Particularly, as shown in, for example, JP-A-5-126336, the above-mentioned cooking chamber An exhaust hole is drilled in the upper part of the rear wall, and a part of the combustion hot air in the cooking chamber is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust hole, and a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the cooking chamber is attached to the exhaust passage. What you did,
Since the exhaust hole and the exhaust passage are configured to have substantially the same cross-sectional area, the combustion hot air in the cooking chamber is easily routed to the exhaust passage,
When the burner extinguishes and the outside air is supplied to the cooking chamber, the temperature of the cooking chamber decreases and the temperature of the ventilation passage that passes through the exhaust passage decreases quickly, the number of times the burner blinks increases and the fuel supply to the burner increases. There is a problem that the durability performance of the solenoid valve or the igniter that controls the engine is deteriorated, the thermal efficiency is decreased, and the fuel consumption increases.

Reference numeral 1 is a cooker body in which heating by combustion hot air of a burner and high frequency heating are combined, and a front surface is opened inside 2 In addition, a cooking chamber 3 for accommodating the food to be cooked is defined from this opening, and a combustion chamber 6 accommodating a gas burner 5 via a rear wall 4 and a circulation fan 7 are formed in the interior of the cooking chamber. Blower chambers 8 that are housed therein are respectively formed, and the hot air generated by the combustion of the gas burner 5 by the rotation of the circulation fan 7 is blown out to the left and right of the rear wall 4 to blow out air 9.
The air is further supplied into the cooking chamber 3, and a part of the hot air in the cooking chamber 3 is sucked into the blower chamber 8 through the suction hole 10 formed in the substantially central portion of the rear wall 4, and the inside of the cooking chamber 3 is again suctioned. Circulates to
A part of the hot air in the cooking chamber is exhausted to the outside through an exhaust passage 12 from an exhaust hole 11 formed in the upper portion of the rear wall 4 of the cooking chamber 3 substantially in the lateral width. At the bottom of the cooking chamber 3, a turntable 13 for mounting and rotating an object to be cooked is mounted, and the opening 2 is closed by a door 14 so as to be openable and closable. A table motor 16 for rotating the turntable 13 and an electromagnetic valve 17 for controlling fuel supply to the gas burner 5 are arranged below the bottom plate 15. On the other hand, in the exhaust passage 12, there is disposed a temperature sensor 18 including a thermistor or the like for detecting the exhaust gas temperature passing through the exhaust passage 12 and substantially detecting the cooking temperature in the cooking chamber 3. Further, the exhaust passage 1
2 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, and has a vent hole 20 at the upper end thereof, which is open at a position facing the discharge hole 19 which is opened at the rear of the top surface of the cooker body 1. As shown, the both ends of the vent hole are narrowed by the closing portions 21, 21 and the temperature sensor 18 is connected to the exhaust passage 1
Under either one of the above-mentioned closing parts 21, 21 of 2,
After being inserted through an insertion hole 23 formed in the rear wall 22 of the exhaust passage 12, it is fixed by a screw 24. As a result, the work of mounting the temperature sensor 18 can be performed in the horizontal direction from the rear surface of the cooker body 1, and the workability can be improved. The blow-out hole 9 ..., the suction hole 10, the exhaust hole 11
Consists of pores that do not allow high-frequency radio waves to pass through.
Thus, in cooking, when an object to be cooked is stored in the cooking chamber 3 and cooking is started, the solenoid valve 17 is opened by a control circuit (not shown) to supply fuel to the gas burner 5 and simultaneously activate the igniter. And circulates the circulating fan 7, and the action of the circulating fan causes the cooking chamber 3 to be ignited.
The burning hot air of the gas burner 5 is circulated therein to heat the food to be cooked. Further, a part of the hot air in the cooking chamber 3 is discharged to the outside from the exhaust hole 11 through the exhaust passage 12, and at this time, the temperature of the exhaust gas is detected by the temperature sensor 18. When the temperature is detected and reaches a preset cooking temperature, the gas burner 5 is extinguished, and when the temperature inside the cooking chamber falls below the cooking temperature due to the extinguishing, the gas burner 5 is lowered again to maintain the cooking chamber 3 at the cooking temperature. On the other hand, the exhaust gas flowing out of the exhaust hole 11 into the exhaust passage 12 is blocked by the closing portion 2
Due to Nos. 1 and 21, the amount of exhaust gas passing through the central portion of the exhaust passage 12 is large, and the amount of exhaust gas passing around the temperature sensor 18 is small. As a result, when the gas burner 5 burns, the hot air that is less in contact with the object to be cooked and the chamber wall of the cooking chamber 3 and has a relatively lower temperature passes near the center of the exhaust passage 12,
The exhaust gas passing around the temperature sensor 18 passes through the exhaust gas at a temperature substantially proportional to the temperature rise in the cooking chamber 3, and also when the gas burner 5 is extinguished, similarly, the exhaust gas having a relatively high temperature which is sucked from the outside immediately after extinguishing the fire. The low temperature air passes near the center of the exhaust passage 12, and the temperature around the temperature sensor 18 gradually increases due to the heat storage of the wall surface of the exhaust passage 12 and the relatively low temperature exhaust passing near the center of the exhaust passage 12. When cooled, the temperature in the cooking chamber 3 drops substantially in proportion to the temperature in the cooking chamber 3, and the temperature in the cooking chamber 3 can be reliably detected.

The amount of exhaust gas passing through the cooking chamber is suppressed, which prevents hot air that has passed through the cooking chamber and relatively low outside air when the burner is extinguished from passing around the temperature sensor. Can be detected more accurately. Further, according to the present invention, the exhaust passage is formed into a substantially L-shaped cross section, and the temperature sensor is attached to the rear wall of the exhaust passage from the rear,
The temperature sensor can be installed in a substantially horizontal direction, and work efficiency can be improved.
