【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、各種の機器を電気
的に接続するハーネスをシートフレームのエッジ近傍に
導通させて配線するのに適用されるシートにおけるハー
ネスの配線構造に関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】自動車用シートにおいては、図3で示す
ようにエアバッグ装置Eや乗員着座姿勢検知装置Sのよ
うな各種の機器を装備することが図られている。
【0003】これらの機器をシートに装備する場合、例
えば、エアバッグ装置Eのようにシートバックフレーム
FのサイドプレートPに取り付け、そのエアバッグ装置
Eを衝撃センサー(図示せず)と電気的に接続するハー
ネスHをサイドプレートPの板面に設けた開口部Gより
内側に引き込んで配線することが行われている。
【0004】その開口部Gの内側を唯単に導通させてハ
ーネスHを配線すると、ハーネスHが開口部Gのエッジ
と接触し、振動等に伴っては開口部Gのエッジと擦れ合
って傷付き、更には被膜が破れてしまう等の虞れがあ
る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、シートに装
備される各種機器のハーネスを簡単な構造でシートフレ
ームのエッジと接触させないようシートフレームのエッ
ジ近傍に導通させて確実に配線可能なシートにおけるハ
ーネスの配線構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明に係るハーネスの
配線構造においては、ハーネスの軸線をシートフレーム
のエッジより内側の口内でくわえ込み保持するホルダー
部と、ホルダー部から相対的に狭い幅で伸びて基端側を
シートフレームの面内に位置するホルダーアーム部と、
ホルダーアーム部の基端側に配置させてシートフレーム
の板面に嵌込み固定する突起部と、ホルダーアーム部の
中腹辺から突起部の嵌込み方向と同方向に立ち上がって
シートフレームのエッジに当接する柱状の係合ピンとを
有するクリップを備え、ハーネスをクリップのホルダー
部でシートフレームのエッジから離間させて導通保持す
ると共に、クリップを突起部と係合ピンとでシートフレ
ームの板面に回り止め固定することにより構成されてい
る。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、図1,図2を参照して説明
すると、図示実施の形態に係るハーネスの配線構造は、
図3で示すようなエアバッグ装置EのハーネスHをシー
トバックフレームFのサイドプレートSに設けた開口部
Gの内側に導通させて配線するのに適用されている。こ
のハーネスの配線構造は、シートフレームFの開口部G
に導通するハーネスHをクリップCで保持することによ
り構成されている。
【0008】クリップCは、ハーネスHを軸線上でくわ
え込み保持するホルダー部1を主体とし、ホルダー部1
よりも相対的に幅狭のホルダーアーム部2と、シートフ
レームFの板面に嵌込み固定する突起部3と、開口部G
のエッジに当接する柱状の係合ピン4とを備えて形成さ
れている。また、各部1〜4を一体に樹脂成形すること
により形成されている。
【0009】ホルダー部1は、図1で示すようにハーネ
スHを開口部Gのエッジより内側の口内でくわえ込み保
持するよう、一部をハーネスHのくわえ込み口として開
放したリング状に形成されている。ホルダーアーム部2
は、ホルダー部1よりも相対的に狭い幅で伸びる突片状
のもので、基端側をシートフレームFの面内に位置する
よう形成されている。
【0010】突起部3は、図2で示すようにアンカー状
のものとしてホルダーアーム部2の基端側に設けられて
いる。係合ピン4は、ホルダーアーム部2の中腹辺から
突起部3の嵌込み方向と同方向に立ち上がる柱状に形成
されている。
【0011】そのクリップCによっては、突起部3をシ
ートフレームFの板面に嵌込み固定し、係合ピン4を開
口部Gのエッジに当接すると共に、ホルダーアーム部2
を開口部Gのエッジに向けて位置し、ハーネスHを開口
部Gのエッジより内側の口内でくわえ込み保持すること
から、ハーネスHをホルダー部1で開口部Gのエッジよ
り離間させて導通保持するようシートフレームFの板面
に取り付けられる。
【0012】これにより、ハーネスHは開口部Gのエッ
ジと接触しないことから、振動等に伴っても開口部Gの
エッジと擦れ合うのを防げ、被膜破れ等が発生するのを
確実に防げる。また、クリップ全体を突起部3と係合ピ
ン4で開口部Gのエッジに回り止め固定できるから、ハ
ーネスHが開口部Gのエッジに接触する事態の発生をよ
り確実に防止できる。
【0013】そのクリップCは、係合ピン4が突起部3
の嵌込み方向と同方向に立ち上がるため、シートフレー
ムFに対する突起部3の嵌込みと、開口部Gのエッジに
対する係合ピン4の当接とを同時並行的に行なえ、これ
によるワンタッチ装着で取り付けられる。また、ハーネ
スHを開口部Gに導通する際に、クリップCをハーネス
Hに組み付けた状態でもシートフレームFに取り付けら
れるから作業性を向上でき、狭幅のホルダーアーム部2
を備えることにより取付けスペースを取らずに狭い場所
でも取り付けられる。
【0014】上述した実施の形態は、エアバッグ装置E
のハーネスHを配線する場合に基づいて説明したが、そ
れ以外にも、乗員着座姿勢検知装置のハーネスのような
各種の機器を電気的に接続するハーネスの配線に適用で
きる。

【発明の効果】以上の如く、本発明に係るハーネスの配
線構造に依れば、ハーネスをクリップのホルダー部でシ
ートフレームのエッジから離間させて導通保持すると共
に、クリップを突起部と係合ピンとでシートフレームの
板面に回り止め固定することから、ハーネスをシートフ
レームのエッジと接触させず、振動等に伴ってもシート
フレームのエッジと擦れ合うのを防げ、被膜破れ等が発
