Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of installing a surface of various designed articles such as a side panel of a car, a car door, a three-way frame, a landing door, etc. during installation work. TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a protection device for an elevator design, which is used to protect the product from being stained or damaged. 2. Description of the Related Art As a protection device of this kind for an elevator design product, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-103973 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-103971, A technique has been proposed in which a curing sheet is applied to the surface of a side panel of a car. [0003] However, the above-described conventional technique of applying a curing sheet has the effect of preventing the surface of an elevator design from being stained or damaged, but is a design object to be protected. When checking the surface condition of, for example, when checking whether the surface pattern of a metal decorative board or decorative sheet material is in accordance with required specifications, there was a trouble that a part of the curing sheet had to be peeled off. . In addition, when the curing sheet is peeled and removed after the installation work is completed, for example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive that has adhered the curing sheet to the elevator design article adheres to the surface (adhering surface) of the design article. In some cases, the adhesive remained on the surface to be adhered, or a part of the surface layer of the design product was peeled off together with the curing sheet because the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the adhered surface was too strong.
Therefore, in such prior art, after removing the curing sheet from the elevator design, it may be necessary to remove the adhesive using a chemical, and in the worst case, replace some of the elevator design. There was something I had to do. [0004] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and has an object to easily confirm the surface condition of an adhered surface even if the surface is adhered to a design to be protected. Another object of the present invention is to provide a protection device for an elevator designed article, which does not leave an adhesive component on the adhered surface or peel off the adhered surface when peeling and removing. [0005] In order to achieve the above object, an apparatus for protecting an elevator design according to the present invention comprises a transparent thin film and an adhesive layer coated on one surface of the thin film. And the film thickness is 0.15 to 0.15.
Using a 0.25mm urethane film,
The thin film body is adhered to the surface of the design article via the adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer has a relatively low surface adhesive force and is easily peeled off from an object to be adhered . [0006] As described above, if the transparent thin film is attached to the surface of an elevator design to prevent the design from being stained or damaged, the surface condition of the design can be obtained without removing the thin film. Can be confirmed. Further, since the adhesive layer applied to one side of the thin film body has such a property that it can be easily peeled off from an object to be affixed, when the thin film body is peeled off from the elevator design article, the surface layer of the design article is removed. There is no danger of accidental peeling together, so that the work of removing the thin film can be performed quickly and with peace of mind. In addition, since the thin film body is peeled and removed from the elevator design, the possibility that the adhesive component of the adhesive layer remains on the surface of the design is low,
The complicated pressure-sensitive adhesive removing operation performed by using a chemical can be omitted . Also, the film thickness as the thin film material is from 0.15 to 0.
To use a 25mm urethane film
Therefore, like a landing door, the adhered surface comes close to other
Affix a thin film body to the designed product without hindrance
It is, even if a collision such as concrete pieces that occurs during construction is scattered, it is possible to absorb the impact by the elasticity of the urethane, high Mel the effect of preventing damage to the surface of the elevator design products Can be . An embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to FIG.
A description will be given with reference to FIG. Here, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a landing and a car of the elevator according to the present invention as viewed substantially from the front, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the positional relationship between the landing and the car and the hoistway, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a vertical sectional view of a landing door installed in the landing, FIG. 4 is a horizontal sectional view of the landing door, and FIG. 5 is a horizontal sectional view showing a main part of a side plate panel of the car shown in FIGS. In these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a landing, 2 denotes a hoistway, 3 denotes a boundary wall between the landing 1 and the hoistway 2,
Is a three-sided frame attached to the edge of the entrance opening formed in the boundary wall 3, 5 is a landing door provided in the interior of the entrance opening so as to be openable and closable, and 6 is installed in the hoistway 2 so as to be able to go up and down. This shows a car, and this car 6 is a floor plate 6A.
And a plurality of side panel panels 6B standing upright on the floor plate 6A and having a decorative sheet material attached to the surface, a ceiling 6C, a car door 6D, an operation panel 6F, and the like.
