Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a detergent composition, and more particularly to a detergent composition having good stability and usability, and good foaming properties, detergency and foam quality. The present invention relates to a skin cleansing composition that gives a refreshed feeling to the skin after use and gives a moist feeling and smoothness to the skin after use. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in detergents, various surfactants are selected according to the purpose and use of the detergent in consideration of foaming properties and detergency, or a combination thereof is required. To fulfill the functions that have been done. Among them, the main component of liquid skin cleaners, especially body cleaners, is that potassium salts of higher fatty acids are excellent in foaming properties, detergency, solubility in aqueous system, freshness after rinsing, etc. Has been used as a detergent component. [0003] However, a detergent containing a potassium salt of a higher fatty acid as a main component is excellent in terms of foaming properties, detergency, solubility in an aqueous system, and a refreshing feeling after rinsing. However, on the other hand, it has disadvantages such as generation of so-called soap scum during cleaning, inability to obtain a creamy foam, and excessive skin degreasing during cleaning, resulting in firm skin after use. In addition, in order to ensure product stability and usability (ease of use), it is necessary to increase the viscosity of the system to an appropriate level. However, an aqueous solution of a potassium salt of a higher fatty acid alone keeps the viscosity stably high. Is difficult, and gelation and crystal precipitation at a low temperature are likely to occur. [0004] As a method for solving the above-mentioned problems of the detergent containing a potassium salt of a higher fatty acid as a main component, there have conventionally been used acylalkyltaurine salts, acylisethionate salts, phosphate ester salts, acylamino acids. A combination with a salt-based surfactant or the like has been studied, and an application has been filed. Also, addition of a gelling agent such as fatty acid alkylolamide or various water-soluble polymers has been studied in order to obtain an appropriate viscosity. However, these methods have not been able to finally provide excellent quality as a liquid skin cleanser, such as insufficient improvement of defects and unfavorable feeling during use. Accordingly, development of a more improved liquid skin cleanser in these respects has been desired. [0005] Under these circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks. As a result, the present inventors have found that potassium salts of higher fatty acids, specific amphoteric surfactants and emulsion polymerization can be used. By combining a specific amount of each of the obtained high molecular weight silicone emulsions having a specific average particle size, the advantages of higher fatty acid potassium salt-based detergents such as foaming property during washing, detergency, and refreshing feeling after washing are obtained. Eliminates soap scum during washing, obtains a creamy foam without impairing, and gives the skin a moist feeling and smoothness after use, and reduces the viscosity of the system without using a gelling agent. It has been found that a moderately high level can provide good stability and usability, and the present invention has been completed based on these findings. That is, the present invention provides the following components (A) to
(C): (A) 5-30% by weight of potassium salt of higher fatty acid (B) 2-20% by weight of betaine alkyldimethylaminoacetate (C) General formula (1) (Wherein, R 1 represents a methyl group or a phenyl group, R 2 represents a methyl group or a hydroxyl group, and m is 800 to 500.
Indicates 0. A) a high molecular weight silicone emulsion having an average particle size of 0.25 to 30 μm obtained by emulsion polymerization, containing 0.01 to 10% by weight as a high molecular weight silicone, and an anion other than the component (A) Surface activity

A skin cleansing composition characterized by being at least 0 cps and less than 4000 cps . DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The potassium salt of a higher fatty acid as the component (A) used in the present invention is an anionic surfactant widely used in detergents. Potassium salts of higher fatty acids have higher solubility in water than other salts of higher fatty acids that are hardly soluble in water, and have excellent foaming properties and detergency, giving a refreshing feeling after washing, but are vulnerable to hard water ,
It has disadvantages such as poor low-temperature stability. In the present invention, high foaming properties and detergency, essential as a skeletal component of the formula for imparting a refreshing feeling after rinsing, the disadvantages of the potassium salt of the higher fatty acid are improved by using in combination with other essential components. You. In particular, the present inventors have found that in the present invention, the interaction between the potassium salt of the higher fatty acid of the component (A) and the betaine alkyldimethylaminoacetate of the component (B) described below produces a thickening effect. Was. As a result, a stable, moderately high-viscosity liquid can be obtained without using a gelling agent. However, even the same higher fatty acid salt does not show this tendency to thicken with sodium salt, triethanolamine salt and the like. The source of the potassium salt of the higher fatty acid of the component (A) in the present invention is not particularly limited, and is produced by a conventionally known method. For example, animal fats such as beef tallow, coconut oil, and palm oil Vegetable oils such as oil, palm kernel oil, olive oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, or higher fatty acids such as capric acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, behenic acid, etc. Examples include those obtained by saponifying or neutralizing at least one selected from the above with potassium hydroxide. Among the potassium salts of higher fatty acids thus obtained, potassium salts of coconut oil fatty acids,
Particularly preferred are potassium salts of palm kernel oil fatty acids, potassium salts of lauric acid, potassium salts of myristic acid, and potassium salts of palmitic acid. Further, potassium salts of higher fatty acids of the component (A), not only formulated as a higher fatty acid potassium in the formulation, the potassium hydroxide and a higher fatty acid blended separately,
It can also be produced by a reaction in the production process of the cleaning composition of the present invention. In the present invention, the potassium salt of a higher fatty acid produced by this method is also included in the component (A). In the present invention, the compounding amount of the potassium salt of the higher fatty acid as the component (A) is 5 to 30% by weight (hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, the weight% is simply indicated as%) in the whole composition. Range, preferably 10-20%. If it is less than 5%, sufficient foaming properties and detergency cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 30%, it does not exhibit a liquid state and may not be practically suitable in terms of quality as a liquid detergent. The alkyldimethylaminoacetate betaine, which is the component (B) used in the present invention, is an amphoteric quaternary ammonium salt commonly used in detergents and hair products, and has good detergency. On the other hand, the foamability is not so good. In the present invention, as described above, the thickening effect can be obtained by the combined use with the potassium salt of the higher fatty acid as the component (A), and it is effective in improving the detergency and suppressing soap scum during the cleaning. . There is no particular limitation on the origin of the alkyldimethylaminoacetate betaine as the component (B) in the present invention, and those produced by a conventionally known method can be used. The alkyl group is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include alkyl groups such as coconut oil alkyl groups, palm kernel oil alkyl groups, lauryl groups, and myristyl groups.
