a positioning portion corresponding to the mark 13b of the hidden member 13 is provided on the front surface of the base body 2 below the fitting portion 8. Mark 8b is formed. Thus, by matching the marks 13b and 8b, the hidden member 13 can be easily positioned and fitted to the fitting portion 8, and the hidden member 13 can be fitted to close the fitting portion 8. The head of the mounting screw is not visible from the front surface of the base 1, and the appearance can be improved. When removing the hidden member 13 from the fitting portion 8, the hidden member 13 can be easily removed by inserting a jig such as a flathead screwdriver into a gap between the protrusion 13a and the escape portion 8a and prying it.
[0014]
A terminal portion to which the electric wire 40 is connected is provided at a lower end side of the wattmeter 60, and the terminal portion is covered with a terminal cover 61 made of an insulating synthetic resin or the like. A mounting bracket 62 bent substantially in an L shape is welded at one end to the upper end surface of the watt hour meter 60. Here, on the surface of the mounting bracket 62 facing the base 1 (the rear surface of the watt-hour meter 60), a burrow (not shown) is formed, and any of the four screw holes 2b formed in the base main body 2 is formed. The head of a fixing screw (not shown) screwed into the crab is inserted and locked in the daruma hole. The base body 2 is provided with screw-shaped grooves 2c, 2c having a substantially rectangular shape. A fixing screw (not shown) inserted into the screw-inserted grooves 2c, 2c from the back side of the base body 2 is connected to a watt-hour meter. By screwing into a screw hole (not shown) provided on the rear surface of the base 60, the watt hour meter 60 is attached to the upper front surface of the base body 2. It should be noted that which of the four screw holes 2b is to be screwed with the fixing screw depends on the dimensions of the watt hour meter 60.
[0015]
The electric wire insertion hole 4 formed in the lower part of the front surface of the base body 2 is separated into two right and left parts by a central wall 4a. At the periphery of the electric wire insertion holes 4 and 4 on the front surface of the base body 2, there is formed a mounting recess 9 which retreats on the back side of the base body 2, and the electric wire insertion hole cover 10 is fitted into the mounting recess 9. Is done. The wire insertion hole cover 10 is formed of a synthetic resin into a rectangular plate shape, and two types of knockout holes 10a having different diameters are provided at positions overlapping with the left and right wire insertion holes 4 and 4, respectively. Also, four locking projections 10b are provided on the upper end surface of the wire insertion hole cover 10 and two are provided on the lower end surface thereof so as to be engaged with the engaging portions 9a formed in the mounting recesses 9 of the base body 2. By locking these locking projections 10b to the locking portions 9a, the wire insertion hole cover 10 is detachably fitted to the mounting recess 9 of the base body 2. In addition, an elongated hole 10c is provided at a substantially central portion of the electric wire insertion hole cover 10 sandwiched between the pair of knockout holes 10a, into which a ridge 4b projecting from the front surface of the central wall 4a is fitted.
[0016]
Since the electric wire insertion hole 4 of the base body 2 is formed to have a size sufficiently larger than the diameter of the electric wire 40, an extra gap is generated in the electric wire insertion hole 4 when the electric wire 40 is inserted. Although there is a possibility that dust and dirt may enter the inside, the dust and dirt and the like can be prevented by closing an extra gap of the wire insertion hole 4 with the wire insertion hole cover 10. Here, the electric wire 40 is inserted into the knockout hole 10a of the electric wire insertion hole 4. In the case of the electric wire 40 having a relatively large diameter, the electric wire 40 is inserted into the knockout hole 10a having a larger diameter as shown in FIG. In the case of an electric wire 40 having a relatively small diameter, it may be inserted into the knockout hole 10a having a smaller diameter as shown in FIG. In other words, a single type of wire insertion hole cover 10 can handle a plurality of types of wires 40 having different diameters, and there is no need to prepare a plurality of types of wire insertion hole covers corresponding to the diameter of the wires 40, resulting in cost reduction. It can be planned.