Reference numeral 7 denotes a transparent thin film attached to protect the surfaces of the landing door 5 and the side panel 6B, which are elevator design products, and 8 denotes a counterweight.
The thin film 7 is made of a urethane film having a thickness of about 0.2 mm. An adhesive layer is applied to one side of the thin film member 7 so that the thin film member 7 can be adhered to the surface of an elevator design product. Since it is of a property that it is easily peeled off from the object to be affixed, for example, even if the thin film 7 attached to the decorative sheet material of the side panel 6B is peeled off, the adhesive component remains on the surface of the decorative sheet material, There is no fear that a problem that a part of the decorative sheet material is peeled off at the same time. Further, in the present embodiment, the thin film 7 is attached only to a portion of the surface of the landing door 5 or the side plate panel 6B which is installed at a predetermined position, where dirt or damage is likely to occur during construction. 5, adjacent side panel panels 6
The joint 6E between B and 6B is not protected. As described above, if the transparent thin film 7 is attached to the surface of an elevator design to prevent the design from being stained or damaged, the surface condition of the design to be protected can be confirmed. For example, it is not necessary to peel off the thin film 7 when checking whether the surface pattern of the decorative metal plate or the decorative sheet material is in conformity with the required specifications. Can be. Further, since the adhesive layer applied to one side of the thin film 7 has such a property that it can be easily peeled off from the object to be affixed, the thin film 7 is peeled and removed from the elevator design product by completing the installation work. At this time, there is no possibility that the surface layer (decorative sheet material or the like) of the design article is accidentally peeled off together, and therefore, the work of removing the thin film body 7 can be performed quickly and safely. And
After peeling and removing the thin film body 7 from the elevator design, there is a low possibility that the adhesive component of the adhesive layer remains on the surface of the design, so that a complicated adhesive removing operation performed by using a chemical is unnecessary. Yes, a simple wiping with a dry cloth or the like is sufficient at best. Furthermore, when a urethane film having a thickness of about 0.2 mm is used as the thin film member 7 as in the present embodiment, concrete pieces and the like generated during construction are scattered and collide. Since the impact can be absorbed by the elasticity of the urethane, the effect of preventing damage to the surface of the elevator design to which the thin film member 7 is attached is enhanced, and the adhered surface is made of another member such as the landing door 5. The thin film 7 can be used without any trouble even for a design article
Can be attached. In consideration of the shock absorbing capacity of urethane and the facing distance between other members of various elevator designs, etc., the thin film 7 made of a urethane film is good if the film thickness is 0.15 to 0.25 mm. it is conceivable that. Further, in this embodiment, a case is described in which the thin film 7 is attached only to the surfaces of the landing door 5 and the side panel 6B, but the thin film 7 is attached to the three-sided frame 4, the car door 6D, It can also be protected by attaching it to the surface of another elevator design such as the panel 6F. The present invention is embodied in the form described above, and has the following effects. [0015] Since the transparent thin film is attached to the surface of the elevator design to prevent the design from being stained or damaged, the surface condition of the design can be confirmed without removing the thin film, and therefore, the work can be performed. Can be smoothed. In addition, since the adhesive layer applied to one side of the thin film body has a property that it can be easily peeled off from the object to be affixed, when the thin film body is peeled off from the elevator design article, the surface layer of the design article may be mistaken. Therefore, there is no possibility that the thin film is peeled off together, and therefore, the work of removing the thin film can be performed quickly and safely. Further, after peeling and removing the thin film from the elevator design, there is a low possibility that the adhesive component of the adhesive layer remains on the surface of the design, so a complicated adhesive removal operation performed using a chemical is performed. Can be omitted . Also, the film thickness as the thin film material is 0.15
Using a urethane film of 0.25 mm
As a result, the adhered surface approaches other members like a landing door
And attach the thin film to the opposing design without any problem.
In addition to the fact that even if concrete pieces generated during construction scatter and collide, the impact can be absorbed by the urethane elasticity, the effect of preventing damage to the surface of the elevator design can be enhanced. Can be
