Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a bag filling apparatus for inserting leafy vegetables such as spinach and syrup into a bag made of resin film or the like. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been a bagging apparatus for leafy vegetables disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-1316. This apparatus has a structure in which the hopper is moved by moving up and down into a bag waiting at the lower side, and the hopper is opened so that the leafy vegetables previously placed in the hopper are opened in the bag. That is, the lower part of the hopper can be opened and closed from a narrow state to a wide state, and when the hopper containing the leafy vegetables is inserted into the bag, the hopper can be expanded. When the hopper is extracted, the hopper is restored to the state where the original reduced leaf vegetables are inserted, and then stopped. [0003] In the above-mentioned prior art, the lower portion of the hopper is expanded and contracted so that the vegetables in the hopper are discharged into the bag. It was a means to pull out. However, when the hopper is pulled out from the bag by expanding the skirt of the hopper, the hopper of the hopper is in contact with the inner wall of the bag. Was. Further, leaf vegetables are generally wider at the tip of the leaf than at the stem, and it is extremely difficult to store the inner leaf vegetables in the bag by expanding the hem of the hopper. However, with the disclosed conventional technical means, reliable bagging could not be expected. [0004] The present invention takes the following technical measures to solve the above-mentioned problems. That is, the hopper-2 for putting leafy vegetables into the hanging bag 10 which is automatically opened with the opening of the bag and stands by is divided into left and right or front and rear directions. In a bag filling device configured to be movable between a state of being inserted into the bag and a state of being removed from the inserted state, and a stop position for temporarily stopping in an appropriate state of being inserted into the bag or being pulled out of the bag, At the time of stop and at the time of insertion and movement into the bag, the divided hopper pieces 2a and 2
b, the upper and lower positions are coincident with each other, and during the operation process of extracting from the bag, one side of the divided hopper pieces 2a and 2b simultaneously starts the extraction operation at a higher speed than the other side, and the next stop process Each hopper piece 2a, in which the moving speed is reversed in the middle of the stroke until

A control circuit shown in FIG. 4 is provided so that the solenoids of the motors 6a and 6b and various solenoid cylinder mechanisms 16, 19 and 22 are excited by a command from a control unit CPU of the microcomputer. Sensors SE1 and SE2 for detecting when the split hopper pieces 2a and 2b reach the vertical stop position are provided, and the detection signals are sent to the control unit CPU. . Further, a signal from the sensor SE3 for detecting that the empty bag mounting table 9 has run out of bags is also sent to the control unit CPU. A is an alarm. The operation of the above example will be described. When the work start command is executed by the switch SW1, the motors 6a and 6b both rotate forward or reverse, and the left hopper piece 2a and the right hopper piece 2b reach the upper positions shown in FIG. 1 and stop. I do. At this time, both hopper pieces are stopped at the same height position, so that the complete hopper shape is maintained. The positions of the hopper pieces 2a and 2b are detected by the sensors SE1 and SE2. The time is counted by a timer from the start of the stop, and when a timeout set in advance by the adjuster SP1 is reached, the hopper-2 is counted.
a and 2b are simultaneously lowered at the same speed. When the hopper 2 is stopped, the following operation is performed and the operation is performed according to a control command from the control unit CPU. That is, while the hopper 2 is stopped, a certain amount of leafy vegetables such as spinach and shinkiku is grasped and thrown into the hopper 2 from the stem side. Then, since the leaf vegetable has an extremely large volume on the leaf side, the leaf vegetable is clogged in the hopper 2 and is in a holding state. Further, the bags 10 stacked on the bag mounting table 9 during the stop time of the hopper 2 are moved by the bag attaching tools 13 attached to the rotating arm 12 of the bag removing mechanism 11 so that the upper ends of the right and left ends are provided. The upper side bag is separated upward and separated and pulled up. This operation is performed by solenoid cylinder-1
The rotation of the cam 15 is performed by the excitation of 6, and the rotation is performed via the cam floor 14. The operation is started simultaneously with the stop of the hopper-2. When the operation of the bag removing mechanism 11 is completed, the solenoid cylinder mechanisms 19a and 19b reciprocate back and forth, and the bag opening tools 18a and 18b adhere to the left and right intermediate portions of the bag 10 from the front and rear. Open the bag opening. Further, after the opening of the bag opening, the operation of the solenoid cylinder mechanism 22 is started, and the bag holding body 20 enters the bag opening while rotating into the bag opening, and the pressing and fixing wall 21 positioned outside the bag. Between the four corners of the bag mouth. These operations and operations are performed within the stop time of the hopper-2. After these operations and operations are completed, both the motors 6a and 6b rotate at the same speed, and the pinion gear 7 and the rack 5 mesh with each other to form a hopper.
