Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a frame formed by alternately bending a metal plate having a predetermined height and an arbitrary length into a U-shape. The holding plates are fixed to the outer surface of the back of the U-shaped block fitting portion formed by the configuration of the above, fixing tools are provided at the lower part of each holding plate, and the frame body is fixed to the base via the fixing tools. The present invention relates to a fence of a fitting mechanism constructed by fitting a block with a brick mounting portion into each U-shaped block fitting portion of a frame body. [0002] Conventional fences are mainly made of planks, concrete fences, galvanized steel fences, block fences and the like. Instead of fences, there are fences such as barbed wire, bamboo fence, other evergreen trees and shrubs. [0003] However, these fences have the following disadvantages. [0004] In the case of a board wall, a support is erected on the ground at a predetermined interval, and the support is continuously connected by two upper and lower joints, and boards of a predetermined height are arranged on the support and fixed with nails or the like. Although the fence was constructed by this, it was light and easy to build because the material was all wood, but it had to be frequently applied with a preservative because it was easily decayed. Also, since the material is mostly wood, it is durable against earthquakes and the like, but has a disadvantage that it is easily flammable and vulnerable to fire. It is well known that a concrete fence is not semi-permanent because concrete is poured into a template to form a series of fences and is semi-permanent. Unless a core material such as a wire is provided inside and reinforced, there is a fragility that the material collapses or falls due to an impact or an earthquake. A galvanized iron plate wall is one in which a galvanized steel plate of a predetermined height is fixed to a timber column using nails or the like, and is the most inexpensive and easy-to-use fence, but is a thin metal plate (iron). For this reason, there has been a disadvantage that rust must be applied or a paint must be applied so as not to rust at all times. [0007] The block fence is made of concrete or other materials to form a block, and the fence is constructed by stacking the blocks. In general, a reinforcing bar is used as a core material to withstand an impact or an earthquake. However, the base was not stable, and it was unstable against earthquakes. According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a frame is formed by alternately bending a metal plate having a predetermined height and an arbitrary length into a U-shape to form a U-shape. The holding plates slightly wider than the back width are fixed to the outer surface of the back portion of the block fitting portion of each of the block fitting portions, fixing tools are provided at the lower portion of each holding plate, and each of the frames of the frame fixed to the base board through the fixing tools is fixed. An object of the present invention is to provide a fence excellent in earthquake resistance and durability by fitting a block provided with a brick mounting portion on the back inside a block fitting portion having a U-shape. [0009] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a frame body 2 in which a metal plate having a predetermined height and an arbitrary length is alternately bent into a U-shape. The U-shaped block fitting portion 2a formed by the configuration of the frame 2
The holding plates 3 slightly wider than the back width are fixed to the outer surface of the back of
The connecting portion 8 can be fitted into the block fitting portion 2a of the frame body 2 provided separately from the frame body 2 fixed to the base plate 1 via the fixing tool 4, and is provided at the center of one surface. Blocks 5 provided with brick attachment portions 7 of a predetermined size through
And a lid 9 provided separately on the top of the frame 2 is attached. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view of a frame of the present invention mounted on a base plate via fixing brackets, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a block, and FIG. 3 is a portion of the frame with the block fitted therein. FIG. 4 is a partial front view of the completed invention, and FIG. 5 is a partial plan view thereof. Reference numeral 1 in the figure denotes a base plate which is a foundation of a fence. A frame 2 is fixed on the base plate 1 via a plurality of fixing brackets 4 so that the fence does not fall down due to an earthquake, a typhoon or the like. Although it is made of heavy, semi-permanent concrete that does not corrode, it is more desirable to bury it in the ground in order not to impair the aesthetic sense of the fence. A frame 2 is formed by alternately bending thin metal plates of a predetermined height and an arbitrary length into a U-shape as shown in FIG. The U-shaped block fitting portion 2a is formed by bending the metal plate accordingly. Reference numeral 3 denotes a holding plate attached to the outer surface of the U-shaped block fitting portion 2a. The holding plate 3 is a metal plate slightly wider than the outer surface of the block fitting portion 2a, and is attached (fixed). As a result, the protruding portions on both sides become the locking pieces 3a, and the opening of the block fitting portion 3 is narrowed by the locking pieces 3a, so that the fitted block 5 is held. Reference numeral 4 denotes an L-shaped fixture provided at the center of the lower part of each of the plurality of holding plates 3, and as shown in FIG. 1, each holding plate 3 is fixed to the base plate 1 using screws, bolts and the like. With metal fittings
By fixing the holding plate 3 to the base plate 1 with the fixing bracket 4, the fence can withstand a strong earthquake or strong wind. Reference numeral 5 denotes a block made of concrete or the like provided with vertical grooves 6 for pouring mortar into left and right sides as shown in FIG. 2, and a connecting portion 8 is provided at the center of the front or rear surface of the block 5. A brick mounting portion 7 of a horizontal rectangular shape is provided through the intermediary of the connecting portion 8. By attaching the brick mounting portion 7, locking piece insertion grooves 8a are formed on the left and right sides of the connecting portion 8, and the block 5 is inserted into the block fitting portion 2a. When fitted
The locking piece 3a of the holding plate 3 is inserted into the locking piece insertion groove 8a. Further, metal rods 10 (made of iron) are provided upright from the base plate 1 at appropriate intervals in the vertical grooves 6 of the plurality of blocks, and together with the mortar to be poured, the strength of the entire fence is maintained. ing. The brick mounting portion 7 decorates the entire surface of the fence. By giving the brick mounting plate 7 a design such as an excellent pattern or color, the value of the fence increases. Further, the brick mounting portion 7 is not made of a specific material, but is formed integrally with the block 5 and the connecting portion 8 and is constituted by stacking a plurality of bricks, so that the brick mounting portion 7 can be removed or replaced. Reference numeral 9 denotes a lid which is attached to the top of the completed fence, and which is patterned and colored according to the brick attached to the fence. Also, since the lid 9 has a brick attached to the surface similarly to the brick mounting part 7, rainwater does not enter the frame. The construction of the fence of the fitting mechanism of the present invention configured as described above is as follows. A thin metal plate is alternately bent so as to have a U-shape to form the frame 2, and the holding plate 3 is provided on the back of the U-shaped block fitting portion 2 a formed by forming the frame 2. The fixture 2 is fixed to the lower part of each holding plate 3, the frame 2 is fixed to the base 1 via the fixture 4, and the base 1 is embedded in the ground. Next, the necessary plurality of blocks 7 provided with the brick mounting portions 7 via the connecting portions 8 are fitted into the block fitting portions 2a of the frame body so as to be stacked from below into the block fitting portions 2a. Attach the lid to the top. The present invention having the above-described structure has the following effects. a. Fixing a frame like a so-called lightweight steel type, in which metal plates are alternately formed in a U-shape on a wide and heavy base, and fitting a block with bricks attached to this frame The construction period can be shortened because it can be easily constructed, and it is resistant to earthquakes and strong winds. b. The process of attaching bricks to one side of the block can be provided at low cost because mass production at the factory is possible. c. Since the brick does not discolor or deteriorate for an extremely long time, there is no need to repair or reinforce it except for washing. d. Since the block with the brick attached on one side is only fitted into the block fitting portion of the frame, even if a part is damaged by some impact, it can be easily replaced.
