させるとともに、共通取付部の下方に設けたケースと一
体成形された弾性舌によって、共通取付部をケース裏面
方向へ付勢することにより、鍵群をワンタッチ装着で
き、装着後も鍵群を保持して脱落しないよう構成でき
る。また、複数の鍵群を全て包括するケース開口部を形
成すると、ケースの強度が著しく低下するため、鍵群の
隣接する隙間よりも共通取付部の隣接する部分の隙間を
大きく設定し、鍵群が隣接する隙間においてケース開口
部後方と前方を連結する補強用リブを形成できる。ま
た、鍵群の最上段にある共通取付部に、下方へ貫通して
鍵盤シャーシの孔に嵌入するボスと、鍵群のみを完結的
に保持して作業中に相互離脱しないための第1の係止爪
と、鍵群を鍵盤シャーシにワンタッチ装着できる第2の
係止爪を設けることにより、鍵群のみを予め一体化でき
るうえ、鍵群を従来構造の鍵盤シャーシにも使用できる
ため、鍵盤シャーシをケースと一体的に形成できない形
態の製品に対しても鍵の取付工数が少なく、作業性の良
い鍵盤装置が提供できる。

結された複数の鍵を、多段に重ね合せることにより、少
なくとも1オクターブの鍵群を構成し、鍵の揺動部をケ
ース開口部より前方へ露出させ、共通取付部をケース開
口部後方のケース裏面に取付る構造とした上で、鍵の左
右前後方向の整列規制をするT字状突起を共通取付部の
上部に設け、ケース裏面に設けたT字状溝へ嵌入させる
とともに、共通取付部の下方に設けたケースと一体成形
された弾性舌によて、共通取付部をケース裏面方向へ付
勢することにより、鍵群をワンタッチ装着でき、装着後
も鍵群を保持して脱落しないよう構成できるため、鍵の
取付工数が少ないことはもちろん、作業性も良く、鍵群
の取付をケースに予め準備しておけるなど、製造工程の
レイアウトの自由度が高まる利点をも備えている。ま
た、複数の鍵群を全て包括するケース開口部を形成する
と、ケースの強度が著しく低下するため、鍵群の隣接す
る隙間よりも共通取付部の隣接する部分の隙間を大きく
設定し、鍵群が隣接する隙間においてケース開口部後方
と前方を連結する補強用リブを形成している。これによ
ってケースの強度が確保でき、従来の鍵盤シャーシを廃
止してケースと一体成形することが可能となり、部品コ
ストや金型費用が大幅に削減できる。また、鍵群の最上
段にある共通取付部に、下方へ貫通して鍵盤シャーシの
孔に嵌入するボスと、鍵群のみを完結的に保持して作業
中に相互離脱しないための第1の係止爪と、鍵群を鍵盤
シャーシにワンタッチ装着できる第2の係止爪を設ける
ことにより、鍵群のみを予め一体に準備しておくなど、
部品物流形態や製造工程のレイアウトの自由度が高ま
り、また、鍵群を従来構造の鍵盤シャーシにも使用可能
となり、鍵盤シャーシをケースと一体的に形成できない
形態の製品に対しても鍵の取付工数が少なく作業性の良
い鍵盤装置が提供できる。
