どの湿潤紙状体の包装装置に関する。

【従来の技術】近年、この種のウェットティッシュは、
ボトル内に筒状に巻回されたものを、蓋の取出し小口か
らポップアップするものは、携帯用に適さない、プラス
チックボトルのゴミ問題などのために、これに代えて、
携帯用ティッシュペーパー様の包装形態とするものが市
販されている。

なプラスチックシートからなるので、無造作にまたは過

とがある。

は、保形シートを開口部の周囲に設ける（以下先行例と
いう）ことで、封入袋の破断を防止することが開示され
ている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、この先行例
は、封入袋に開閉蓋を設けて、その開閉蓋の周囲を剛性
が高い保形シートにより保形するものであるが、保形シ
ートが開閉蓋を方形に取り囲んだ形態となるので、保形
シートの存在が違和感を与えて、デザイン的に優れたも
のではない。また、開閉蓋を開けるときの摘み部を摘み
上げるとき、保形シートの存在が邪魔になる。

き、封入袋が破れないとしても、開口部の縁と開閉蓋の
外周との間が、波打ったりシワが寄ることが多く、商品
価値を低下させることである。このことは、先行例の他
の全ての実施例に共通することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題は、湿潤紙状体
を収容する柔軟なシートから形成された封入袋と、その
外面に固着された保形シートと、この保形シートに粘着
剤層を有して接着された開閉蓋とを有し、前記封入袋の
前記保形シート側に湿潤紙状体を取り出すための取出口
を形成するための無端状の切離し線が形成され、前記保
形シートは、前記封入袋より高い剛性を有し、かつ前記
切離し線より外方を取り囲んで前記取出口全体を開放さ
せる無端状の開口部が形成され、前記開閉蓋は、前記開
口部全体を覆う形状を有し、前記切離し線で囲まれる部
分は、前記開閉蓋の内面と一体化されている、ことを特
徴とするものである。

【作用】本発明の主要点は、保形シートの上に開閉蓋を
設けたものである。これによって、繰り返し開閉蓋を開
閉するとき、保形シートの開口部の縁と開閉蓋の外周と
の間が、波打ったりシワが寄ることがない。また、開閉
蓋を第１回目に開くとき、封入袋の切離し線と保形シー
トの開口部との間の領域が、波打ったりシワが寄る可能
性があるが、その領域の面積を小さくすることで、この
問題を解消できる。
【００１１】また、仮に波打ったりシワが寄ることがあ
るとしても、その程度を小さく、かつこれは第１回目に
開けるときのみのものであり、一旦開けた後には、開閉
蓋の裏面と封入袋の外面との間には保形シート分の段差
があるために、開閉蓋は主に保形シートに対して粘着力
が作用するようになるので、封入袋に開閉蓋を設けて繰
り返し開閉する場合に比較して、その後の開閉蓋の開閉
に伴う波打ちおよびシワの発生を防止できる。

【実施例】以下本発明を図面を参照しながら実施例によ
りさらに詳説する。
（第１実施例）
図１および図２は第１実施例を示したもので、湿潤紙状
体、たとえばウェットティッシュＷＴを収容する柔軟な
シート、たとえばポリエチレンシートから形成された封
入袋１と、その上面に接着された、封入袋１より剛性の
高い（変形し難い、強度の高い、破断し難い）保形シー
ト２と、この保形シート２に粘着剤層３ａを有して接着
されたプラスチックなどの可撓性シートからなる開閉蓋
３とを有する。
【００１３】封入袋１の上面にはウェットティッシュ取
出口１Ａを形成するアーチ状または無端状、実施例では
長方形状の切離し線が形成されている。この切離し線
は、ミシン目または完全打ち抜きによる線とすることが
できる。図面では、完全打ち抜き線とし、かつ取出口１
Ａ内に相当する封入袋１の一部としての移行片１Ｂが開
閉蓋３の開きによってその裏面に移行し、取出口１Ａが
開口している状態が図示されている。
【００１４】前記保形シート２には、前記切離し線、換
言すれば取出口１Ａより外方を取り囲んで無端状の開口
部２Ａが形成されている。
【００１５】他方、開閉蓋３は、開口部２Ａ全体を覆う
形状を有し、その裏面全体には、粘着剤層３ａが形成さ
れている。また、長手方向端部には摘み部３Ａが形成さ
れているとともに、他端側両側からストッパー用切り込
み３Ｂが形成されている。
【００１６】このように構成された包装装置において
は、摘み部３Ａを摘んで開閉蓋３を長手方向一方から捲
ると、開閉蓋３の裏面が封入袋１の上面に粘着剤層３ａ
を介して接着されているので、図１のように、移行片１
Ｂが開閉蓋３に同伴されて捲られる。これによって、取
出口１Ａが開口される。
【００１７】この開口状態で内部のウェットティッシュ
ＷＴを取り出す。しかし、より望ましくは、図２に示す
ように、開閉蓋３を引き剥がしながらほぼ１８０度折り
返す。このとき、常用の態様としてのストッパー用切り
込み３Ｂ，３Ｂによって、開閉蓋３のそれ以上の引き剥

図３は第２実施例を示すものである。この例において
は、封入袋１の表面に無端状でなく、アーチ状の、すな
わち一部が切欠されない切離し線１０が形成されてい
る。また、切離し線１０の終端部には、前述のストッパ
ー用切り込み３Ｂ，３Ｂと同様の形状をもってストッパ
ー部１０Ａ，１０Ａが形成されている。なお、開閉蓋３
に第１実施例と同様のストッパー用切り込みを形成する
こともできる。
【００２１】この例においても同様に開閉蓋３の開閉お
よびウェットティッシュＷＴの取出しを行うが、切離し
線１０のストッパー部１０Ａ，１０Ａを幅方向に結ぶ部
分は封入袋１から離されず残存していることが、第１実
施例と異なる。
【００２２】（第３実施例）
図４は、第３実施例を示したもので、保形シート２が、
逆Ｕ字状をなしている以外は、第２実施例と同一であ
る。この第３実施例においては、開閉蓋３の開閉は専ら
保形シート２の部分で行われるために、開閉が行われな
い部分までも保形する必要がないとの考えに基づくもの
である。
【００２３】（他の変形例）
上記例においては、開閉蓋３裏面の前面に粘着剤層３ａ
を形成することで、保形シート２との間で繰り返し接着
を可能としているが、開閉蓋３の引き剥がしが行われな
い固定端部については、ホットメルト接着剤、ヒートシ
ールなどにより永久接着させるようにしてもよい。逆
に、開閉蓋３の開閉する部分については、ウェットティ
ッシュの液分の揮発を防止するために、粘着剤が塗布さ
れている必要がある。
