【従来の技術】従来、電気機器収納箱用窓としては、図
2に例示するように、窓ガラスなどの透明板材を組み込
んだ枠部材14を、適宜本数の取付ボルト15でもって
配電盤または計器類などを収納する電気機器収納箱の扉
面あるいは蓋面などの面板材11に取り付けたものがあ
る。次の図3は、この電気機器収納箱用窓の取付ボルト
15の周辺部分を示す断面であり、枠部材14は、その
中空部17に頭部を収納した取付ボルト15によって、
パッキン21、22を介在させて面板材11の窓開口の
周縁部13に取り付けられている。また、図4は、取付
ボルト15から離れた部分の断面であり、取付ボルト1
5が存在しない点以外は、図3と全く同様である。
【0003】このような電気機器収納箱用窓を組み立て
るには、先ず、パッキン21を透明板材16の周囲に嵌
め込んで取り付け、これをアルミニウム合金押し出し型
材あるいは硬質プラスチック型材からなる枠部材14の
内側所定部分に取り付ける。同時にパッキン22も同様
に枠部材14に取り付ける。この場合、取付ボルト15
はあらかじめその頭部を枠部材14の中空部17に収納
させて取り付けておくものとする。それから、透明板材
16とパッキン21、22を取り付けた枠部材14を面
板材11に、あらかじめ準備したボルト孔に先の取付ボ
ルト15を嵌め込んでナットで締めつけることにより、
取り付け固定することができる。
【0004】このような組立作業に際して、パッキン2
1、22は、合成ゴム質のような軟質弾性体で作られて
いるので剛性に乏しく、枠部材14から分離し易く、そ
こで分離しないように手で押さえながら作業しなければ
ならない面倒があった。そのため、図3、4に例示する
ように、枠部材14とパッキン21、22とを接着剤2
4a、24bによって接着して、分離しないように対応
していた。このような接着作業のために、液状接着剤を
塗布する、または接着テープを切り取って貼付するなど
の準備工数がかかり、作業性がよくないという問題があ
った。また、図5に示すように、パッキン21、22を
一体にしたパッキン23を用いるケースもあるが、この
場合も接着剤24a、24bを使用する点において同様
な問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上記の問題
点を解決するためになされたものであり、枠部材とパッ
キンとを接着剤などを用いることなく結合できる形状に
準備しておき、組み立て時に1体としてハンドリングす
ることが可能となる電気機器収納箱用窓を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の問題は、電気機器
収納箱の面板材に設けられた窓開口の周縁部に、透明板
材の周縁を包囲した弾性パッキンを介装して剛性枠部材
を取り付けた電気機器収納箱用窓であって、その剛性枠
部材には、面板材のボルト孔に取り付けられる 取付ボル
トの頭部を収納する中空部が設けられるとともに、前記
弾性パッキンの剛性枠部材との当接面には突起が形成さ
れ、かつその剛性枠部材にはその突起を押し込んで連結
させる嵌着自在な開口部が前記中空部に連通した形状に
形成され、前記突起が前記開口部に押し込まれて嵌着し
た状態で前記弾性パッキンが前記剛性枠部材に添着され
ていることを特徴とする電気機器収納箱用窓、により解
決することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】次に、本発明の電気機器収納箱用
窓に係る実施形態を示す図1および参考のために図2を
参照しながら説明する。本発明では、電気機器収納箱の
面板材11に設けられた窓開口12の周縁部13に、弾
性パッキン3を介装して剛性枠部材14を取り付けた構
造を採用している点では、先に説明した事例と同様であ
る。なお、窓ガラスのような透明板材16の取り付け構
造は、先の事例と同様に、弾性パッキン3の内周側に形
成された凹溝31に透明板材16の周縁を嵌め込んで、
前記剛性枠部材14に添着してある。
【0008】そして、本発明の特徴事項は、前記の弾性
パッキン3の剛性枠部材14との当接面には突起32が
形成され、かつその剛性枠部材14には、前記突起32
が嵌着自在な開口部18が中空部17に連通した形状に
形成されていて、この開口部18に前記突起32が嵌着
した状態で前記弾性パッキン3が前記剛性枠部材14に
添着されているところにある。なお、剛性枠部材14の
中空部17は、面板材11のボルト孔に取り付けられる
取付ボルト15の頭部を収納する部分として設けられて
いるのである。

用いて電気機器収納箱用窓を組み立てるには、先ず、パ
ッキン3の内周側凹溝31を透明板材16の周囲に嵌め
込んで取り付け、これを剛性枠部材14の内側部分に取
り付けるのであるが、このときにパッキン3の突起32
を剛性枠部材14の開口部18に押し込んで、簡単には
分離しないよう連結させれば容易に取り付けることがで
きる。次いで、あらかじめ準備しておいた取付ボルト
(図示せず)を用いて枠部材14を面板材11に固定す
ればよいが、その場合は、図3の例示と同様に行うこと
ができるのである。

向における突起32の長さは、特に限定されるものでは
なく、ごく短い場合の単純な突起状のものから、ある程
度の長さがある凸条形状のもの、さらにはパッキン全周
に連続したリング状の凸条形状まであり得る。また、こ
の突起32の所要個数も特に限定されるものでなく、剛
性枠部材14との結合が適切になるよう設定すればよい
ものである。