The two left and right hopper pieces 2a, 2b are simultaneously lowered at the same speed. In other words, the hopper 2 with the leaf vegetables is lowered and inserted into the empty bag 10 waiting on the lower side. When the insertion reaches a specified size, the motors 6a and 6b simultaneously make a rotational difference at the same time, or one of them starts reverse rotation with a slight delay, so that the hopper 2 rises. Therefore, the hopper 2 at the time of the ascent rises while the left and right hopper pieces 2a and 2b are up and down with a difference, and discharges the leafy vegetables contained therein into the bag. That is, since the left and right hopper pieces 2a and 2b rise while being displaced from each other in the vertical direction, the inner leafy vegetables remain in place in the bag without being lifted, and the hem of the bag 10 is taken by the hopper-2. I will not raise it. Thus, the left and right hoppers 2a, 2a
b rises on one side while maintaining a high ascending speed, and from a predetermined position where the ascending speed is reversed, the hopper piece on the side which has been delayed due to the reversal of the ascending speed is moved up or moved forward.
When the left and right hopper pieces are stopped at the upper end, the pieces are restored to the same initial height. When the stroke at the end of the ascent process of the hopper 2 is appropriate, the solenoid of the solenoid cylinder mechanism 22 is de-energized to release the bag holding function of the bag holding body 20 and return to the original state. The bag filled with sprouts is discharged downward, received by the shutter 23, and slides out of the machine to be discharged. Such control is performed by the control unit CPU in advance.
This is executed by the software configuration and the stored control memory. By the above-mentioned repetition, bagging is automatically performed only by supplying the leafy vegetables into the hopper 2 which is operated at a fixed cycle and is stopped for a fixed time. In order to reliably release the leaf vegetables contained in the hopper 2 into the bag 10,
It is desirable to make the initial speed difference between the hopper piece 2a and the hopper piece 2b ascending as large as possible, and then set the reversed speed difference. It is conceivable to completely stop one side and then raise and stop only the other, then raise the other. However, in this case, the efficiency cannot be increased unless the operating speed is increased, and the stopping time High speed bagging is not possible unless the form is almost eliminated. In the above-described embodiment, the hopper-2 is stopped at the upper end portion and the empty bag is kept at the lower position of the hopper-2 in an open state. According to the configuration of the embodiment shown in the drawing, the hopper 2 is stopped in a state where the hopper 2 is first inserted into the empty bag, the leaf vegetables are thrown into the hopper 2 as in the previous case, and then the bag is held. Can be opened and dropped. In this embodiment, the guide shaft 4 is extended to the upper side of the machine body as compared with the previous embodiment, and when the hopper 2 is raised, the hopper 2 is stopped to supply the leaf vegetables. The bag 10 is further moved upward, and is lowered from the upper end position to stop. The bag 10 is moved from the mounting table 9 while the left and right hopper pieces 2a and 2b are moving upward from the stop position. It is configured to take out and complete the bag opening action and the bag holding action. These series of operations are the same as in the case of the above-described embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted. Also in the case of this embodiment, since the hopper 2 is inserted into the bag 10 and is stopped, the next step is the left and right hopper pieces 2a,
2b goes out of the bag and goes up.
The rotation speeds of the tabs 6a and 6b are different, and one side rises rapidly and the other side rises very slowly, so that the leafy vegetables in the hopper-2 can be reliably discharged into the bag 10. Reference numeral 24 in the drawing denotes a box-shaped frame that fixes the upper end of the guide shaft 4 of the second embodiment and forms a cover body when the metal 3 is moved upward. The operator adjusts and sets the adjuster SP1 of the control mechanism in the embodiment appropriately, so that the operating speed and the stop time of the hopper-2, the hopper piece 2a and the hopper piece 2b are adjusted.
Can be changed. Therefore, adjustment according to the type of leafy vegetables or adjustment according to the skill of the worker in bagging can be performed. This adjuster SP1 is specially separated so as to be able to adjust the type of adjustment, for example, the adjustment of the speed reverse speed of the hopper piece 2a and the hopper piece 2b at the time of elevating / lowering speed adjustment, stop time adjustment, and elevating / lowering. It has a configuration. It is common sense to use a sensor for detecting an error when the bag 10 is attached from the mounting table 9 and lifted upward, a bag opening error for opening the bag mouth, a bag holding error, or the like. Therefore, the description is omitted.