Of these, coconut oil alkyl groups, lauryl groups, and palm kernel oil alkyl groups are preferred. Alkyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine is commercially available as Ricabion A-100 (manufactured by Shin Nihon Rika), Anon BF (manufactured by NOF CORPORATION), or the like. In the present invention, the amount of the betaine alkyldimethylaminoacetate of the component (B) is 2 to 2 in the total composition.
It is in the range of 0%, preferably in the range of 5 to 15%. If it is less than 2% or more than 20%, a sufficient and appropriate thickening effect cannot be obtained, and good usability cannot be obtained. In particular, if it is less than 2%, the effect of suppressing soap scum and the improvement in detergency are not sufficient. In the present invention, in order to effectively utilize the thickening effect of the potassium salt of a higher fatty acid as the component (A) and the betaine alkyldimethylaminoacetate as the component (B),
The compounding weight ratio (A) / (B) is preferably in the range of 5/1 to 1/1, and in this range, a high viscosity more suitable for a product system can be obtained. The high molecular weight silicone emulsion having an average particle size of 0.25 to 30 μm obtained by emulsion polymerization of the component (C) used in the present invention is represented by the following general formula (1): (Wherein, R 1 represents a methyl group or a phenyl group, R 2 represents a methyl group or a hydroxyl group, and m is 800 to 50.
00 is shown. Is a high molecular weight silicone emulsion obtained by emulsion polymerization of the high molecular weight silicone represented by the formula (1), wherein the average particle size of the emulsion droplets of the high molecular weight silicone is in the range of 0.25 to 30 μm. The high molecular weight silicone emulsion of the component (C) is an emulsion obtained by emulsion polymerization, and thus has good stability, and the average particle size of the emulsified droplets is in an appropriate range, so that it has good adhesion to the skin. In addition, since it has an appropriate viscosity, it can be easily incorporated into a skin cleanser, and does not need to be mixed with dimethylpolysiloxane or an oil agent having a low polymerization degree. Therefore, in the present invention, by using the high molecular weight silicone emulsion of the component (C), an excellent skin cleansing composition that satisfies the moist feeling and smoothness of the skin after use can be obtained. The high molecular weight silicone emulsion of component (C) has an average particle diameter of emulsified droplets of 0.25 to 30 μm.

If it is less than m, the particles are too fine and the adhesion to the skin is not sufficient. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient moist feeling and smoothness of the skin, and it is difficult to obtain a good feel after washing.
On the other hand, if it exceeds 30 μm, stickiness may occur and the usability may deteriorate, or the stability of the system may be adversely affected. In the present invention, the high molecular weight silicone emulsion of the component (C) may be used alone or in combination of two or more, if necessary. It is 0.01 to 10%, and more preferably 0.1 to 5%. If it is less than 0.01%, sufficient moist feeling and smoothness cannot be obtained.
