又四角形の板バネ材1枚を用いたロードセルとして考案
されたものが実開平4−30449に開示されている。
この考案は、図5に示すように板の一辺から内側にL
形、逆L形の2個の切溝を向き合わせて設け、中央部を
起歪部とし、その両側の凹形部材の2つの側片を荷重部
として極薄型のロードセルを形成している。

率からみて偏荷重の場合に精度に悪影響を生じさせると
いう問題があった。そこでこの発明は、載台面積を人の
片足が載れる程度に小さくし、しかも体重を支え得るだ
けの剛性を保ちながら極力高さを低くし、更に荷重点と
固定点とをほぼ一致させて、人が片足で載ったとき、そ
の偏荷重による影響が生じない極小型のロードセルを提
供しようとするものである。

歪部5が撓み、上記のようにストレインゲージから出力
されA/D変換器を経てCPUでデータ処理された後デ
ィジタル重量が表示される。なお上記のように荷重点と
