2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a manhole joint is generally used when connecting a mounting pipe to a sewer facility such as a manhole opening. As a connection structure of this manhole joint, one shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5 is known. In FIG. 4, an opening 51 is provided in a side wall of a manhole block 50 made of concrete, and a connection side end portion of a manhole joint 52 is inserted into the opening 51,
The mortar 53 and the bonding agent 54 are filled in the gap between the outer wall of the connection side end and the end surface of the opening 51, and the connection work is completed.

However, in the conventional connection structure using the manhole joint, since the adhesion is secured only by the mortar filled in the gap between the manhole joint and the end face of the manhole opening, the seismic resistance is weak. There has been a problem that intrusion water into the manhole frequently occurs, and thus a stable water-stopping effect cannot be expected for a long period of time. Further, the filling of the mortar must be done manually at the site, and the workability is poor, and there is a problem that backfilling cannot be performed before the curing is completed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a joint structure of sewerage system according to the present invention applied to a manhole. In FIG. 1, the manhole 1 is a concrete block formed by stacking ring-shaped concrete cylinders, a fume pipe, or the like.
At the lower part of the side wall surface, openings 1a and 1b for communicating with the mounting tubes 4 and 4 are provided at the same height. The resin joint members (hereinafter referred to as joint members) 2 and 2 are fixed to the manhole openings 1a and 1b via the joining member 3, and the resin joint members 2 and 2 have openings 1a of the manhole 1. , 1b at the end opposite the mounting pipes 4, 4
Are connected. In the figure, 1c is a manhole cover. Reference numerals 7 and 7 in the figure denote bands for fixing the joining member 3.

The inner wall of the socket 2a is formed with two grooves in parallel with each other, and a ring-shaped packing 2b is fitted in the groove. This socket portion 2a is
It functions so that liquid leakage does not occur even if the mounting pipe 4 connected thereto vibrates. Further, an annular flange portion 2c is formed substantially in the center of the joint member 2, and a cylindrical portion insertion portion 2d is formed from the flange portion 2c toward the manhole side. Since the mounting pipe 4 can be inserted along the inner wall of the body of the joint member 2 and the insertion amount of the mounting pipe 4 can be adjusted, the conventional mounting pipe 4 is connected from the downstream side. The construction period can be shortened without being restricted by the construction method.

The joining member 3 is made of a cross-linked polyethylene having a heat-shrinking function as a base material and an adhesive layer provided on the joining surface, and is interposed between the joint member 2 and the manhole opening 1b. Specifically, the joining member 3 includes a seat portion 3a and a tubular neck portion 3b formed integrally with the seat portion 3a, and the seat portion 3a has a square or rectangular shape (see FIG. 2). A cylindrical insertion part 2d is formed in the center.
An opening having the same diameter as the outer diameter of the. The sheet portion 3a covers the wall surface 1d around the manhole opening portion and is sandwiched by the collar portion 2c. On the other hand, the tubular neck portion 3b is the seat portion 3a.
Is formed in a skirt shape from the opening edge of the joint member 2
It is adapted to be inserted into the cylindrical insertion portion 2d.

It is preferable that the joining member 3 and the joint member 2 are bonded in advance in a factory before being brought into the field.
In this case, the joint portion B of the joint portion 3 facing the collar portion 2c, the cylindrical insertion portion 2d and the cylindrical neck portion 3b fitted and inserted therein.
The joint surfaces C of and are joined by heating. At this time, since the joining member 3 contracts due to heating, the joining member 3 is joined in a state in which it is in close contact with the outer wall of the cylindrical insertion portion 2d. Moreover, since the adhesive layer made of butyl rubber is adhered to the joint side surface of the joint member 3, the joint member 2 and the joint member 3 thus joined can be in a very good close contact state. Table 1 shows the physical properties of the base material and the adhesive layer of the joining member 3.

On the other hand, at the site, the wall surface around the manhole opening 1a (the range where the seat 3a is joined) is cleaned and preheated. Next, the tubular neck portion 3b of the joining member 3 joined and integrated with the joint member 2 is inserted into the manhole opening 1a, and the seat portion 3a is brought into contact with the wall surface of the manhole 1. Next, the sheet portion 3a is heated from the outside of the sheet portion 3a using a burner, and the sheet portion 3a and the wall surface are adhered while being pressed. Next, the filler 6 is filled in the gap between the cylindrical neck portion 3b and the end surface 1e of the manhole opening 1a. Thereby, the joint member 2 can be fixed to the manhole opening 1a. Next, when the mounting pipe 4 is press-fitted into the socket portion 2a of the fixed joint member 2, the connecting work between the mounting pipe 4 and the manhole 1 is completed via the joint member 2 and the joining member 3.
