【発明の属する技術分野】自動販売機の本体ケースの底
部側に設けたケース基台の構成に関する。

【従来の技術】まず、本発明の実施対象となる自動販売
機の概要構成を図4に示す。図において、1は自動販売
機の本体ケース、2はその前面外扉、3は断熱内扉、4
は本体ケース1の庫内に収設した商品ラック(サーペン
タイン式商品ラック)、5は商品搬出シュータ、6は本
体ケース1の下部機械室内に収設した冷凍機のコンデン
シングユニットである。また、自動販売機は総重量が数
百kgにもなる重量物であり、このような重量物の本体
ケースを安定よく支えるために、ケース本体1はその底
部側に剛性の高いケース基台7を備えており、該基台7
の四隅に立てた支持脚8を介して自動販売機を設置面に
据付けるようにしている。
【0003】次に前記したケース基台7の従来における
組立構造を図5に示す。すなわち、ケース基台7は、ケ
ース本体1の内周側に取付けた額縁状外枠をベースとす
る基台本体9と、該基台本体9に溶接接合した板金製の
補強部材10とからなる。また、補強部材10は、基台
本体9の外枠前後に添わせたチャンネル状の前部補強金
10a,および後部補強金10bと、両補強金の間にま
たがる中間補強金10cとの各独立した三部品を組合せ
た上で、補強金材10a,10bと基台本体9との間,
および補強金10a,10bと10cの間がぞれぞれス
ポット溶接,TIG溶接などにより接合して組立て構成
されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、前記したケ
ース基台7の従来構造では、補強部材10として板金製
の各独立した3個の部品を採用し、基台本体9との間で
部品相互間を溶接接合して組立るようにしている。この
ために、製作面で次記のような難点がある。すなわち、
1)各部品を個別に板金加工して製作するために、材料
の裁断,曲げ加工を含めた工数が多く、かつ無駄な端材
も多く発生する。
【0005】2)また、部品点数が多いことから溶接箇
所が多く、特に中間補強金は取付位置合わせ,溶接を手
作業に頼っているために組立作業に手間が掛かるほか、
溶接歪みによる基台の変形も大きくなって本体ケース1
への組み込みがやり難くなるなどの組立性の問題もあ
る。本発明は上記の点にかんがみなされたものであり、
その目的は前記課題を解決し、少ない部品点数,溶接箇
所で安価に製作できる自動販売機のケース基台を提供す
ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明によれば、ケース本体の底部に取付けた額縁
状外枠をベースとする基台本体と、基台本体に溶接接合
した補強部材とからなり、かつ補強部材が基台本体の外
枠前部,後部に接合した前部補強金,および後部補強金
と、前部補強金と後部補強金とにまたがる中間補強金と
を組合せたケース基台を対象に、前記した前部補強金,
後部補強金,中間補強金、および側縁部分に形成した補
強リブ部を絞り加工にて一体化して単一部品となし、該
部品を基台本体の外枠に溶接接合して組立て構成する。

【0008】上記の構成により、ケース基台の補強部材
が従来の3部品から1ないし2部品に減少し、かつ基台
本体に取付けるための溶接箇所も大幅に減る。これによ
り工数が低減し、かつ部品の歩留りも向上するほか、溶
接歪みによる基台の変形も小さくなって組立性が向上す
る。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施例を前記した
形態別に分けて図面により説明する。なお、各実施例の
図中で図5に対応する同一部材には同じ符号が付してあ
る。
〔実施例1〕図1(a),(b)は本発明の請求項1に対
応する実施例を示すものである。この実施例において
は、図5の従来構造で使用していた3部品からなる前部
補強金10a,後部補強金10b,中間補強金10cに
代えて、これら補強金を一体化して作成した単一部品と
してなる補強金11を採用し、該補強金11を基台本体
9の内周側に溶接接合してケース基台7を組立て構成し
ている。なお、図1(a)において、基台本体9と補強
金11との間の溶接部分を斜線部分Wで表す。
【0010】ここで、前記の補強金11は鋼板を絞り加
工して作製したものであり、その前部11a,後部11
b,中間部11cがそれぞれ前記した独立部品の前部補
強金10a,後部補強金10b,中間補強金10cに対
応しており、11dは絞り加工により側縁部分に形成し
た補強リブ部である。
〔実施例2〕図2は本発明の請求項2に対応した実施例
を示すものである。この実施例においては、基台本体9
の補強部材が、図5における前部補強金10aと中間補
強金10cを一体化した単一部品として絞り加工により
製作した補強金12と、図5の後部補強金10bと同様
な後部補強金13との2部品からなり、これら部品を図
示のように基台本体9に組み合わせ、基台本体9の外枠
前辺部と補強金12の前部12aとの間、外枠後辺部と
後部補強金13との間、および補強金12の中間部12
bと後部補強金13との間を溶接してケース基台7を組
立てる。
【0011】〔実施例3〕図3は本発明の請求項3に対
応した実施例を示すものである。この実施例において
は、基台本体9の補強部材が、図5における後部補強金
10bと中間補強金10cを一体化した単一部品として
絞り加工により製作した補強金14と、図5の前部補強
金10cと同様な前部補強金15との2部品からなり、
これら部品を図示のように基台本体9に組み合わせ、基
台本体9の外枠後辺部と補強金14の後部14aとの
間、外枠前辺部と前部補強金15との間、および補強金
14の中間部14bと前部補強金15との間を溶接して
ケース基台7を組立てる。

【発明の効果】以上述べたように、本発明の構成によれ
ば、従来構造と比べて次記の効果を奏する。
1)ケース基台の基台本体に設けた補強部材の部品点数
が従来の3部品から1ないし2部品に減り、かつ溶接箇
所も減少する。これにより、製作,組立工数が低減し、
かつ部品の歩留りも向上して製作費のコストダウンが図
れるほか、溶接歪みによるケース基台の不要な変形も小
さくなって本体ケースへ取付ける際の組立性が向上す
る。

り加工が可能であり、個々の部品を板金加工で製作して
いた従来のものと比べて工数が少なく、かつ基台本体へ
組み込む際にも位置決めも簡単であることからロボット