If it exceeds 0%, it may adversely affect the usability as a cleaning agent and the stability of the system. The high molecular weight silicone emulsion of the component (C) used in the present invention can be produced by a known method, and can also be obtained as a commercial product such as BY22 series (manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd.). The skin detergent composition of the present invention, in addition to the above essential components, quantitative does not impair the effects of the present invention according to the purpose, in qualitative range, fatty acid alkylolamides, polyalkylene Surfactants such as glycol fatty acid esters;
Pearl agents such as alkylene glycol fatty acid esters; viscosity or feel improvers such as water-soluble polymers and water-soluble polysaccharides;
Aqueous components such as polyhydric alcohols; oily components such as lanolin, hydrocarbons, oils and fats, and silicone oils; ultraviolet absorbers; chelating agents; pigments; preservatives; pH adjusters; antioxidants; Other ingredients used in skin cleansers can be included. The skin cleansing composition of the present invention is prepared by heating and mixing a specific amount of each of the above essential components such as potassium salt of higher fatty acid, betaine alkyldimethylaminoacetate, and a high molecular weight silicone emulsion having a specific average particle size. In some cases, it may be subjected to a cooling treatment and, if necessary, appropriately blending the above-mentioned optional components to produce a skin cleansing agent for body, hand, face wash and the like. Further, the skin cleansing composition of the present invention is a low-viscosity to high-viscosity liquid, an emulsion, depending on the combination of other components and the mechanism of the container.
It can be carried out in various forms such as cream, gel and the like. The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples. Note that these do not limit the present invention at all. Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 16 Liquid Body Soap A liquid body soap was prepared by the composition shown in Tables 1, 2 and 3 and by the following method, and the thickening effect was obtained by the following test method. The foaming property, detergency, good foam quality (creamy feeling), degree of soap residue during washing, freshness after washing, moist feeling and smoothness after use were evaluated. The results are also shown in Tables 1, 2 and 3 . [Table 1] [Table 2] [Table 3] (Evaluation Method) <1> Thickening Effect For each sample of Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 16 ,
The viscosity at 25 ° C. was measured using a Brookfield-type rotational viscometer, and (a) the thickening effect was evaluated in three steps according to the viscosity evaluation standard. (A) Viscosity evaluation standard 1000 cps or more and less than 4000 cps: (good) 4000 cps or more and less than 10000 cps or 100 cps or more and less than 1000 cps: (normal) 10,000 cps or more or less than 100 cps: × (poor) <2> Foaming For the liquid body soaps of Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 16 , a 0.5% diluted solution of each sample was prepared and tested by the Ross Miles test method. Was evaluated in four steps according to (B) Foaming evaluation criteria Foam amount 220 ml or more: ((very good) Foam amount 200 ml or more and less than 220 ml: ○ (good) Foam amount 150 ml or more and less than 200 ml: △ (normal) Foam amount less than 150 ml: × (poor) <3> A predetermined amount (1.0 g) of olive oil is adhered to a cotton cloth having a detergency of 5 cm × 5 cm, and the dried cloth is used as a contaminated cloth. Example 1
The contaminated cloth was placed in a 1% diluted solution of each of Samples Nos. 6 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 16 , shaken at 30 ° C for 30 minutes, and then the amount of triglyceride derived from olive oil in the detergent solution was measured. The removal rate was determined from the measured value and the formula (1), and (c) the detergency was evaluated in four steps according to the detergency evaluation criteria. [Equation 1] (C) Detergency Evaluation Criteria Removal rate 60% or more: ((very good) Removal rate 50% or more and less than 60%: ((good) Removal rate 40% or more and less than 50%: △ (normal) removal rate Less than 40%: × (poor) <4> Good foam quality (creamy feeling) <5> Degree of soap residue during washing <6> Refreshing feeling after washing <7> Moist feeling of skin after use <8> Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Example 1 Using 10 Panels for Evaluating Skin Smoothness after Use
A use test was conducted on each of the samples Nos. To 16 to evaluate the goodness of the foam quality (creamy feeling), the degree of soap residue during washing, the refreshing feeling after rinsing, the moist feeling of the skin after use, and the evaluation items of smoothness. A five-step evaluation was performed using the following (d) absolute evaluation criteria. Thereafter, the average of the scores of each sample was evaluated using (e) a four-point evaluation standard. (D) Absolute evaluation criteria (E) Four-step evaluation criteria As is evident from the results in Tables 1 and 2, the liquid body soap of the present invention shows good results in foaming property, detergency, creamy foam quality, and refreshing feeling after rinsing. No soap scum was found. In addition, stability and usability were good due to appropriate viscosity, and it was demonstrated that the skin after use had excellent effects on moist feeling and smoothness. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 1 to 16
Did not find anything that satisfied all the items. Example 7 Liquid soap A liquid soap was prepared according to the following composition and production method. (composition) (Production method) Components (1) to (4) and (8) are uniformly heated and dissolved, and cooled. B. Add components (5), (6) and (7) to A and mix uniformly. C. Fill the container with B to obtain a liquid soap. The liquid soap of Example 7 obtained as described above has an easy-to-use viscosity, has good foaming, has a creamy feel, and has a refreshed hand skin after washing, and a moist feeling on the skin after use. Slight smoothness remained, showing an excellent effect as a cleaning agent. As described in detail above, the skin cleansing composition of the present invention can obtain an appropriate viscosity without using a gelling agent, and has good stability and usability. can get. In addition, it has good foaming properties, detergency and foam quality during use, and does not generate soap residue. It also has a refreshing feeling on washing but also gives a moist feeling and smoothness to the skin after use. Which is excellent as a detergent composition for skin.