As described in detail in the above embodiment, the hopper 2 is configured so that the hopper pieces 2a and 2b can be lifted and lowered independently from each other as described in detail in the previous embodiment. The storage capacity is required to be adjustable according to the type of bagged leafy vegetables and the bagging amount to be shipped. This requirement can be met by adjusting the movement of the left and right sides of the hopper 2, that is, the separated portions. In the embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the guide metal 3 is divided into left and right sides, and the divided positions are overlapped so as to be slidable left and right. Change and adjust. At this time, it is necessary to provide an extra load on the front and rear sides so as to prevent a gap from being generated in the divided portion between the hopper -2a and the hopper -2b.
It should be noted that the illustrated embodiment is merely an example, and a capacity changing system that adjusts the hopper 2 in the front-rear direction may be used. In this case, the divided portions are adjusted by refracting each other as shown in FIG. A configuration such as fixing with a bolt 27 is conceivable. In the above embodiment, the leafy vegetables are stored in the hopper 2 with the hoppers 2a and 2b stopped at the same height position outside the bag, and thereafter the hopper 2 is placed in the bag at the same speed. First to lower and properly insert into hopper-2 bags
Two embodiments, the embodiment and the second embodiment in which the hopper is stopped with the hopper-2 inserted in the bag in advance and the leaf vegetables are accommodated in the hopper-2 at the time of the stop, will be described. In both cases, the left and right hopper pieces 2a and 2b are simultaneously or slightly delayed in the next step from the state where the leaf vegetables in the hopper 2 are stored and the hopper 2 is inserted into the bag. Left and right hopper pieces 2
Although the configuration in which the rising speeds of a and 2b are different has been described, in another embodiment shown in the embodiment of FIG. 10, the leaf vegetables in the hopper-2 are more appropriately stored in the bag. ,
In the above-described embodiment, the hopper pieces on one side are further lowered slightly from the position where the heights of the hopper pieces 2a and 2b coincide with the vertical height at the lower end of the bag, and the relative vertical difference for raising the other side is large. The configuration is as follows. This allows
In addition, an accurate bag packing effect can be expected. Further, when the bag-containing leaf vegetable storage bag is discharged to the upper surface of the lower shutter 23, the bag holder 20 is opened and discharged when the hopper 2 is operated in the bag to improve efficiency. be able to. That is, the start of the empty bag removing process can be accelerated, and a series of operations can be speeded up. In addition, when one of the hoppers 2a or 2b is lowered as described above, the bag holding can be opened properly. Release. Alternatively, the entire hopper 2 may be opened slightly by lowering the entire hopper 2 without lowering only one of the hoppers. The first
In this embodiment, leaf vegetables are stored in the hopper 2 in a state where the hoppers 2a and 2b are stopped at the same height position outside the bag, and then the hopper 2 is lowered into the bag at the same speed. To be inserted into the hopper-2 bags.
In this embodiment, to stop the hopper-2 outside the bag,
A shutter 28 can be provided at the lower part of the hopper as shown in FIG. 11, and a solenoid is operated by a command from the control unit CPU so that the shutter 28 does not hinder the lowering of the hopper 2 prior to the lowering of the hopper 2. Activated by the cylinder mechanism 29, the lower part of the hopper-2 can be closed when the hopper-2 stops. According to this embodiment, hopper-2
Since a shutter mechanism can be configured at the bottom of the bag, bagging of vegetables such as green onions and carrots is possible in addition to bagging of leaf vegetables, and versatility can be improved. In the structure of the machine frame in the above-described embodiment, the hopper-2 is vertically moved in any case. However, as in the embodiment shown in FIG.
May be moved obliquely up and down. In this case, even when the hopper 2 is stopped, the hopper 2 is inclined and the leaf vegetables can be easily put into the hopper 2. In addition, the height when the leaf vegetables are supplied while the hopper-2 is stopped can be reduced, and the bagging operation can be performed in an easy posture. In this embodiment, the hopper
2 is a case of stopping outside the bag, but it may be configured to stop in a state where the hopper-2 is inserted in the bag as in the case shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 described above. Of course. According to the present invention, the leaf vegetables supplied into the hopper are placed in a bag made of resin film or the like.
The leafy vegetables contained in the hopper can be reliably discharged into the bag without lifting the leafy vegetables when the hopper is lifted or the hopper attached to the bag-side hem, and can be packed.
Further, there is an effect of improving the efficiency of bag packing.
