Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は例えば苗載台及び植
付爪を備えて連続的に苗植作業及び側条施肥作業を行う
田植機に関する。 【0002】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来、複数組の施肥ホ
ッパ及び繰出ケースを左右方向に並設させて施肥部を形
成することにより、運搬用トラック荷台から機外側の施
肥ホッパが突出し易く、植付部及び施肥部の多条大型化
によって容易に運搬し得ない不具合がある。そこで、前
記植付部の苗載台を前方側に折畳むと、折畳み条数が制
限され、例えば2条分の苗載台を折畳むことによって他
の構成部品などと干渉する不具合があると共に、施肥部
を後方側に折畳むと、植付部を後方に移動させて干渉を
防ぐ必要があり、機体前後長が長くなる不具合がある。
また、施肥部の固定側施肥ホッパと収納側施肥ホッパの
間に隣接空間が形成され易く、肥料補給時に前記隣接空
間に肥料が落下して下方の繰出ケースなどに堆積し易い
不具合がある。また、固定側施肥ホッパの蓋と収納側施
肥ホッパの蓋の間に大きな隙間が形成され、肥料補給時
に前記各蓋の間から肥料が落下し易い不具合がある。 【0003】 【課題を解決するための手段】然るに、本発明は、中央
の固定側苗載台と左右機外側の収納側苗載台を設ける植
付部を走行車後側に装設させると共に、中央の固定側施
肥ホッパ及び繰出ケースと左右機外側の収納側施肥ホッ
パ及び繰出ケースを設ける施肥部を走行車後部で植付部
前方に装設させ、前記収納側施肥ホッパ及び操出ケース
を折畳んで収納させ、固定側施肥ホッパと収納側施肥ホ
ッパの隣接部上面側で前記各ホッパを左右方向に接離自
在に重ねて隣接空間を閉塞する田植機において、固定側
施肥ホッパと収納側施肥ホッパの隣接部に充填材を設け
て隣接空間を閉塞したもので、肥料補給時に前記各ホッ
パの隣接空間に肥料が落下するのを防止し得、前記ホッ
パ下方の操出ケースなどに肥料が付着する不具合をなく