[0017]
On the other hand, the cover 20 is formed in a substantially box shape with an open rear surface, and is attached to the front surface of the base 1. A substantially rectangular window hole through which a part of the watt hour meter 60 is inserted and exposed is provided at the upper front surface. 21 are provided. A pair of locking holes 22, 22 are provided at the upper open end of the cover 20, and a substantially semi-circular disk in plan view having an insertion hole 23 a through which a fixing screw (not shown) is inserted from near the opening end at the center of the lower surface. A projecting portion 23 is provided to project downward. When the cover 20 is attached to the front surface of the base 1 so that the opening edge of the cover 20 is engaged with the step 7 of the base body 2, the cover 20 protrudes from the upper end side of the base body 2. The locking projections 11, 11 are inserted and locked in the locking holes 22, 22 of the cover 20. Further, a rectangular plate-shaped fixing bracket 12 is attached to a substantially lower center of the peripheral wall 3 of the base 1 so as to partially project downward, and is inserted into an insertion hole 23 a of the projection 23 of the cover 20. The base 1 and the cover 20 are firmly fixed by screwing the set fixing screw into a screw hole 12 a formed in the fixing bracket 12.
[0018]
By the way, a concave portion 24 which falls into the inside is provided substantially all around the periphery of the window hole 21 on the front surface of the cover 20, and the window frame 30 is detachably attached to the concave portion 24. An inclined surface 25 is formed near the periphery of the window hole 21 on the front surface of the cover 20 and is inclined toward the inside of the cover 20 toward the window hole 21. The inclination angle of the inclined surface 25b located below the hole 21 is reduced.
[0019]
On the other hand, the window frame 30 is made of synthetic resin and has a rectangular exposure hole 31 through which a part of the watt-hour meter 60 is inserted and exposed. A pair of inclined surfaces 32a, 32b opposed to each other with the exposure hole 31 interposed therebetween substantially match the inclination angles of the inclined surfaces 25a, 25b near the periphery of the window hole 21 of the cover 20, respectively. In addition, a plate-shaped protruding wall 33 that abuts the concave portion 24 provided on the periphery of the window hole 21 of the cover 20 is vertically provided from the rear side peripheral edge of the window frame 30 toward the back, and vertically opposed. In the vicinity of both ends of the protruding wall 33, locking pieces 34 each having a locking claw 34a that locks to the tip of the concave portion 24 are provided to protrude along the protruding wall 33, respectively. Note that a tapered surface 34b that slopes outward toward the front side of the window frame 30 is formed at the tip of the locking claw 34a.
[0020]
When the rear side of the window frame 30 is inserted into the window hole 21 of the cover 20 from the front, the tapered surface 34b of the locking claw 34a comes into contact with the tip of the concave portion 24, and presses the window frame 30 toward the cover 20. As a result, the locking piece 34 bends inward along the tapered surface 34 b, and the locking claw 34 a rides over the leading end of the concave portion 24 and locks the window frame 30 in the concave portion 24. The hole 21 is fitted. The window frame 30 can be easily removed from the cover 20 by releasing the engagement between the recess 24 and the engagement claw 34a.
[0021]
That is, when the external dimensions of the portion that is inserted into and exposed through the window hole 21 of the watt hour meter 60 are large, a part of the watt hour meter 60 is inserted through the window hole 21 of the cover 20 without using the window frame 30. In the case where the external dimensions of the portion that is inserted into and exposed through the window hole 21 of the watt hour meter 60 are small, the window frame 30 is attached to the window hole 21 as shown in FIG. A part of the watt hour meter 60 may be inserted into the exposure hole 31 of the window frame 30 to be exposed. By detachably attaching the window frame 30 to the window hole 21 of the cover 20 in this manner, the watt-hour meters 60 having different dimensions can be freely replaced and housed with a good appearance. In addition, since the inclination angles of the pair of inclined surfaces 32a and 32b opposed to each other with the exposure hole 31 interposed therebetween substantially coincide with the inclination angles of the inclined surfaces 25a and 25b near the periphery of the window hole 21 of the cover 20, respectively. As shown, the front surface of the window frame 30 and the front surface of the cover 20 (storage panel main body) are flush with each other in a state where the window frame 30 is attached to the window hole 21, so that no step is generated between the two, and It is possible to prevent the window frame from being inadvertently detached due to an object being caught on a step formed between the window frame and the window frame.
[0022]
The window frame 30 can be mounted upside down with respect to the window hole 21, but the angle of inclination of the pair of inclined surfaces 32 a and 32 b opposed to each other with the exposure hole 31 interposed therebetween Since the inclination angles near the periphery are substantially equal to the inclination angles of the inclined surfaces 25a and 25b different from each other, when the window frame 30 is mounted upside down, as shown in FIG. The inclination angles of the inclined surfaces 25a and 25b and the inclined surfaces 32a and 32b of the window frame 30 do not match, and it can be easily determined that the window frame 30 is mounted in the wrong direction. (Upside down) can be prevented. Forming the inclined surfaces 32a and 32b on the window frame 30 has an advantage that the thickness from the front surface to the rear surface of the window frame 30 is increased as compared with a flat case, and the strength of the window frame 30 is improved. is there.
[0023]
By the way, as described in the prior art, when the thickness of the erection material such as the wall material to which the base 1 is attached is small and the diameter of the electric wire 40 is larger than the thickness of the erection material, the electric wire 40 is formed of the erection material. It may be difficult to bend the wire 40 when it is pulled out from the hole, and the wire 40 may not be able to be inserted into the wire insertion hole 4 of the base 1. In such a case, it is conceivable to interpose a spacer between the base 1 and the construction surface in order to compensate for the thickness of the construction material. However, in this case, a spare spacer must be created one by one according to the thickness of the construction material. However, there is a disadvantage that a mold dedicated to the spacer is required and the manufacturing cost is increased.
[0024]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the step portion 7 is formed over the entire periphery of the front surface of the base body 2, and has an inner diameter not smaller than the outer dimension of the tip portion of the boss portion 6 and has substantially the same size as the step portion 7. The fitting part 8 which receded to the back side is formed. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when another base 1 is superimposed on the front surface of the base 1, the peripheral wall 3 of the front base 1 is engaged with the step 7 of the rear base 1 and the rear base 1 is engaged. The front end of the boss portion 6 of the front base 1 is fitted into the fitting portion 8 of the base 1, and in this state, the electric wire 40 is inserted through the electric wire insertion hole 4 of each base 1, 1 as shown in FIG. The electric wire 40 can be connected to the watt hour meter 60 attached to the base 1. Therefore, even when the thickness of the erection material is small and the diameter of the electric wire 40 is larger than the thickness of the erection material, the electric wire 40 is easily bent by overlapping the bases 1 and 1 as described above. It is not necessary to use a separate member such as a spacer, and it is possible to cope with a small construction surface without increasing the cost. In addition, the peripheral wall 3 of the front base 1 is engaged with the step 7 of the rear base 1 and the front end of the boss 6 of the front base 1 is fitted into the fitting portion 8 of the rear base 1. Therefore, there is an advantage that the two bases 1 and 1 that are superimposed can be prevented from being displaced from each other, and the appearance is improved without any step between the peripheral wall portions 3 and 3.
[0025]
By the way, as shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the base 1 'and the cover 20' are formed to have approximately twice the size in the left-right direction, and window holes 21 ', 21' of the same shape are arranged side by side at the upper front part of the cover 20 '. Then, the two watt-hour meters 60, 60 may be accommodated. By storing a plurality of watt-hour meters 60 in this way, the cost can be reduced as compared with using a plurality of watt-hour meter storage panels that store one watt-hour meter 60. At this time, if the shape of the inclined surface 25 'formed near the periphery of each of the window holes 21', 21 'of the cover 20' is made the same, the same window frame 30 is provided in each of the window holes 21 ', 21'. There is an advantage that the window frame 30 can be attached, the common use of the window frame 30 is achieved, the manufacturing operation is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
[0026]
